The purpose of this research to explain the influence of the quality of service for customer satisfaction and loyalty .Of respondents used as many as 120 with the sample collection technique using a purposive the sampling method and criteria for 1 years to customers .Linear regression analysis of data using techniques and was presented with the application of double spss .Test the validity of an instrument of free and variable variable bound having a correlation coefficient with a value above 0.30 positive .The results of konformatori variable quality of services , satisfaction and loyalty of customers have known that all indicators of loading up 0.60 factor          Based on the results of the coefficients determinan 45.48 % capable of being explained this model and the rest 54.51 influenced by other factors .The results of the testing of hypotheses service quality influential significantly to satisfaction .The quality of service influential significantly to customer loyalty and satisfaction influential significantly to customer loyalty . Based on the discussion of the results of research and the need of advice given to improvements in the dimensions of quality of services especially physical evidence that is the facility as a means to do financial transaction as well as the dimensions of resources in the delivery of tangap clear information to meet the expectations so that customers remain loyal in using the product and is still conducting financial transactions.

Customer loyalty is very important for companies that maintain the continuity of their business and the continuity of business activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty Bank Syariah Bank Bukittinggi Branch. The sample used counted 86 people, with method of doubled linear regression analysis. The result proves that the physical evidence has a significance value of 0.016 <0.05, empathy has a significance value of 0.023 <0.05, reliability has a significance value of 0.014 <0.05, the responsiveness has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the assurance has a value significance of 0.174> 0.05, that physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Thus the physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and collateral together have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Bank Nagari Syariah Bukittinggi Branch.Keywords: Loyalty, Quality of Service

SuperShip Vietnam, a Joint Stock Company, founded in 2015, specializes in freight forwarding and express delivery services for e-commerce transactions in Vietnam. In 4 years, it has come a long way from a start-up with only five members and VNĐ 40 million (~US$1,800) as the capital. Difficulties and challenges faced by the firm were incredibly huge. Nevertheless, with slow but steady growth, the company utilized the quality of services as the foundation to build customer satisfaction and loyalty rather than taking the route of price-based competition. SuperShip has grown steadily to become a prestigious and well-established enterprise in the fast-moving freight forwarding market. SuperShip is not yet satisfied with its multiple accomplishments as there are still many peaks to conquer to achieve the company’s vision. The case highlights as to how through participation in union-association and volunteering activities; implementing small business plans to earn extra money during college days can help in developing leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills and hone the entrepreneurship trait. Dilemma For steady growth, should the company utilize the quality of services as the foundation to build customer satisfaction and loyalty or take the route of price-based competition. This study was motivated by various problems of dissatisfaction felt by the society to the less qualified service from employees in the public sector. This study aims to determine whether the competence of employees influence the quality of services in the District Integrated Administration Services (PATEN) in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City. This is a quantitative study. The population in this study consisted of 96,098 people with the sample of 398 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional sampling technique. The data of this study were analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis showed that the competence of employees had a positive and significant influence on the quality of PATENT service in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City with total influence of 53.7%. This showed that the higher the competence of the employees would be the higher the quality of service PATENT in the Kuranji Subdistrict.

In order to be successful in the market it is not sufficient to attract new customers, hotels/managers must concentrate on retaining existing customers implementing effective policies of customer satisfaction and loyalty. In hotel industry customer satisfaction is largely hooked upon quality of service. A management approach focused on customer satisfaction can improve customer loyalty, thus increasing the positive image of the hotel. Hotels use a variety of techniques to track Guest satisfaction levels. This research tracks down which are the best and the most used techniques adopted by the hotels and explains why GSTS and online feedback serves as the best method out of all the various techniques. It categorically explains various timelines followed transparency level and hierarchy at which such GSTS reports are reviewed. This research also evaluates the use, effect, and convenience of the GSTS on hotels in Pune region. The data is clearly represented in form of pie charts and graphs to understand the findings at a glance.

This study aims to test and analyze service quality, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT. Pharos Indonesia Denpasar Branch with research population is outlet that make purchasing, sample used 100 units with purposive sampling method. All data obtained from questionnaires are suitable for use, then analyzed using structural equation model based on variance analysis known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the better the quality of service provided to customers, it will have a better impact on improving customer satisfaction, the better the quality of services provided to customers, it will have an impact on increasing trust customers, the more satisfied customers will have an impact on the increase of customer loyalty, the higher the trust the customer will have an impact on increasing customer loyalty, the more satisfied customers will have an impact on increasing trust customers and the better quality of services provided to customers will have an impact on increased customer loyalty. The implication of this research is that service quality can be improved by considering reliability, customer satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to customer satisfaction to the whole product. Trust can be improved by taking into account competence and customer loyalty can be improved by paying attention to make purchases regularly.

