ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inflation, IBCinterest rate, and exchange rate on CSPI. The research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) by using sample of 72 consisted of the entire variable monthly data during  2010  to  2015 with  the selection  of  the sample through a non probability sampling method by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis found inflation, IBC interest rates, and exchange rates simultaneously affect the CSPI. The Inflation and IBC interest rates partially significant negative effect on the CSPI, this means an increase in inflation and IBC interest rates may result decrease value of CSPI. Exchange rates partially significant positive effect on CSPI. This means that the increase occurred in exchange rates can increase the value of CSPI.Kata kunci:   Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Kurs, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)

Many coconut plants grow and develop in Tunjungmuli Village which are cultivated by the surrounding community for the manufacture of palm sugar on a household scale. This study aims to determine the existence of constraints, factors that affect the production of palm sugar, and the level of economic efficiency of using palm sugar production factors. The method used is data stabilization, multiple linear regression analysis and marginal product value analysis, data collection is done by interview. Sampling was carried out using the simple random sampling method, which consisted of 36 craftsmen. The results showed that palm sugar production in Tunjungmuli Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency in February-March 2021 decreased due to extreme weather, erratic rains. The use of palm sugar production factors simultaneously has a significant effect on sugar production, the number of workers (0.006), the number of juice (0.000) and the number of plants tapped (0.000). Meanwhile, firewood (0.018) and business experience (0.815) did not have a significant effect on palm sugar production. The efficiency of the use of production factors, the amount of juice and the number of plants tapped has not been efficient because >1. While the number of workers, business experience and firewood <1 is not efficient, it needs to be reduced in use.

This research was conducted at mining companies on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). There number of samples taken was 144, with nonprobability sampling method, especially purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that auditor switching had no effect on audit delay. These indicates prove that wether there is a change of auditors or not has doesn’t affect the audit delay. Opinion of audit brought a negative effect on audit delay. Financial distress brought a positive effect on audit delay. The research objective was to determine the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Costs on Operational Income (OCOI), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposits Ratio ( LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to profitability (ROA). Problem solving using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis, it is known that NPL and LDR have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA), while CAR have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA).
