The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

A fraud was an action to deceive other parties for personal advantages. This study aimed at investigating the influence of internal control, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on tendency of fraud. This study applied quantitative approach and data was collected by using questionnaires as instrument. This study was conducted at Finance’s Company of Bengkulu City. Samples were selected by applying purposive sampling technique. The samples of this study were the employees of finance departments of the 11 finance with respondents as many as 33 people. The technique of data analysis applied was multiple linear regression technique assisted by SPSS 23 for Windows program. The result of the analysis showed that (1) the internal control had negative and influence on fraud tendency, (2) the organizational commitment had negative and influence on fraud tendency, (3) the organizational culture had negative and influence on fraud tendencyKey words: internal control, commitment, culture, fraud.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

The aims of this study were to analyze the significant and positive effect of technology acceptance factor, website service quality, specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially and simultaneously. The population were Polytechnic of Kotabaru students with 95 people as the samples by purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) there was no significant effect technology acceptance factors on customers’ loyalty partially but has a positive effect, 2) there was negative and no significant effect website service quality on customers’ loyalty partially, 3) there was positive and significant effect specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially, 4) there were positive and significant effect on technology acceptance factors, website service quality, specific holdup cost simultaneously.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

The purpose of this study was to show the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and profit-sharing ratios on profitability with non-performing financing as moderating variables in Islamic commercial banks. This research method was designed using a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was nine banks with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that mudharabah financing had a positive and significant effect on profitability, musyarakah financing and profit-sharing ratio did not affect profitability. Non-performing financing can moderate the effect of mudharabah financing and profit-sharing ratio but cannot moderate the effect of musyarakah financing on profitability. This research practically develops financing that can increase profitability and reduce non-performing financing to reduce losses for Islamic Commercial Banks.