The COVID – 19 pandemic been made bad impact all tourism sector. Travels agents need to be adapted to pandemic condition to survive in this current situation. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of marketing mix, quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study took samples on the research population customers of PT. Mutiara Cemerlang Utama Bali who buys domestic and international flight tickets, makes hotel room reservations, tour package, India pilgrimage tours, assistant to make passport and visa extension. This research leads to descriptive and verificative research called explanatory research. The data was collected by interviewing and disseminating questionnaires by purposive sampling method processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool, the number of samples used by 120 samples. The results obtained in this study are that the marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the quality of service has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but marketing mix and quality of service have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This is due to several factors that affect such as the price competition of travel agents. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

The needs of service quality hospital intensified as the improvement of the economy and the degree of community health by the Hospital Premier Bintaro must be able to provide quality service oriented to the achievement of customer satisfaction of patients who will eventually cause patients who are loyal. This research aims to find out the influence of the service quality, price and customer satisfaction and loyalty patients. Samples in detail is 100 patients outpatients. Analysis of the data used a validity test and reliability test, classical assumptions, double linear regression, determination coefficient and testing the hypothesis. The research results obtained that the service quality, price and customer satisfaction have impact on customer loyalty good patients partially or simultanously. And to improve the quality of service then increased more focused in terms of reliability and assurance, to increase the value of the offered prices and review more focused at affordable prices and the suitability of the price with the benefits and facilities and improve customer satisfaction patients more focused to the comfort and security of patients so that patients really feel satisfied and loyal to the hospital.Kebutuhan akan layanan rumah sakit bermutu semakin meningkat seiring membaiknya perekonomian dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat oleh maka dari itu Rumah Sakit Premier Bintaro harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas berorientasi pada tercapainya kepuasan pasien yang akhirnya akan menyebabkan pasien yang loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien.Sampel yang di teliti adalah 100 pasien rawat jalan. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik,regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan maka peningkatan lebih difokuskan dalam hal reliability dan assurance, untuk meningkatkan nilai harga yang ditawarkan maka pengkajian ulang lebih difokuskan keterjangkauan harga serta kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat dan fasilitas dan  meningkatan kepuasan pasienlebih difokuskan kepada kenyamanan dan keamanan terhadap pasienagar pasien benar-benar merasa puas danloyal terhadap rumah sakit.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of physical distribution performance and quality of service to the company's image as well as the implications for customer loyalty in the PT Arri Distribusindo Bandung. The results are expected contribute to the development of management science and management especially marketing and consumer behavior. For those of similar companies and practitioners, ir is hoped the results of this study can provide useful information about the importance of physical distribution performance and quality of services, especially on the image of the company, which in num can increase customer loyalty as an evaluation tool. The study was conducted at PT Atri Distribusinda Bandung. Methods of research using survey methods with quantitative research approaches. While the ype of research the form Descriptive Explanation Verificative Research and Research with a time horizon in the form of cross-sectional data that reflects the picture of a state at a given moment. To test the hypothesis of statistical methods of research used path amalysis (path analysis).The test results of research found a significant relationship between the performance of physical distribution service qualin, as well as from the results of the test reveal significant influence of the physical distribution performance and quality of service to the company's image either partially or simultaneously, was also found significant relationship between the performance of the distribution plysical and quality of services to the corporate image that has implications for customer loyalty . Keywords: Performance of physical distribution, service quality, corporate image and customer loyalty

Technology that is growing rapidly penetrates all fields, including banking. Banking began to penetrate technology with the innovation of electronic channels or e-channels. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo always strives to improve the ease and quality of service provided to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of interviews with customers showed that there are still customers who feel dissatisfied with e-channel provided by BSI and services that are still considered less than optimal which resulted in customers becoming dissatisfied and disloyal to BSI. This research aims to analyze the effect of ease and quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty and whether satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease and quality of service on customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative study with samples are BSI customers of e-channel users as many as 100 customers with sampling techniques are Incidental sampling. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 customers. The data is analyzed by the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that ease and quality of service affect customer satisfaction, ease has no effect on customer loyalty but the quality of service and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty, In addition, customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of ease on customer loyalty and can mediate the influence of quality of service on customer loyalty. Based on these results, BSI can start improving the quality of existing services so that customer satisfaction and loyalty increase. In addition, there needs to be an easy guide to be followed by customers so that customers become active in using the e-channel facilities provided.Teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat merambah semua bidang tidak terkecuali perbankan. Perbankan mulai merambah teknologi dengan adanya inovasi yaitu adanya electronic channel atau e-channel. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo senantiasa berusaha meningkatkan kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. Hasil wawancara dengan nasabah menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya nasabah yang merasa tidak puas dengan e-channel yang disediakan oleh BSI serta pelayanan yang masih dianggap kurang optimal hingga mengakibatkan nasabah menjadi tidak puas dan tidak loyal pada BSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah serta apakah kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel  nasabah BSI pengguna e-channel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan teknik pengambilam sampel Insidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada sampel 100 nasabah. Data dianalisis dengan metode partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh pada kepuasan nasabah, kemudahan tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah akan tetapi kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh pada loyalitas nasabah, Selain itu, kepuasan nasabah mampu memediasi pengaruh kemudahan terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil ini pihak BSI dapat mulai meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang telah ada agar kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah semakin meningkat. Selain itu perlu adanya panduan yang mudah untuk diikuti oleh nasabah agar nasabah menjadi aktif dalam menggunakan fasilitas e-channel yang disediakan.
