Arma Museum is a museum located in the village of Ubud. When viewed from the type collection Arma Museum categorized as museum of art. Arma Museum as a cultural tourist attraction, hopes to become a cultural center is a place for preserving art and culture, therefore the manager is expected to preserve the art of Balinese culture by means of training, education and organizing events related to art and culture of Bali. That assumption is underlying me to choose this topic for research. The topic is “Management of Arma Museum as Cultural Tourist Attraction in the village of Ubud”. The method used in this research is a research method with qualitative descriptive analysis technique to analyze management of Arma Museum . Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique using in-depth interviews, observation and study of literature. Determination of informants from Arma Museum in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study is limited by using the concept of management, the concept of the museum, tourist attraction concept and the concept of cultural tourism. Five museums in the Ubud area has different types of categories the same collection are paintings, but in its management Arma Museum combines the museum as an institution which is a non-profit that is supported by the business unit such as a café, a coffee shop, Restaurant, and the cottages are located in the area Arma museum.. Arma Museum is able to become a cultural tourist attraction because apart from being institutions that preserve works of art, but the museum arma also able to preserve some kind of art such as dance, sculpture and traditional music.

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational learning on company performance which is mediated by organizational competence. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 5.176; 2) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 4.786; 3) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 5.387; 4) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 3.175; and 5) Organizational Competency does not directly affect the Company's Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.571.

<p>PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.<br />The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.</p>

The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators  got  bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits.   Keywords: Tourist Perception, Museum, Cultural Tourist Attraction

Pengotan Tourism Village has unique culture that being a typical of the village itself. But, Pengotan Tourism Village isn’t known widely yet. The development which is not optimum and many obstacles make it happen. Based on that problems, this research aims to identify the cultural potentials, of Pengotan Tourism Village as a culture based tourism village in Bangli Subdistrict, Bangli Regency. The method that used in this research especially on analyzing the data is qualitative descriptive analysis to determine the potentials and the obstacles of development. The datas are collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants are determined using purposive sampling technique. The result of this research is Pengotan Tourism Village has many potentials that can make it as a tourist attraction in Bangli Regency. This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that must be appliedin the development of palm sugar production through modernization to increasethe quality and quantity of the product so that it has a direct impact on improvementwelfare of the village community, especially palm sugar craftsmen. Research sitesimplemented in Sejorong Hamlet, Tongo Village, Sekongkang District, DistrictWest Sumbawa. When the research was carried out in November 2019 andFebruary 2020. The type of research used in this study is a methoddirect survey. The data collected comes from primary data and datasecondary. Primary data is done by means of field observations, documentation andinterview with palm sugar crafter using a list of questions(Question). Secondary data were obtained from various related agencies andinformation from various literatures related to this research. PopulationIn this study, there are 4 traditional palm sugar craftsmenand the craftsmen of the Jalit L estari group of Tongo Village. The sample in this study was takenby means of purpose sampling, namely determining the sample with a specific goal. Techniquedata analysis using descriptive analysis to find out about modernizationpalm sugar production in Tongo Village and analysis of alternative strategies usingSWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy. Resultresearch shows that based on internal and external analysis, small industryPalm sugar in Tongo Village, Sekongkang District has the power tomaintained or improved, and has opportunities that can be exploitedwell and as much as possible. The best development strategyused is a strategy that supports aggressive growth.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.
