Fine motor skills are abilities that involve certain parts of the body and use a group of small muscles such as using the fingers and wrist movements which often require precise eye and hand coordination such as writing, drawing, holding things with the thumb and forefinger , and others. The problem that occurs so that this classroom action research is held is the low fine motor skills of the Group B children TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out that through 3-dimensional plasticine media can improve the fine motor skills of Group B children TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah Kedu Temanggung Semester I Academic Year 2017/2018, 2) To determine the magnitude of the increase in fine motor skills of children through 3-dimensional plasticine media in Group B children TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah Kedu Temanggung Semester I Academic Year 2017/2018. The subjects of this study were 13 students of Group B TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah. The research was conducted in November 2017. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that through learning activities using 3-dimensional plasticine media, the fine motor skills of Group B children TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah can be improved. This can be proven by an increase in the child's fine motor skills from before the action or pre-cycle only 15.4%, Cycle I reached 46.1% and Cycle II reached 84.6%. Therefore, efforts to improve the fine motor skills of the children in Group B TK Dharma Wanita 1 Mojotengah can be said to be successful because they have met the predetermined maximum percentage, namely 80%, marked by skill and neatness in making shapes, the ability of children to add other forms to existing forms, composition. or a proportional and attractive shape.

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the motor skills of children who have not developed optimally, the lack of development and the fine motor exercises of children become the cause. The child's fine motor skills do not just flourish, but should be given stimulus and should always be trained. This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of B1 TKIP Assalam group through collage activity from vehicle tires. This study is a collaborative classroom action research. Subjects in this study were children of B1 TKIP Assalam group of 15 children consisting of five boys and 10 girls, another subject in this study was B1 TKIP Assalam class teacher. Data analysis techniques used are the techniques of observation and documentation. While the technique of data analysis using qualitative quantitative descriptive. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the fine motor skills of children have increased. The increase can be seen from the initial condition of the fine motor ability of the child that is equal to 46.66% including the criteria start to develop, then in the first cycle increased by 55.55% including the criteria evolved as expected, the second cycle increased by 68.33% as per expectation and on the third cycle increased by 81.11% including the criteria developed very well. The results showed that collage activity of vehicle tires can improve the fine motor ability of B1 TKIP Assalam Tasikmalaya academic year 2017/2018.

Kata Kunci : kirigami, kemampuan motorik halus, anak kelompok B1 This study aimed to determine the effect of kirigami on the fine motor skills of children in the B1 group in Ikal Widya Kumara Sidakarya Kindergarten in Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research is Pre-Experimental Design using research design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study is the same as the number of samples of 27 children. The results of the calculation of pretest and posttest data on fine motor skills showed that the average posttest score was higher than the average pretest (posttest = 64.22 > pretest = 27.93). Testing the hypothesis used is a different mean test using the variance test formula. Test criteria at a significance level of 5% with dk = 26. The price of tcount = 33.55 > the price of ttable = 2.056. So that it can be concluded kirigami has an effect on the fine motor skills of children in group B1 in Kindergarten Ikal Widya Kumara Sidakarya Academic Year 2018/2019. Based on these conclusions, it was suggested to other researchers to use kirigami to improve children's fine motor skills.keyword : kirigami, fine motor skills, group children B1
