Lesões de pele relacionadas ao uso de adesivos não são ocorrências raras, sendo negligenciadas por muitos profissionais. Objetivo: Discorrer acerca da ocorrência de lesões por adesivos na assistência em saúde e formas de prevenção como condição para o cuidado de enfermagem seguro e de qualidade. Este trabalho foi realizado com base em revisão da literatura. Resultados: Estudos com essa temática são escassos no Brasil e na literatura internacional. Investigações internacionais mostram que o problema é recorrente nos serviços de saúde, e que os enfermeiros não têm conhecimentos aprofundados acerca dos adesivos utilizados na assistência. No Brasil não há estudos epidemiológicos realizados com essa temática, não sendo conhecido o real tamanho do problema. Conclusão: A enfermagem precisa aprofundar o conhecimento quanto às propriedades dos fixadores adesivos, bem como sobre as técnicas de inserção e remoção dos mesmos. Precisa analisar os resultados da assistência por ela prestada e buscar conhecer os avanços tecnológicos relacionados aos insumos que utiliza na prestação do cuidado, a fim de que seja oferecido com qualidade e livre de eventos adversos.Descritores: Cuidados de Enfermagem, Segurança do Paciente, Qualidade da Assistência à Saúde. Skin lesions related to the use of adhesives: care for your prevention as a condition to secure assistance and qualityAbstract: Skin lesions related to the use of adhesives are not rare occurrences, being overlooked by many professionals. Objective: Discourse about the occurrence of injuries for adhesives in health assistance and ways to prevention as a condition for the nursing care insurance and quality. This work was done based on literature review. Results: this thematic studies are scarce in Brazil and in the international literature. International investigations show that the problem is recurring in the health services, and that nurses do not have in-depth knowledge about the stickers used on assistance. In Brazil there are no epidemiological studies carried out on this subject, it is not known the actual size of the problem..Conclusion: the nursing needs to deepen the knowledge about the properties of adhesives, fasteners, as well as on insertion and removal techniques. Need to analyze the results of the assistance she provided and get to meet technological advances related to the inputs it uses in the provision of care, in order to care that is offered with quality and free of adverse events.Descriptors: Nursing Care, Patiente Safety, Quality of Heath Care. Lesiones relacionadas con el uso de adhesivos de la piel: cuidado para su prevención como condición para garantizar la asistencia y calidadResumen: Las Lesiones cutáneas relacionadas con el uso de adhesivos no son casos raros, son pasado por alto por muchos profesionales. Objetivo: Discutir la aparición de lesiones adhesivos en la atención médica y formas de prevención como condición para la atención de enfermería segura y de calidad. Este trabajo fue cumplido en base a la revisión de literatura. Resultados: los estudios de esta temática son escasos en Brasil y en literatura internacional. Las investigaciones internacionales demuestran que el problema es recurrente en los servicios de salud, y que las enfermeras no tienen conocimiento sobre los adhesivos utilizados en la asistencia. En Brasil no hay estudios epidemiológicos realizados con este tema, se desconoce  el tamaño real del problema. Conclusion: la enfermería tiene que profundizar en el conocimiento sobre las propiedades de los adhesivos, fijadores, así como en técnicas de inserción y extracción. Es necesario analizar los resultados de la asistencia que proporciona y llegar a conocer los avances de tecnología relacionada con los insumos utiliza en la prestación de la atención, para que se ofrezca con calidad y sin de eventos adversos.Descriptores: Atención de Enfermería, Seguridad del Paciente, Calidad de la Atención de Salud.

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify and analyze the production of knowledge in national and international literature on patient absenteeism in scheduled medical consultations. Method: This is an integrative literature review in the databases PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, Medline, LILACS, Virtual Health Library of the São Paulo State Department of Health and Spanish Bibliographic Index in Health Sciences, accessed through the Virtual Health Library Portal, based on the guiding question. Results: A total of 767 articles was found and nine were selected. Forgetfulness predominated among the reasons for absence. Other findings regarding the cost to the health service and strategies for solving the problem are highlighted. Conclusion: As the focus of the studies, the concern with the quality of care, increased treatment queues and high demand, as well as the cost of absent patients, are evident. Despite the relevance of the theme for the health services organization, the literature is still scarce.

