 ABSTRAK Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) harus melaksanakan tata kelolanya dengan baik untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk tercapainya tata kelola LPD yang baik adalah diterapkannya Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Prinsip transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency, dan fairness merupakan kelima prinsip dari Good Corporate Governance tentang bagaimana mengelola suatu organisasi bisnis dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh prinsip transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency, dan fairness pada kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan return on assets (ROA) pada LPD yang ada di Kabupaten Klungkung. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 107 LPD dan digunakan sebanyak 55 LPD sebagai sampel. Setiap LPD diambil 2 responden yaitu kepala LPD dan kepala badan pengawas LPD sehingga jumlah responden sebanyak 110 responden.  Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa prinsip transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency, dan fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan LPD di Kabupaten Klungkung. Kata Kunci: good corporate governance, lembaga perkreditan desa, kinerja keuangan, return on assets ABSTRACT Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) must implement the management well in order to achieve the expected goals. One of the things that can be done to achieve good corporate management is the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness are the five principles of Good Corporate Governance on how to manage a business organization well. This research aimed to know how the influence of transparency principle, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness on financial performance as measured by return on assets (ROA) in LPD that existing in Klungkung regency. Methods of data collection used in this research were questionnaire and documentation techniques. The population of this research was 107 LPD and the researcher only used 55 LPD as the sample. Each LPD was taken 2 respondents such as the head of LPD and the head of supervisor in LPD itself. The method that used in determining the sample was purposive sampling. Data analysis technique in this research was multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the principle of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness have a positive effect on financial performance of LPD in Klungkung Regency. This study aims to examine the role of Good Corporate Governance toward financial performance and Islamic Social Responsibility disclosure. The financial performance was measured by Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Asset growth, Operating Expenses, and NonPerforming Finance (NPF). Furthermore, this study was carried out by Sharia Bank in Indonesia on 2011-2017. Testing the hypothesis in this study used simple regression. The results of the study show that Good Corporate Governance has a positive effect on financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Asset growth. On the contrary, Good Corporate Governance has a negative impact on operating expenses and Non-Performing Finance (NPF). At the same time, the effect of Good Corporate Governance toward Islamic Social Responsibility disclosure (ISR) is not significant.

This study aimed to determine the influence of the implementation Good Corporate Governance and the existence of awig - awig on the financial performance of LPD with Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderated variable in the LPD in Mengwi sub-district. This study used a saturated sampling method and the data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. T test results show that:1) Good Corporate Governance had a positive effect on Financial Performance; 2) The existence of Awig-awig had a positive effect on financial performance; 3) Tri Hita Karana Culture strengthens the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance; 4) Tri Hita Karana's culture strengthens the influence of Awig-awig's Existence on Financial Performance.

Financial performance is an achievement in a company that reflects a picture of the company's financial condition. Good Corporate Governance regulates the relationship between shareholders, directors and commissioners. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on banking financial performance. This research was conducted in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The number of samples taken was 48 banking companies, with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the principles of good corporate governance and the tri hita karana culture on financial performance. The study was conducted in all savings and loan cooperatives in Tabanan district. The respondents in this study were the chairman, secretary, and treasurer of the cooperative. The population in this study amounted to 86 cooperatives. The samples in this study were 71 cooperatives obtained by the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the principles of good corporate governance and tri hita karana culture had a positive effect on financial performance. This means that the better the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the culture of tri hita karana in Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Tabanan Regency, it will tend to improve the financial performance of these cooperatives. The purpose of this studies is to know how the influence of CSRdisclosure on financial performance with GCG as a moderating variable.CSR disclosure is measured using CSRD Index based on GRI G4. The dependentvariable of this study is financial performance which is proxied byreturn on assets and return on equity. The GCG moderation variable isproxied by institutional ownership, the size of the board of commissionersand the independent board of commissioners. The sample used in this studyis a SOE’s company non-financial listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangein the period 2014–2018. The results of this studies found that CSR disclosurehas a positive effect on financial performance (ROA) and CSR disclosurehas no effect on financial performance (ROE). GCG variables whichare proxied by institutional ownership is not able to moderate the effect ofCSR on financial performance (ROA and ROE), the size of the board ofcommissioners able to strengthen the effect of CSR on financial performance(ROA) and independent board of commissioners is not able to strengthenthe effect of CSR on financial performance (ROA), the size of the board ofcommissioners and independent board of commissioners is not able to moderatethe effect of CSR on financial performance (ROE).

