Purposes:. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance process of Cirebon Cordova hotel, the Cirebon promotional strategy of the Cordova hotel and how the governance & promotion strategy of the Sharia Cordova hotel image of Cirebon.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used in this study is to use analysis with an inductive approach, processes and meanings from a subject perspective that are more highlighted or can be referred to as descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data uses observation, documentation, and interviews. The data is validated using the triangulation method. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and research / verification conclusions.Findings: The results of this study in the governance of the Cirebon Cordova Hotel use the Sharia concept, which is realized to provide the best comfort, security and service. The promotion strategy of the Cordova Cirebon hotel uses social media and print media and collaborates with travel services. The governance carried out by the Cirebon Cordova hotel already uses sharia principles, as evidenced by applying sharia concepts such as the rules applied in guest services that violate the opposite sex who are not muhrim, violations do not carry items that are prohibited according to Islamic and state religious rules. The Cirebon cordova hotel promotion strategy is carried out to do ethics & honesty in communicating product offerings to hotel visitors. To improve the image of Sharia Hotel, Cordova Hotels always recite the verses of the Holy Qur'an, prayer and do not provide entertainment facilities that cause disobedience such as discotheques, clubs, bars and gambling.Originality/Value: The article offers a new evidence of how a hotel endeavors in getting shariah image. Appealingly, the study can deeply describe the strategy and management promotion in reaching that reputation.

Abstrak Analisis melalui tinjauan wacana merupakan salah satu kegiatan praktik dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah pragmatik. Ruang lingkup permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan analisis dalam wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis yang terdapat dalam wacana. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penelitian tentang bentuk penggunan bahasa yang digunakan dalam komunikasi. Sumber data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode  qualitative-descriptive research. Subjek penelitian ini yakni Mahasiswa PBSI FKIP UNISSULA. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis wacana “Debat Capres–Cawapres 2019”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan model siklus interaktif berupa penyajian data kemudian melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian akan diimplikasikan dalam mata kuliah Pragmatik PBSI FKIP UNISSULA Abstract Analysis through discourse review is one of the practical activities in learning pragmatic subjects. The scope of the problem in this study is a review of the analysis in the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Candidates". This study was designed to describe the results of the analysis contained in the discourse. This study uses research data on the form of language used in communication. The data source that will be used in this study is the discourse "2019 Presidential Candidates-Presidential Debate". This research method uses qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this study were PBSI FKIP UNISSULA students. Data collection techniques were carried out through the discourse analysis "2019 Presidential Candidate-Presidential Debate". In this study using data analysis techniques with interactive cycle models in the form of data presentation then draw conclusions. The results of the study will be implicated in the Pragmatic PBSI FKIP UNISSULA course

The STEAM method is applied to early childhood to provide broader thinking power in problem solving. Penelitian aims to describe the learning STEAM (Science, Technological, Engineering, Art and Mathematic) with media loose parts that can enhance the creativity and imagination of children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research was conducted in 4 meetings in group B with 12 children. The results showed that STEAM learning with losse parts media could increase children's creativity and imagination. This can be seen from the observation that was made 4 times, all children experienced good development when learning with losse parts media.learning STEAM with losse parts can be applied to earlyplay groups childhood education, both inand kindergarten. This research not only improvescreativity children'sbut also increases children's imagination, the loose parts media used are also unique and natural.

Theatre is one of the art performances that people from various circles are interested in. Theatre has become an extra-curricular activity or curriculum in various schools and campuses. This theatre game is played by actors who play characters according to the script given by the director. Communication becomes a factor in playing theatre, one of which is expression. Actors not only use expressions only to complement dialogue but also as a form of dialogue itself. Then a problem formulation appears, namely how to communicate expressions in theatre plays by theatre actors. This study aims to determine how theatre actors communicate expression in theatre plays. The theory used in this research is the cumulative structure theory. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The research method used in this research is a case study using data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. Data processing and analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this research is the communication of expression is carried out by theatre actors by conveying a meaning and honesty from within. The delivery of this meaning is carried out with facial expressions and body movements. Forms of communication expression are facial expressions, gestures, and voices.Teater merupakan salah satu pertunjukan seni yang diminati oleh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan. Teaterpun menjadi kegiatan extra kulikuler atau kurikulum diberbagai sekolah dan kampus. Permainan teater ini dimainkan oleh para aktor yang memerankan karakter sesuai dengan naskah yang diberikan oleh sutradara. Komunikasi menjadi salah satu faktor dalam bermain teater salah satunya adalah ekspresi. Para aktor tidak hanya menggunakan ekspresi hanya untuk pelengkap dialog tapi juga sebagai bentuk dari dialog itu sendiri. Maka muncul suatu rumusan masalah yakni bagaimana komunikasi ekspresi dalam permainan teater oleh aktor teater. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktor teater melakukan komunikasi ekspresi dalam permainan teater. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktur Kumulatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, mengambil kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi ekspresi dilakukan oleh aktor teater dengan menyampaikan sebuah makna dan jujur dari dalam diri. Penyampaian makna ini dilakukan dengan ekspresi wajah dan gerakan tubuh. bentuk dari komunikasi ekspresi merupakan ekspresi wajah, gerak tubuh, dan suara.