ABSTRAKKualitas asuhan keperawatan menjadi elemen kunci mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Fenomena yang terjadi di instalasi rawat jalan ialah pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian: mengoptimalkan pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan di instalasi rawat jalan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan studi pilot, identifikasi masalah dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan pengisian kuesioner kepada 28 perawat. Analisis masalah dilakukan dengan metode fish bone, pemecahan masalah menggunakan metode plan, do, check, action. Hasil: Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan perawat terhadap proses asuhan keperawatan sebelum (17,80%), sesudah implementasi (82,3%), dan didapati empat faktor yang memengaruhi pemberian asuhan di instalasi rawat jalan, yaitu sumber daya manusia, sistem kerja yang jelas antarbagian, dokumentasi manual di luar keperawatan, dan fasilitas dan sarana yang kurang memadai. Diskusi: pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan membutuhkan dukungan manajemen. Kesimpulan: sebaiknya manajer melakukan perencanaan untuk peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan melalui pengarahan pelayanan kepada visi rumah sakit, peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan motivasi, dan berkoordinasi dalam pengadaan fasilitas dan sistem layanan guna optimalisasi pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan.Kata kunci: asuhan keperawatan, pengelolaan, rawat jalan.OPTIMIZATION OF NURSING CARE MANAGEMENT AT OUTPATIENT INSTALLATION OF X HOSPITALAbstractThe quality of nursing care is a key element of hospital service quality. A phenomenon that occurs in outpatient care is providing nursing care at the minimum. Objective: To optimize the nursing care management t outpatient installation. Methods: This study employed pilot study, identifying problem using structured interview technique, observation, and filling out questionnaires to 28 nurses. Problems were analyzed using fish bone and solved using plan, do, check, action method. Results: There was an increase in nurses’ knowledge about the process of nursing care before (17.80%) and after the implementation (82.3%), and there were 4 factors that affected the provision of care in outpatient installation, namely human resources, a clear job system between departments, manual documentation beyond nursing, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Discussion: Nursing care management requires support from the management. Conclusion: Managers should plan on increasing the quality ofnursing care by directing services to the vision of the hospital, improving education, increasing motivation, and coordinating in the procurement of facilities and service systems in order to optimize the nursing care management.Keywords: nursing care, management, outpatient

Tooth discoloration might constitute a major problem for patients undergoing endodontic procedures, including obturation. Iatrogenic teeth discoloration might be a burden because it is time-consuming and hard to blench even if it were effective in removing the tooth stains in compared with traumatic tooth discoloration which is easy to deal with. Accordingly, clinicians must have a comprehensive understanding of the potential discoloration effects of the current sealers that are indicated for administration in many of the obturation procedures to enhance the prognosis and the relevant outcomes. In the present study, the aim to conduct a literature review about the potential iatrogenic discoloration effects of some endodontic sealers when conducting obturation procedures, based on the current evidence from the relevant studies. Among the reported agents to induce discoloration, calcium hydroxide, zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE), resin, glass ionomer, and silicon-based sealers have been reported to cause significant degrees of discoloration. Moreover, among the included studies AH-26 seems to be the least significant modality to include discoloration;however, discoloration could still be detected. With the recent technological advances, bioceramic sealers should be able to overcome this problem, especially for areas with the highest esthetic concerns. Accordingly, further investigations might be needed to enhance the quality of the current modalities and to obtain better outcomes.

Objective To validate the content of two instruments used to evaluate nursing care for people with skin lesions. Methods Content validation study comprised of two stages: the first was the development of the instruments, beginning with a literature review; the second, content validation by means of an evaluation conducted by 30 judges/experts. For analysis, the Kappa coefficient ≥ 0.61 and content validity index ≥ 0.75 were adopted. Results The judges presented nine suggestions regarding the instrument’s categories. All items of the questionnaire and the observation script reached acceptable rates of content validity and concordance. Some categories attained scores above the given value, confirming the validity of the content. Conclusion The instruments showed satisfactory content validity rates, and can be used to measure the skills and knowledge of nursing care provided to people with skin lesions.

