Work culture has a direct positive effect on the performance of the apparatus. If the apparatus creates conducive work culture in managing the allocation of village funds, their work performances will get better as well. The study aimed to explore the impact of work culture on the apparatus work performance. This quantitative study employed a survey method with causal analysis; the subject was the apparatus in Gorontalo Regency. The study results found that the creation and improvement of work culture will increase the work performance of the apparatus in managing village allocation funds. This means that work culture is a set of values, norms, and rules that are felt by individuals. It is fostering belief based on the values believed by employees to realize the best work performance in forming a work culture that occurs when the work environment or learning organization faces problems in the organization. As a result, creating a conducive workplace culture will be the main factor determining changes in apparatus performance in planning, implementing, and evaluating work programs.

A review of literature sources on the use of vibrotherapy in physiotherapy is presented. In the mechanism of action of vibrotherapy, the leading role belongs to vibration sensitivity the main link between the human body and the impact on it of the environment. The patient's tissues are affected using devices for vibrotherapy, using mechanical vibrations with a frequency of 10 to 250 Hz in continuous or pulsed modes. Vibrotherapy has trophic, reflex, neuroprotective, myorelaxing, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, oxygenating, antioxidant effects and is recommended for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation in various nosologies and conditions of the human body. In addition to the above, vibrotherapeutic effects contribute to the formation of protective and adaptive mechanisms.

Hesseling: a century laterThe Dutch linguist D.C. Hesseling was a pioneer of creole studies. The first evidence of Hesseling's interest in language contact and creole languages was his publications on Afrikaans. Hesseling formulated the core of his approach to the origin of Afrikaans in an 1897 article and greatly elaborated his ideas on the subject in the book Het Afrikaansch, published in 1899. This was the first truly scientific study of Afrikaans.Hesseling placed emergent Afrikaans within the colonial Dutch contact situation. In his wide-ranging and penetrating sociohistórical analysis of the seventeenth-century language contact situation at the Cape, Hesseling discounted the impact of either Koi or French and German on emergent Afrikaans. He singled out the creole Portuguese introduced by slaves as the main factor in the formation of Afrikaans from colloquial seventeenthcentury Dutch. Some of the issues raised by Hesseling have been hotly disputed, but his approach has remained at the centre of the discourse on Afrikaans historical linguistics.Hesseling's involvement in the diachrony of early Afrikaans was partly stimulated by his passionate interest in the language politics of the emergent Afrikaans standard language. He was the very first linguist of stature to argue for the standardisation of Afrikaans. Moreover, his ideas on the viability of Afrikaans as a local standard language in competition with both English and Dutch have been borne out, though they had been discounted within contemporary Afrikaner Nationalist discourse.

With the development of science, a lot of people don’t believe in the afterlife, but believe in biotechnology and the ability to overcome death, or at least delay it as much as possible. At the same time, the revolution in medical technology has created the illusion of controlling death. In this study we will consider the impact of scientific progress on changing transhumanity’s vision of death. The aim of the article is a socio-philosophical review of the dynamics and changes in transhumanist ideas about obtaining human immortality from the ideas of cryonics to cybernetic modification of human nature. Research methods are comprehensive and based on philosophical-anthropological and philosophical-cultural analysis of transhumanist concepts of human immortality.Discussion. Comparing the arguments of transhumanists about overcoming death by various methods, it becomes clear that the possibility of obtaining immortality through cryonics technologies is no longer the subject of discussion by scientists and philosophers. The attention of philosophers N. Badmington, N. Bostrom, J.Wilsdon, YN Harari, A. Turchin and M. Bakhtin is focused on the possibility of modifying the human body into an eternal cyborg personality. Conclusion. Human modification for the sake of immortality or its cyborgization is the dominant idea of solving the problem of human mortality. The expansion of the boundaries of human nature and the same time of human existence is first of all a transition to a new qualitative level of existence. As a result it is the opportunity to transfer human thoughts, memories and consciousness into the digital form or to an artificial device. So transhumanists will be able to take refuge in digital immortality. And this immortality will depend only on the ability to build and store these devices.

Due to the dynamic development of road transport over the last thirty years, it has become necessary to monitor its impact on people and the surrounding environment. Vibrations as the main determinant of ride comfort, are one of the sources of negative impact of a vehicle on the human body. Determining the causes of vibrations in the driver's workplace and then suppressing them to acceptable levels may contribute to the reduction of many irreversible diseases in future users of the equipment. The authors reviewed the literature in relation to the currently used methods and discussed the impact of vibrations on drivers and special vehicle crews.

Non-linearity is an important feature of many human body structures that may result from deterministic properties of the body and noise. Noise is defined as accidental or irregular fluctuations or disturbances that are not part of the signal. Stochastic resonance (SR), the term originally used in a very specific context, is now widely used to describe any phenomenon in which the presence of noise in a nonlinear system is better for the quality of the output signal than its absence. The conducted research for the needs of physiotherapy consists in assessing the impact of the platform generating forced mechanical vibrations with specific parameters in selected disease entities, sports disciplines, as well as prevention. The aim of the work is to discuss the stochastic resonance method and to analyze the results of the most important works discussing the use and effectiveness of therapeutic impact on the human body. The use of the stochastic resonance method enforces mechanical vibrations, which are characterized by the variability of rhythm, amplitude and direction of vibrations, which enforces postural adjustment regulated by the CNS and response to stimuli that disturb the body’s balance. The analysis of the effectiveness of therapeutic impact in the field of body balance disorders, reeducation of locomotion in people with partial spinal cord injury, motor motility and changes in hormonal concentrations was carried out. Stochastic resonance therapy can reduce or eliminate dysfunction in many disease entities, however, further studies are needed to assess the effectiveness of the therapy.

AbstractThe article presents the results of the review of the empirical literature regarding the impact of quantitative easing (QE) on emerging markets (EMs). The subject is of interest to policymakers and researchers due to the increasingly larger role of EMs in the world economy and the large-scale capital flows occurring after 2009. The review is conducted in a systematic manner and takes into consideration different methodological choices, samples and measurement issues. The paper puts the summarized results in the context of transmission channels identified in the literature. There are few distinct methodological approaches present in the literature. While there is a consensus regarding the direction of the impact of QE on EMs, its size and durability have not yet been assessed with sufficient precision. In addition, there are clear gaps in the empirical findings, not least related to relative underrepresentation of the CEE region (in particular, Poland).
