The research is proposed to test the influence of Training and Organizational Climate on the Success of Fisheries. The population in this study is the Sungai Penuh City community which has a total of 120 fisheries businesses. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 92 businesses was selected with a sampling technique based on Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and test hypotheses using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Training and Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Business Success. The results also show that the Organizational Climate variable acts as an intervening variable between Training and Business..

The research is proposed to test the influence of personal characteristics and penghulu competencies on service quality. The population in this study was the Sungai Penuh City community who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Sungai Penuh, amounting to 150 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 110 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the personal characteristics and competence of penghulu have a positive and significant effect on service quality. The results also show that penghulu competency variables act as intervening variables between personal characteristics and service quality.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. <p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.</p><p>Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations,  ownership and governance.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia  dalam  melakukan  akuisisi  Bank Agroniaga,  dan  mengetahui  kepemilikan  serta  susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.</p><p>Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The author who is directly involved in the consignment trading process sees so many phenomena that occur, whether it is related to the consignment trader, the shop owner, the emotional relationship between the two, business relationships, character, cultural values, and so on. The research approach used in this study is qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The types of data in this study are: primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques miles and hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study indicate that there are 7 patterns of interaction between consignment traders and shop owners, namely: making mutually beneficial business agreements, cooperation on the basis of mutual trust, mutual understanding of each other's character, respecting different cultures, disputes for breaking the agreement, lack of openness, and conflict of interest.

This study aims to see the phenomena of the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka in Dusun Senuko Sidoagung Godean Sleman. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This study has two types of data and data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques in this study were carried out by direct field observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The data validity checking technique used was the source triangulation technique and the technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate the phenomenon of the pilgrimage tradition at K.H.Rr's grave intending to pray for and interpret the values of life, pilgrims who visit the grave of waliyullah K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka can trace the struggle of previous scholars in Islam. The existence of Sendang Bagusan as an example of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka is still used by the Javanese mystical adherents for the kungkum ritual to achieve certain goals. The development of the Tomb of K.H.R Bagus Khasantuka also had a positive impact on the construction of hamlet roads, gates, and youth organization activities in Senuko Village.

This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

The purpose of this article was to study the effects of reversal of school rules and student participation in scout extracurricular activities on the learning discipline of high school accreditation A students in the city of Padang. This type of research was associative descriptive. The population in this study were 5340 respondents from Private an Accreditation Private Schools in Padang. The sampling technique was a two-stage cluster random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique in collecting data was the form of a questionnaire. The instrument testing used a validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of student compliance with school rules with student learning discipline (2) there is no relation between student’s participation in scout on the learning discipline (3) Student participation in scout extracurricular influences compliance with school regulations.Keywords: obedience to school rules, scout extracurricular, learning discipline

The Government

All local governments have the same responsibility and obligation in positioning themselves as institution that are friendly to persons with disabilities, including Central Lampung Regency in Lampung Province. There are two important questions from the research which is the basis of this study; (1). What are the efforts made by the Central Lampung Regency government towards groups with disabilities? (2). What are the problems that occur in the management of disability groups in Central Lampung Regency?. The type of this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used by researchers in this study are sourced from primary and secondary data. In this study, primary data obtained through interview techniques was carried out by giving several questions related to the problem issues in research to the informants who had been determined. Informants in this study was collected with a purposive sampling technique. The key informants in this study were 9 heads of local government organizations, 10 representatives of community organizations, and 5 members of the regional parliament. All of them play a role in data collection activities which include focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using interactive data analysis techniques. In the last three years, the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung has increased. However, the increase in the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung is due to the expansion of the meaning and scope of disabilities in Indonesia regulation. It is known that several actions at the level of local government organizations in facilitating groups with disabilities can be designed in a more focused manner in the design of programs and policies covering the government, population and civil registration, social, health, education, employment, and transportation, and public infrastructure sectors.
