The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The objective of research is to examine Social Capital based on the elements of norm, network, trust, reciprocity, and values of the Esa Waya and Sinar Mas farmer groups. This research was conducted from May 2016 until July 2016, started from preparation until report compilation. The data used were in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research was carried out with purposive sampling technique. Fifty percent members of the population every farmer group. They are 11 members of Esa Waya group and 8 members of Sinar Mas group. Data analysis was done descriptively, served with using the table and then be interpreted. The result showed that, those elements of norm, network, trust, reciprocity, and values, social capital able to improve the existence and solidarity on the Esa Waya farmer group. The opposite, social capital has been reduced even has no longer on the Sinar Mas farmer group so that Sinar Mas farmer group was not progressed. In addition, the other factor is the age of Esa Waya group younger then Sinar Mas group. The education levels of the Esa Waya group higher than Sinar Mas group.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

The purpose of this research is testing the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University. This research uses quantitative approach and questionnaire for primary data collecting. The test was done using simple linear regression, where endogen variable (Y) is apple smartphone adoption and exogen variable (X) is moslem consumer lifestyle. Samples of this research was chosen using nonprobability sampling technique combined with accidentalsampling and purposive sampling. Samples in this research are 100 students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.Based on the result of this research linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.787 + 0.840 X. The measurenment of the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University has 0.290 (29%) R2 value. The result of this research shows that moslem consumer lifestyle has a significant influence with Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Training and Organizational Climate on the Success of Fisheries. The population in this study is the Sungai Penuh City community which has a total of 120 fisheries businesses. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 92 businesses was selected with a sampling technique based on Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and test hypotheses using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Training and Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Business Success. The results also show that the Organizational Climate variable acts as an intervening variable between Training and Business..