ABSTRACT In last two decades most of the tasks performed by nurses have not been directly related to patient care. Nurses spend more time on writing documentation or medical records of patients. Implementation of electronic medical record can reduce the time used for documentation or in other hand will increase the time for nurses to interact with patients then eventually can improve the quality of nursing care. Purpose of this literature review is to find out the implementation of electronic-based nursing care documentation (EHR) in improving the quality of nursing care in terms of EFETEC aspects. Method used by author is a literature review. Database used is Science Direct, PROQUEST, Scopus, Ebscho and Scholar Article with the keywords; electronic health record, EHR, Documentation in nursing, Quality of nursing care. Implementation of electronic nursing care documentation can improve the service quality. Improvement of the quality of service is reviewed with EFETEC which consists of efficient, focus for patient, effective, time discipline, equality, confidentiality. Job satisfaction consists of a feeling of wellbeing, resulting from the interaction of several occupational aspects, and may influence the worker's relationship with the organization, clients and family. Hence, it becomes important for the quality of nursing care to reflect on this topic in depth. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the scientific evidence related to job satisfaction in Brazilian nursing. An integrative literature review was carried out in the databases LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF and Cochrane Library, totaling 17 publications, categorized in: Job Satisfaction, Job Dissatisfaction and Associated Factors. It was concluded that job satisfaction is determined by a complex network of factors and may vary depending on the group studied. Additional research, particularly of evidence level III in different nursing fields, covering all of Brazil, is necessary to support the implementation of occupational improvements.

<p><em>Patient satisfaction is one of indicator to assess the quality of health services. Measurement of patient satisfaction with nursing services is needed as an evaluation material for nursing management to ensure and improve the quality of nursing services. Several instruments of patient satisfaction with nursing services have been developed. The purpose of this Literature Review is to identify instruments of patient satisfaction with nursing services. This literature review examines the results of development and psychometric testing research of patient satisfaction instruments through article search in PubMed and Google scholar databases with keywords : patient satisfaction, nursing care, instrument, development, tools, psychometric, validity and reliability. We reviewed 20 articles. There are 7 instruments for assessing patient satisfaction with nursing services, namely the questionnaire SERVQUAL, HCAHPS, RPSS, GNCS, NSNS, PSNCQQ and PPHEN. Patient satisfaction instruments consist of several dimensions including individual assessment, communication, staff response, technical competence, interpersonal competence, health education, facilities, hospital environment, comfort, information on return, collaboration and coordination when patients are discharged from the hospital. Based on this literature review it can be concluded that there are several instruments and dimensions that can be used to assess patient satisfaction. But, it is necessary the development of patient satisfaction instruments by involving the perspective of the service provider and incorporating the dimensions of caring as the essence of nursing services.</em></p><p> </p><p>Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pengukuran  kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan diperlukan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi manajemen keperawatan untuk menjamin dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Beberapa instrumen kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan telah dikembangkan. Tujuan Literature Review ini untuk mengidentifikasi instrumen kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Literature review ini menelaah hasil penelitian pengembangan dan uji psikometrik instrumen kepuasan pasien melalui pencarian artikel di database PubMed dan Google scholar dengan kata kunci : patient satisfaction, nursing care, instrument, development, tool, psychometric, validity dan reliability. Kami melakukan review terhadap 20 artikel. Ada 7 instrumen penilaian kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan yaitu kuesioner SERVQUAL, HCAHPS, RPSS, GNCS, NSNS, PSNCQQ dan PPHEN. Instrumen kepuasan pasien terdiri dari beberapa dimensi termasuk penilaian individu, komunikasi, tanggapan staf, kompetensi teknis, kompetensi interpersonal, pendidikan kesehatan, fasilitas, lingkungan rumah sakit, kenyamanan, informasi kepulangan, kolaborasi dan koordinasi ketika pasien keluar dari rumah sakit. Berdasarkan literature review ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menilai kepuasan pasien terhadap terdapat beberapa instrumen dan dimensi yang dapat digunakan. Namun perlu pengembangan instrumen kepuasan pasien dengan melibatkan perspektif dari pemberi pelayanan dan memasukkan dimensi caring sebagai esensi dari pelayanan keperawatan.</p>

