Theatre is one of the art performances that people from various circles are interested in. Theatre has become an extra-curricular activity or curriculum in various schools and campuses. This theatre game is played by actors who play characters according to the script given by the director. Communication becomes a factor in playing theatre, one of which is expression. Actors not only use expressions only to complement dialogue but also as a form of dialogue itself. Then a problem formulation appears, namely how to communicate expressions in theatre plays by theatre actors. This study aims to determine how theatre actors communicate expression in theatre plays. The theory used in this research is the cumulative structure theory. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The research method used in this research is a case study using data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. Data processing and analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this research is the communication of expression is carried out by theatre actors by conveying a meaning and honesty from within. The delivery of this meaning is carried out with facial expressions and body movements. Forms of communication expression are facial expressions, gestures, and voices.Teater merupakan salah satu pertunjukan seni yang diminati oleh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan. Teaterpun menjadi kegiatan extra kulikuler atau kurikulum diberbagai sekolah dan kampus. Permainan teater ini dimainkan oleh para aktor yang memerankan karakter sesuai dengan naskah yang diberikan oleh sutradara. Komunikasi menjadi salah satu faktor dalam bermain teater salah satunya adalah ekspresi. Para aktor tidak hanya menggunakan ekspresi hanya untuk pelengkap dialog tapi juga sebagai bentuk dari dialog itu sendiri. Maka muncul suatu rumusan masalah yakni bagaimana komunikasi ekspresi dalam permainan teater oleh aktor teater. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktor teater melakukan komunikasi ekspresi dalam permainan teater. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktur Kumulatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, mengambil kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi ekspresi dilakukan oleh aktor teater dengan menyampaikan sebuah makna dan jujur dari dalam diri. Penyampaian makna ini dilakukan dengan ekspresi wajah dan gerakan tubuh. bentuk dari komunikasi ekspresi merupakan ekspresi wajah, gerak tubuh, dan suara.

In assessing the success of an agency, it can be seen from the human resources that drive the agency itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of employee competencies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection methods, namely interviews, document review, and observation. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, document review guidelines, and observation guidelines as well as data analysis techniques by reducing data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. After that test the validity of the data with triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that overall employee competency development is in the good category. Regarding employee competency development at the Makassar Raya Regional Makassar Regional Office Corporate Office, reviewed from the Motif, Character, Self-Concept, Knowledge, and Skills aspects, but there are still some indicators that need to be improved to maximize the development of employee competence at the Regional Makassar Regional Office. One of the global developments that is fast and has quite an impact on the pattern of people's lives is developments in the field of technology and information, namely through the internet. YouTube has become an internet media that is in demand by various audiences around the world. Disbursing youtube adsense is fairly complicated, but the work as a youtuber is currently in great demand by Millennials. Youtuber is a new job that is synonymous with Millennials in this 4.0 industrial era. This study aims to determine the use of social capital trust by youtubers in increasing popularity, as well as to determine the use of social capital linking youtubers in increasing popularity. This study uses a qualitative approach, with informants namely millennial youtubers who live in the city of Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that trust social capital is widely used by youtubers to increase their popularity, in this case increasing the number of subscribers and viewers on their youtube channel. Many YouTubers use social capital linking or networks to increase the number of subscribers and viewers. The social capital of the network used is by utilizing the friendship and community of YouTubers in the process of designing content, taking videos, editing to uploading videos and socializing YouTube channels in order to minimize the cost of managing YouTube channels for YouTubers

This study aims to create a model for productive management of waqf in the agricultural sector in the Penatarsewu Muhammadiyah Branch Management (PRM) and analyze its impact in improving the welfare of farmers based on indicators of maqashid syariah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study were the management of the Penatarsewu PRM board of waqf councilors and sharecroppers. Data is collected by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation technique by cross-checking the findings of primary and secondary data is used to determine the validity of the data. Research is limited to rice field endowments or the agricultural sector. The results showed that the productive waqf management model of Penatarsewu PRM uses a mukhabarah agreement with a profit-sharing system of 60:40. The results have an impact on improving the welfare of farmers based on the indicator maqashid syariah. Judging from al-maqashidul khams, the most successful are Hifdhud Din, Hifdhul Aql, and Hifdhun Nasl. However, the Penatarsewu PRM is expected to be able to direct the results of waqf to productive goals, such as the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit.Keywords: Productive Waqf, Mukhabarah, Maqashid Syariah, PRM

