The purpose of this research is testing the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University. This research uses quantitative approach and questionnaire for primary data collecting. The test was done using simple linear regression, where endogen variable (Y) is apple smartphone adoption and exogen variable (X) is moslem consumer lifestyle. Samples of this research was chosen using nonprobability sampling technique combined with accidentalsampling and purposive sampling. Samples in this research are 100 students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.Based on the result of this research linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.787 + 0.840 X. The measurenment of the influence of moslem consumer lifestyle to Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University has 0.290 (29%) R2 value. The result of this research shows that moslem consumer lifestyle has a significant influence with Apple smartphone adoption by students of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University.

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. This study aimed to investigate the effect of motivation to organizational commitment of teacher. This research uses questionaire as the primary data and the samples are 67 teachers and candidates of MI Islamiyah Madiun.this research uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regression as the analysis method.Based on the findings, it obtained multiple linear regression equation : Y = -0,460 + 0,666X1 + 0,473X2. The result reveals that motivation affect positively and significantly to the organizational commitment of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Madiun. It is known from the calculated F vakue of 105,532 with a significance level (probability) of 0,000. Value of the variable t test Motivator and Hygiene partial effect on organizational commitment of teacher in MI Islamiyah Madiun significance level <0,05.MI Islamiyah should maintenance motivation of teachers, especially to endure the motivator factors and improve the hygiene factors to achieve organizational commitment of teachers in MI Islamiyah Madiun.

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, many companies are using social medias as one of their promotional tools, especially Instagram. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of Instagram advertising and consumer perception on purchase intention in local building material stores. As this research is using a quantitative approach, the data are collected using questionnaires. The population of this research is the customers who have done several purchases and have followed the stores’ Instagram accounts. Out of the whole population, a number 100 respondents are selected through a purposive sampling technique. The collected data are processed using a SmartPLS program, with the results of no significant influence between Instagram advertising and purchase intention. However, the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on purchase intention through customer perception as the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on customer perception. Therefore, customer perception acts as the intervening variable in this research.

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

The aims of the study is to determine the effect of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017.  The population in this study were 47 students consisting of 2 classes, A class and B class. The sample in this study is A class of 26 students and B class of 21 students. Sampling technique in this research is using Pusposive Sampling with certain consideration reason. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis conducted by the researchers obtained the results at the level of significance α = 0.05 yield tcount = 8.97 and ttable = 2.020 which means thitung> ttable so H0 rejected and H1 accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is significant influence of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017. Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the labor productivity of Suzuki car salesman at PT Restu Mahkota Karya. The study sample involves 162 respondents from six personal salers from different areas and determined through saturation sampling technique. Primary data is obtained through a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression model is used to test the hypothesis of the influence of variable compensation and job satisfaction on productivity. The research proves that the variable compensation partially has no significant effect on the productivity of the sales force. However, the variable of job satisfaction has weak significant influence on the productivity of the sales force. Furthermore, simultaneous variable compensation and job satisfaction have weak significant positive effect on the productivity of the sales force of PT Restu Mahkota Karya.