Paper‐based versus electronic‐based of health records in quality of nursing documentation: A literature review study.Background: Many technological developments in nursing services have emerged, one of them is electronic-based nursing documentation. The electronic nursing documentation has a good impact which increases the quality of service. But the readiness is still questionable.Purpose: Describing the quality comparison of electronic-based nursing documentation and paper-based nursing documentation.Method: This study uses a PRISMA literature review. Through the remote-lib.ui.ac.id database that is connected to various scientific publication pages such as, Scopus, Ebsco, PROQUEST Scholar-Articles with several key words such as electronic nursing documentation, nursing paper documentation, management information systems.Results: Electronic-based documentation has a higher level of quality documentation than paper-based documentation in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, patient focus and timeliness.Conclusion: Electronic-based documentation offers the optimization of nursing care, effective and efficient documentation, integrated nursing care and cost-effective through (paperless). Strong support from hospital institutions, organizations and government at the beginning of the nurse adaptation system and process is a challenge so that the application of electronic nursing documentation is realized properly.Keywords: Paper‐based; Electronic‐based; Health records; Quality; Nursing documentation.Pendahuluan: Pengembangan teknologi dalam pelayanan keperawatan banyak bermunculan, salah satunya dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis elektronik. Namun kesiapan masih dipertanyakan.Tujuan: Menggambarkan perbandingan kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis elektronik dan dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis kertas.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka PRISMA. Melalui Database remote-lib.ui.ac.id yang terhubung dengan berbagai macam laman publikasi ilmiah seperti, Scopus, Ebsco, PROQUEST, Scholar-Artikel dengan beberapa kata kunci seperti dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik, dokumentasi keperawatan kertas, sistem informasi manajemen.Hasil: Dokumentasi berbasis elektronik memiliki tingkat kualitas dokumentasi lebih dibandingkan dokumentasi berbasis kertas secara efesiensi, efektifitas, fokus pada pasien maupun ketepatan waktu.Simpulan: Dokumentasi berbasis elektronik menawarkan keoptimalan melakukan asuhan keperawatan, dokumentasi efektif dan efesien, asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi serta cost-effective melalui (paperless). Dukungan kuat dari institusi rumah sakit, organisasi maupun pemerintah dalam permulaan sistem dan proses adaptasi perawat menjadi tantangan, agar penerapan dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik terealisasi dengan baik.

Chagas' cardiomyopathy is a complication of Chagas' disease that presents in the cardiac form, which involves the manifestation of a clinical picture of dilated cardiomyopathy, with global left ventricular dysfunction and heart failure syndrome. In this context, the aim is to describe the Nursing Diagnosis evidenced in the literature in patients with Chagasic Cardiomyopathy. This is a descriptive and exploratory study of the Integrative Literature Review (ILR), with a qualitative approach. We searched the LILACS and PubMed databases for articles published without time limit, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with the descriptors: Chagasic Cardiomyopathy; Nursing Diagnosis; Nursing Care. Data were analyzed by tabulation. Three articles were sought for the sample. The following Nursing diagnoses were highlighted: Decreased Cardiac Output; Intolerance to Activity; Poor Knowledge; Sleep and Rest impaired; Anxiety; Excessive fluid volume; Risk of impaired skin integrity; and Comfort impaired. It is concluded that the diagnoses are directly related to heart failure caused by ventricular damage, and that interventions are essential for the improvement in the quality of life of patients. It is also noteworthy that the applicability of the Systematization of Nursing Care in these patients only improves the quality of service and has repercussions on patient safety, being also a way to promote the health of patients.