Purposes:. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance process of Cirebon Cordova hotel, the Cirebon promotional strategy of the Cordova hotel and how the governance & promotion strategy of the Sharia Cordova hotel image of Cirebon.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used in this study is to use analysis with an inductive approach, processes and meanings from a subject perspective that are more highlighted or can be referred to as descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data uses observation, documentation, and interviews. The data is validated using the triangulation method. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and research / verification conclusions.Findings: The results of this study in the governance of the Cirebon Cordova Hotel use the Sharia concept, which is realized to provide the best comfort, security and service. The promotion strategy of the Cordova Cirebon hotel uses social media and print media and collaborates with travel services. The governance carried out by the Cirebon Cordova hotel already uses sharia principles, as evidenced by applying sharia concepts such as the rules applied in guest services that violate the opposite sex who are not muhrim, violations do not carry items that are prohibited according to Islamic and state religious rules. The Cirebon cordova hotel promotion strategy is carried out to do ethics & honesty in communicating product offerings to hotel visitors. To improve the image of Sharia Hotel, Cordova Hotels always recite the verses of the Holy Qur'an, prayer and do not provide entertainment facilities that cause disobedience such as discotheques, clubs, bars and gambling.Originality/Value: The article offers a new evidence of how a hotel endeavors in getting shariah image. Appealingly, the study can deeply describe the strategy and management promotion in reaching that reputation.

Abstrak Analisis melalui tinjauan wacana merupakan salah satu kegiatan praktik dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah pragmatik. Ruang lingkup permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan analisis dalam wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis yang terdapat dalam wacana. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penelitian tentang bentuk penggunan bahasa yang digunakan dalam komunikasi. Sumber data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode  qualitative-descriptive research. Subjek penelitian ini yakni Mahasiswa PBSI FKIP UNISSULA. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan model siklus interaktif berupa penyajian data kemudian melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian akan diimplikasikan dalam mata kuliah Pragmatik PBSI FKIP UNISSULA Abstract Analysis through discourse review is one of the practical activities in learning pragmatic subjects. The scope of the problem in this study is a review of the analysis in the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Candidates". This study was designed to describe the results of the analysis contained in the discourse. This study uses research data on the form of language used in communication. The data source that will be used in this study is the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Debate". This research method uses qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this study were PBSI FKIP UNISSULA students. Data collection techniques were carried out through the discourse analysis "2019 Presidential Candidate-Presidential Debate". In this study using data analysis techniques with interactive cycle models in the form of data presentation then draw conclusions. The results of the study will be implicated in the Pragmatic PBSI FKIP UNISSULA course

His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. The STEAM method is applied to early childhood to provide broader thinking power in problem solving. Penelitian aims to describe the learning STEAM (Science, Technological, Engineering, Art and Mathematic) with media loose parts that can enhance the creativity and imagination of children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research was conducted in 4 meetings in group B with 12 children. The results showed that STEAM learning with losse parts media could increase children's creativity and imagination. This can be seen from the observation that was made 4 times, all children experienced good development when learning with losse parts media.learning STEAM with losse parts can be applied to earlyplay groups childhood education, both inand kindergarten. This research not only improvescreativity children'sbut also increases children's imagination, the loose parts media used are also unique and natural.