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of diversification, corporate governance and intellectual capital on sustainability performance, either directly or indirectly, by involving financial performance as a mediating variable. This study uses secondary data on Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia which are registered with the Financial Services Authority from 2011 - 2018, with a sample size of 10 Islamic banks that meet the criteria using the purposive sampling method so that 80 observations are obtained. Data is obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and reports on the implementation of good corporate governance. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that both the quality and quantity of corporate governance, intellectual capital and financial performance have a positive effect on sustainability performance.

This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in North Kuta, Kuta and South Kuta Districts. The number of samples taken was 85 people with the Head and the LPD Supervisory Board as respondents, using non-probability sampling methods, especially saturated sampling. Data collection is done by questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness had a significant positive effect on financial performance. This shows that the more transparent in presenting information, responsible for managing LPDs, complying with applicable regulations, independent and fair and fair in giving tasks, the financial performance will increase. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on corporate’s financial performance and market value. Comprehensively, the influence of good corporate governance is proxied by corporate governance perception index and partially are proxied by the quality of information disclosure, independent commisioner, board size, remuneration and nomination committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The company's financial performance is proxied by the return on assets and market value is proxied by Tobins'q. The study also use other variables, they are firm size, economic conditions, and leverage. The sample used in this study is a non-financial state-owned enterprises that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2005 to 2013The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Corporate governance perception index has an unsignificant positive effect on the firm’s financial performance and market value. The quality of information disclosure, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership have a significant positive effect on firm’s performane. Board size, remuneration and nomination committee, company size, and economi conditions have an unsignificant positive effect on the firm’s financial performance and market value, while independent commisioner and leverage have an unsignficant negative impact on the firm’s financial performance and market value. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of banks model, the different types of ownership, and ownership concentration on bank financial performance. State ownership, domestic ownership and foreign ownersip were used as the ownership indicators and Return On Asset (ROA) ratio were used as the proxied of financial performance. The Population that was used in this research consisted of all conventional and islamic commercial banks which is listed in Directory of Indonesian Banking 2018 and published the financial statements during 2014-2019. After passed the purposive sampling method there were 94 banks obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistic, classical assumption test and panel regression test with random effect model. The result of this research showed that banks model and state ownership have positively significant impact on ROA and foreign ownership has negatively significant impact while domestic ownership and ownership concentration have insignificantly impact on bank financial performance</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan bank yang terdiri dari kepemilikan pemerintah, domestik dan asing, lalu model bank dan konsentrasi kepemilikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Kinerja keuangan tersebut diukur dengan rasio profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets (ROA). Populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah bank umum syariah dan konvensional di Indonesia yang terdapat pada daftar Direktori Perbankan tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan sejumlah 94 sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi data panel dengan model efek random. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model bank dan kepemilikan pemerintah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA dan kepemilikan asing berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan kepemilikan domestik dan konsentrasi kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bank.</em></p>

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Financial Performance and Company Value in State-Owned Corporation in Indonesia in the era of 4.0 and society 5.0. Research subjects are state-owned corporation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2017 period. The samples taken are 10 State-Owned Corporation (BUMN) that are included in the criteria. The method used to analyze the relationship between variables in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test results show that the Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee have an effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) with a significance value of 0.012. The results of testing the second hypothesis Independent commissioners and audit committees have no simultaneous effect on Company Values with a significance value of 0.082. Partially the independent Board of Commissioners has an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and company value. While the second variable of the Audit Committee does not affect the Return on Assets (ROA) and company value.
