This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate, work motivation, and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study was as many as 150 people, the number of samples was 86 employees of the Jimbaran Beach Keraton Hotel with the sampling method using simple random sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by the first validity and reliability test and the classic assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the analysis show that organizational climate, work motivation, and work stress have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction of Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort Bali employees. The implication of this research is for the management of Jimbaran Beach Resort Bali Keraton Hotel to pay more attention to their employees, because the progress of an organization or company is influenced by employees. To improve employee job satisfaction, companies should encourage their employees' work motivation, for example by providing financial bonuses, giving the best employee titles and giving vouchers on family vacations regularly for outstanding employees so that it will increase the competitive attitude of employees in the company. <p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT. In a government organization, employees become an important component of the smoothness and effectiveness of agencies. The organization needs to respond in every event that changes outside and within the agency in order to improve performance while increasing the level of employee job satisfaction. If the Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan pays attention to the promotion of work, control and work motivation more wisely, it can encourage an increase in employee job satisfaction itself. The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of promotion, control and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the the Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used were 49 peoples from 95 populationsand using simple random sampling technique to determine the sample of the study. Data processing using SPSS Version 18 Program. The results of the influence of position promotion, control and work motivation against job satisfaction were 53.3%, and 46.7% were again influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It can be concluded that promotion, control and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction.

An employee's positive attitude towards work can be seen from the level of job satisfaction of the employee. There are many factors that can affect job satisfaction including human relations, work discipline, and motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Orchid Boga Utama with the aim of knowing the effect of human relations, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 75 respondents with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). The results of this study are human relations have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and human relations, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. employee work at PT. Orchid Boga Utama.

<em>Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test,  concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero  hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically.</em><br />

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction . The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Makassar City Education and Training Center Office. The sample of this study were 53 employees as a unit of analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that compensation and work motivation shown are proven to increase employee job satisfaction. Work motivation is the dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. Institutions must pay attention to work stress experienced by their employees so that the psychological well-being of employees can be well maintained and will have a good impact on employee job satisfaction.

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on work motivation, the influence of HR competence, organizational climate, and work motivation on job satisfaction, and work motivation as a mediation for the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to causality was used. Simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula were used to determine the number of respondents and obtained 167 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The path analysis method and the Sobel test with the help of SPSS software were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while HR competencies do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then work motivation can mediate the relationship between HR competencies on job satisfaction and the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.