The use of various applications such as ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meets has become familiar to students and teachers thanks to their functionality. It is not widely known that there is one other application that has the same function, that is Discord. With the COVID-19 pandemic situation and the existence of this Discord application, a problem formulation emerged, namely How to use the Discord application as a learning medium for the COVID-19 pandemic era and whether the Discord application as a new innovation is suitable for use as an online learning medium in the COVID-19 pandemic era. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of learning media, the use of applications as learning media, social media theory and diffusion of innovation. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The research method used is a case study. The data collection method used to collect the information needed in this study is to use semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data obtained, this study uses triangulation techniques by utilizing other data for comparison and data checking. The result of this research is that Discord is an ideal new innovation and has great potential as a learning medium in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic.Penggunaan berbagai aplikasi seperti ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, dan Google Meets sudah menjadi tidak asing lagi bagi siswa dan pengajar berkat fungsionalitas mereka. Tidak banyak diketahui ada satu aplikasi lain yang memiliki fungsi yang sama, aplikasi tersebut adalah Discord. Dengan situasi pandemi COVID-19 dan beserta keberadaan aplikasi Discord ini, muncul suatu rumusan masalah yakni Bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi Discord sebagai media pembelajaran era pandemi COVID-19 dan Apakah aplikasi Discord sebagai inovasi baru layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran online pada era pandemi COVID-19. Landasan Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah teori media pembelajaran, penggunaan aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran, teori sosial media dan difusi inovasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang didapat penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan memanfaatkan data lain untuk perbandingan dan pengecekan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Discord merupakan inovasi baru yang ideal dan memiliki potensi besar sebagai media pembelajaran di era pandemi COVID-19.

The purpose of this article is to examine the "study business" program as a new idea in boosting the interest of young people who want to become more religious, wealthier, successful, on the pilgrimage, and enter heaven. This article uses descriptive qualitative research, data collection methods through observation and interviews, with analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the process of implementing the "study business" program in the Da’wa Terace was by telling stories about the actions of business by Gus Madkhan and Haji Thariq, giving material from bankruptcy, having a lot of debt, giving alms to rising and building businesses to become successful. With this program, young people are interested in trying to open a business or open business opportunities in order to achieve success, become rich so that they can give alms more, can go on pilgrimage, become pious people and then go to heaven.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tugas dan peran pengadilan agama dalam menyelesaikan kasus harta gono gini sebagai upaya penyelesaian konflik keluarga pasca bercerai suami dan istri (studi kasus di Pengadilan Agama Mataram).  Penelitian ini adalah  penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekataan deskriptif. Subyek penelitian atau informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Pengadilan Agama, Hakim, dan Panitera Pengadilan Agama Mataram. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer, Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian  yang diperoleh bahwa tugas dan peran pengadilan agama mataram dalam menyelesaikan kasus harta gono gini yaitu : Tugas dan Peran Pengadilan Agama Mataram yaitu menerima, memeriksa, memutuskan, mengadili dan menyelesaikan perkara yang diaajukan oleh para pihak penggugat., dan Proses penyelesaian dan pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan pembagian harta gono gini yaitu : Hakim dalam proses pembagian harta bersama yaitu membagi harta bersama tersebut sama-sama ½ (seperdua) penggugat dan tergugat sedangkan hakim dalam mempertimbangkan pembagian harta gono gini atau harta bersama tidak mesti terpaku terhadap UU tetapi sebagai hakim proses pertimbangan pembagian harta gono gini harus berdasarkan rasa keadilan karna hakim sendiri mempunyai asas kontralegen.Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to determine the duties and roles of religious courts in resolving inheritance cases as an effort to resolve family conflicts after divorce (a case study at the Mataram Religious Court). This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects of the study were the Head of the Religious Courts, Judges, and Registrars of the Mataram Religious Court. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data used were primary data sources; data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the duties and roles of the Mataram Religious Court in resolving the case of the Mataram Religious Court are the Duties and Roles of the Mataram Religious Court such as receiving, examining, deciding, adjudicating and completing cases filed by the plaintiffs, and the process of settlement and judges' considerations. In determining the distribution of assets of inheritance, the judges in the process of sharing joint assets are dividing the joint assets together ½ (half) of the plaintiff and the defendant, while the judge in considering the distribution of assets or joint assets does not have to be fixated on the law but as a judge in consideringthe process of the distribution of assets must be based on a sense of justice because the judges themselves have theprinciple of contralegem.
