Human resources is one of the most important factors to achieve the goals of a company. Employee productivity is the ability of employees to complete a job effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, namely compensation, work discipline, and work motivation. This study was conducted to examine the significance of the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee productivity at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Café Kedonganan - Bali. 55 samples were used, with the saturated sample method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that compensation, work discipline, and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Theoretically this study also provides an understanding that compensation, work discipline and work motivation can significantly increase employee productivity, by increasing compensation, work discipline and work motivation, employee productivity will increase. The success of the company is determined by the human resources so that the company needs to meet the needs of employees so employees can work productively. Employee's punctuality is the ability of employees to complete their tasks effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be affected by several factors including compensation, work discipline and motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation to employee productivity. The research was conducted at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali. The number of respondents in this study was 79 people. In the data collection is done through the spread of questionnaires using Likert scale data measurement method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that each variable of compensation, work discipline and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali.  This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of a country's economy. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to strive to develop MSMEs. The objectives of this study were(1) To determine whether the length of business had a partial effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, (2) To determine whether the number of workers had a partial effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in the Village. Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, and (3) To find out whether the length of effort and the number of workers have a simultaneous effect on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The samples in this study were all Pandan Wangi SMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency using the saturated sample method, with the analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the length of business, it has a partial effect on the income of SMEs Pandan Wangi in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value or the -t-count value is smaller than the -t table value, the number of workers has a partial effect. on the income of Pandan Wangi MSMEs in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the t count value is greater than the t table value or the -t count value is smaller than the -t table value, the length of business and the number of workers have a simultaneous effect on the income of MSMEs Pandan Wangi in Tumbakbayuh Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, because the calculated F value is greater than the F table value.

Educators have a very important role for the development of human resources quality. Therefore, the performance of educators in the Rindam IX/Udayana needs to be considered. The performance of educators is the result of work both in quality and quantity achieved by an educator in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work culture and leadership on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The sample used in the study was 120 respondents. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that competence, work culture and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Increasing competence, good work culture and good leadership will improve the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The competence factor has the greatest influence on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Therefore, educators are required to master teaching materials and have the ability to provide guidance to students, to be wise and authoritative in addressing any problems or learning process in the Rindam IX Udayana

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The study was conducted at Ahimsa Beach Villa Jimbaran with a sample of 84 employees, determined by saturated sample technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that first, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention. Second, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Suggested to the company to improve. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of professionalism, independence and auditor training on auditor performance. The location of this research is at the Public Accountant Office (KAP) in Bali Province in 2018 and has been registered with the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI). The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. The method of data collection in this study is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that professionalism, independence and auditor training have a positive effect on auditor performance. This research is expected to provide more in-depth information and understanding, and it is hoped that the auditor can uphold the professionalism and independence when conducting audits, so that the auditor's performance will be good. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect self esteem and self efficacy on employee performance at CV. Alam Tanpaka, Denpasar Bali. The study was conducted in 2018, with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The number of respondents is 52 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS Version 23 application for Windows and Sobel test. The results showed that self esteem, self efficacy had no effect on work motivation, self esteem had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant role in mediating self esteem influencing employee performance, self efficacy had no effect on employee performance, work motivation had not significant role in mediating self efficacy influences employee performance, work motivation does not affect employee performance on CV. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

In this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between leadership style, work discipline and decentralization policy on managerial performance in regional work units (SKPD) in East Lombok. Using the Saturated Sample method, 30 SKPD were taken. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, performs the classic assumption test (prerequisite) which includes normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. After that also hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient, and F-statistics to test the effect together with the level of 5% (0.05).Based on normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, all independent variables are free from disturbances and no variables deviate from the classical assumptions (Prerequisites). This shows that the available data fulfills the requirements to use multiple linear regression equation models. From the results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive effect on managerial performance, decentralization policy has no effect on managerial performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on managerial performance.Keywords : leadership style, work discipline, decentralization policy and managerial performance

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence
