This study aims to determine the role of mediating work motivation on the effect of compensation on employee morale. This research was conducted at UDAKA Dawan BUMDes. The number of samples used is 37 employees, with a saturated sample method where all population numbers are sampled. Data collection is obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study is path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study found that compensation has a positive effect on morale, compensation has a positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on morale, and the role of work motivation has a positive effect in mediating the effect of compensation on morale. The management of UDAKA BUMDes Dawan should pay more attention to the division of labor for employees, the convenience of employees in work, and the provision of salaries that are appropriate to the performance of employees with the aim of increasing employee morale. With high morale, the achievement of performance will be better. Keywords: work morale, work motivation, compensation

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on spirit at work. The results of this study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on spirit at work, and the role of work motivation is positively and significantly mediates the effect of compensation on spirit at work. This research was conducted at Pertiwi Bisma Hotel 2 Ubud. The number of samples used is as many as 38 employees, with a saturated sample method where all the population numbers are used as respondents. Data collection is obtained from questionnaires. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Psychological empowerment is the employee's confidence in his ability in the process of capturing and understanding the state of the organization's environment as an act of motivation towards employees that relates to the skills and competencies they have. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on psychological empowerment, the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture, the influence of organizational culture on psychological empowerment and the role of organizational culture to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on psychological empowerment. This research was conducted at the Office of Industry and Trade in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 50 contract employees who had worked for at least 1 year, with a saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological empowerment, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, a positive and significant organizational culture influences psychological empowerment and the role of organizational culture mediates transformational leadership on psychological empowerment. The purpose of this research is to determine whether word of mouth which has developed into electronic (eWOM) in the digitalization era can strengthen or weaken the influence of the perceived value received by customers from previous purchases to repurchase or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, whereas the method of data collection was purposive sampling and has determined as many as 116 samples. The population in this research are followers of Shopee Indonesia in Instagram, with the various characteristics that have been determined by researchers to be taken as a sample for this research. The method of data analysis using equations from Cohen et al. (1975) in the journal of Sharma et al. (1981). The regression analysis is based on the researcher's comprehension of the negligibility correlation between moderation and predictor variables. Based on the results, Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and the regression model analysis was found that the inclusion of the moderation variable, strengthened the influence of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention by 61,5% from the previous results (55,8%).

Friendly service is a key to being able to maintain a retail business in the midst of many emerging retail types. To be able to survive and be able to provide customer-friendly services, the company is required to be able to create employee satisfaction in working through the arrangement of shop layouts and visual merchandising stores in outlets. In line with this, this study aims to determine the effect of shop layout and visual store merchandising on employee satisfaction at the Tiara Dewata Denpasar Supermarket. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using a sample size of 88 people with a saturated sample method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using as many as 16 indicators and the indicators were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis and accompanied by classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that shop layout and visual store merchandising partially had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. In addition, shop layout and visual merchandising stores simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. This result confirms that to improve employee satisfaction the company is expected to be able to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere of the office environment through structuring shop layout and visual merchandising stores. The purposes of this research are: (1) description of giving incentives and work motivation and morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency (2) Influence of giving incentive to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (3) Influence of work motivation to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (4) Effect of incentive� and work motivation on employee morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of KOPTI Kuningan District as many as 30 people, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Description of incentives and motivation� of work and morale included in being and high category. (2) Incentive has a positive effect on employee morale (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee morale (4) provision of incentives and work motivation have a positive effect on morale and can be written with regression equation Ŷ = 24,861 + 0,216X1 + 0,598X2 with magnitude effect of 77.0% and the remaining 23.0% influenced by other factors outside the research model.��Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Employee Morale

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of the role on auditor burnout and the influence of the role on auditor burnout which was moderated by emotional quetient (Case Study in KAP in Bali Province). This research was conducted at nine Bali Provincial Public Accountants Offices in 2018 with a total of 70 auditors as a sample with a saturated sample method. Data collection was done by interviews, as many as 11 were not used because they were not returned and 59 respondents who fulfilled the next criteria were treated with the analysis regression moderation analysis technique (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis, stress roles have a positive influence on auditor burnout behavior. Emotional quotient does not moderate or influence the positive influence of the role of stress on the influence of auditor burnout. Keywords: Role Stress; Emotional Quetient; Burnout Behavior.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Human resources is one of the most important factors to achieve the goals of a company. Employee productivity is the ability of employees to complete a job effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, namely compensation, work discipline, and work motivation. This study was conducted to examine the significance of the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee productivity at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Café Kedonganan - Bali. 55 samples were used, with the saturated sample method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that compensation, work discipline, and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Theoretically this study also provides an understanding that compensation, work discipline and work motivation can significantly increase employee productivity, by increasing compensation, work discipline and work motivation, employee productivity will increase.
