The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of 1) Leadership on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management. 2) Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management. 3) Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. The sample was selected using the Convenience Sampling method totaling 100 respondents at PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. The results of this study indicate that leadership, motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh 1) Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. 2) Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. 3) Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen.Sampel dipilih mengunakan metode Convenience Sampling berjumlah 100 responden pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhdapa Kepuasan Kerja.

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

Emotional intelligence is the most significant concept used in the present scenario of the work environment towards the job satisfaction. Nowadays, Emotional intelligence is used as a tool for measuring the organization’s performance and also playing a key role in stress management and job satisfaction of employees. Job dissatisfaction results in higher absenteeism, lower productivity, defensive behavior and lower performance. The study was organized on the employees’ of HDFC banks, working in Chandigarh Tricity to analyze the impact of emotional intelligence and gender on job satisfaction. A descriptive correlational research was conducted, by taking the population of all the employees of HDFC Banks, Chandigarh Tricity. Convenience sampling method was used to select the sample of the study which included 100 respondents from various branches of HDFC banks in Chandigarh Tricity. The inferences of the study were made with the help of statistical tools such as Karl Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, Regression analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. In the study, it has been observed that both emotional intelligence and job satisfaction has a positive relationship. It also indicates that Gender has no significant impact on these variables.

This research aims to analyze the influence of marketing public relation and service quality at Bank Mandiri on corporate image through public. Convenience sampling method has been selected in order to obtain the data in this study. The analysis method that used was the path analysis. The research result had shown that: marketing public relation and service quality have significant influence simultaneously and partially on public opinion on the first structure equation. The second structure equation shows that: marketing public relation, service quality had significant influence simultaneously on corporate image. The service quality have not partially the quality of service have not influence significant partially on corporate, but variable marketing and public relation have  partially influential public opinion influence significant partially on corporate image.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v12i2.1916

This study aims at  examining  the influences of celebrity endorsement, trust, and e-WOM on purchase intentions of shopee users in Jakarta. The population of this study were 300 respondents who used the Shopee application in Jakarta. The convenience sampling method is used by distributing questionnaires online which are then processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that celebrity support had no significant influence effec tothe purchase intention of shopee users in Jakarta, while trust and e-WOM had  significant and positive influences  to the purchase intention of Shopee application users in Jakarta. Therefor, Shopee needs to pay attention to those two variables to improve purchase intention of their products’ users. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan selebriti, kepercayaan, dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut secara elektronik terhadap niat beli pengguna shopee di Jakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 300 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee di Jakarta. Metode convenience sampling digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online yang kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan selebriti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli pengguna Shopee di Jakarta, sedangkan kepercayaan dan Pemasaran dari Mulut ke Mulut Secara Elektronik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat beli pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, Shopee perlu memperhatikan kedua variabel tersebut untuk meningkatkan niat beli pengguna produknya.

The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) perceived price can effect repurchase intention. 2) perceived price can effect word of mouth. 3) country of origin can effect repurchase intention. 4) word of mouth can effect repurchase intention. 5) word of mouth mediates the effect perceived price on repurchase intention. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 200 respondents. The result of this study show that perceived price and country of origin have not significant influence on repurchase intention, perceived price has significant influence on word of mouth, word of mouth has significant influence on repurchase intention, and word of mouth mediates the influence of perceived price on repurchase intention.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah 1) perceived price dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 2) perceived price dapat mempengaruhi word of mouth. 3) country of origin dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 4) word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention. 5) word of mouth memediasi pengaruh perceived price terhadap repurchase intention. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 200 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived price dan country of origin tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, perceived price memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap word of mouth, word of mouth memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, dan word of mouth dapat memediasi pengaruh perceived price terhadap repurchase intention.

The research objective was to determine the effect of climate variables organiasi, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, and practice decision-making to terhahap job satisfaction of employees at PT. Asam Jawa Medan. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Asam Jawa field numbered 39 and all members of the sample. The analysis model is a linear regression. The results showed that organiasi climate variables, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, decision making and practice simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at. Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

Job satisfaction means the positive feeling or attitude that employees have towards their job, which acts as a motivation to work. It is a combination of emotion, belief, feeling, sentiment, and other allied behavioral tendencies. This study is focused on analyzing the job satisfaction of banking employees on the basis of the working environment, cooperation among employees, training and promotion and salaries. Employees of Nepalese commercial banks were selected using a convenience sampling method for the study. A total of 112 respondents were selected to sample the employees of banks located in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. The descriptive, as well as analytical research designs were used to analyze and draw a conclusion about the job satisfaction of bank employees. The self-structured questionnaire has been used. The major influencing factors for job satisfaction were salary, followed by training and promotion, working environment, and cooperation among them.

India’s pharmaceutical market accounts for about 1.4 percent of the global pharmaceutical industry in value terms and 10 percent in volume terms. Sun Pharma is a leading and India’s top pharmaceutical company. The following study tries to study the job satisfaction of employees of Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd with reference to Sikkim state and to identify the factors which influence the job satisfaction of employees. The study relies on primary data collected from employees of Sun Pharma, Sikkim with the help of well-designed questionnaire. Total sample size is of 120 respondents using convenience sampling method. The first part of the questionnaire consists of questions related to personal information on age, gender, qualification, marital status, duration of work and department. The second part of questionnaire consists of thirty-six statements which are evenly distributed in points and Five Point Likert Scale has been applied for the same. After collection of primary data, it has been entered in SPSS 18.0 for statistical analyses. The study has used simple percentage and averages for the simple probing into the topic. Factor analysis has been used to determine the 14 variables. Various test like Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA were used to test the job satisfaction of respondents and to meet the objective of the study. The study revealed that there is not much difference among the job satisfaction of employees in Sun Pharma.