ABSTRACTThis research discussed about the participation of youth in defending the country and its influence to the regional resilience at the Klaten Regency. This research used qualitative research method, object the research was the youth’s participation to defending the country and its implications to the regional resilience. The method of collecting data were interview, observation, literature study, documentation study, and online page search. Data analysis techniques in this study using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Former Flag Raisers of Indonesia, Klaten Regency had of participate in activity to defending the country in the Klaten Regency. The participation performed by four models activities, namely model of ideological activity, model of social interaction activity, competition between Paskibra, and model of acting activity. It’s participation gave the comprehension about defending the country, awareness about defending the country, and commitment about defending the country. The participation of Youth to defending the country had influences for the regional resilience at the Klaten Regency with criteria that included aspects of ideology, politic, social and cultural, and defense and security. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan bela negara dan pengaruhnya terhadap ketahanan wilayah Kabupaten Klaten. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini memfokuskan kajiannya pada partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan bela negara dan pengaruhnya terhadap ketahanan wilayah didaerah Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studipustaka, studi dokumentasi, dan penelusuran laman online. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Purna Paskibraka Indonesia telah berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kegiatan bela negara di Kabupaten Klaten. Partisipasi tersebut dilakukan melalui 4 (empat) model kegiatan yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat ideologis, kegiatan yang bersifat interaksi sosial, kegiatan kejuaraan antar Paskibra, dan kegiatan bersifat aksi. Partisipasi tersebut memberikan pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai berbangsa dan bernegara yang kemudian memberikan kesadaran terhadap kewajiban bela negara, dan menyatakan komitmennya terhadap bela negara. Partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan bela negara ini berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan wilayah Kabupaten Klaten terutama dalam konteks penguatan ideologi, katahanan politik, sosial dan budaya budaya serta memperkokoh aspek pertahanan dan keamanan.

The research objective was to determine the Management of Central Market Retribution in Kendari City to Increase Local Revenue. The research method used is a qualitative technique, namely interactive analysis techniques, which have stepped through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The subjects in this research were employees of the Kendari City Tax and Retribution Management Agency, by determining 5 research informants purposively. The results of this research indicate that the management of market fees is not optimal, this can be seen in the ineffective planning of market levy management, because it is not supported by accurate data regarding the potential of the central market, especially traders who have no place in the market. Organizing has also not been effective, in terms of working standards, the attitudes of the central market levies that have not complied with the rules in its implementation, such as rules on working hours, and discrimination in the collection. In the case of the collectors' remuneration that is not on time, and under supervision is still lacking and only relies on reports of monthly revenue. The acceptance of market retribution has also not reached the target, due to the inadequate implementation of the management function, particularly the supervisory function.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. This study aims to determine how the ability of Jambi Friends of the Community of Friends in accessing, evaluating and using information. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. Based on the results of the analysis and research findings, the ability of the Jambi Sahabat Community Community Managers to access information based on the IFLA standard is said to be Expert, because it is seen from the manager’s ability to define information needs and to trace information through various sources, such as people who are experts in their fields, from print media: books and newspapers, electronic media: television and mobile phones. The ability of the Friends of the Jambi Friends of the Community in evaluating information based on the IFLA standard is said to be Expert, because it is seen from the ability of the manager to assess information and manage information obtained through clear sources of information, such as books, and internet media, as well as sources from internal community discussions. This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

The implementation of public policy is one of the activities in a public policy process that determines whether a policy is in contact with the public interest and can be accepted by the public. Implementation of the Regional Scholarship Program for Lamandau Regency Students based on the Regulations of the Regent of Lamandau Number. 24 of 2013. The scholarship program in the Lamandau Regency area has been in place since 2009 and this program was carried out by the Education and Culture Office of Lamndau Regency. This program aims to help students from Lamandau Regency to accelerate the lecture process and to improve human resources. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. And using data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In this study the author uses the Geogre C. Edward III policy implementation model with 4 (four) variables, namely communication, resources, position and bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the research based on communication variables, it is still not optimal. The lack of socialization from the Dinas to students who will receive scholarship assistance, for resources such as the number of staff, facilities and infrastructure is sufficient. As for the inhibiting factors for this program, the delay in channeling funds from the company as donors and students is still lacking pay attention to systematics, and the requirements set by the Education and Culture Office of Lamandau Regency.

Abstraksi   Masyarakat Sumbawa dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang heterogen, karena dihuni oleh penduduk dari berbagai suku, etnis, bahasa dan agama dengan konsekuensi terhadap pembawaan adat-istiadat serta sistem hidup yang berbeda-beda. Kondisi ini adalah salah satu modal utama yang jika disalahgunakan akan bisa berdampak negatif dengan munculnya sentimen-sentimen dan konflik komunal yang bisa merusak sistem kehidupan bermasyarakat. Proses mediasi, arbitrasi dan negosiasi adalah salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan  dalam meresolusi konflik selama ini. Sedangkan masih banyak metode atau pendekatan lain yang dirasa cukup efektif dan kadang terlupakan dalam pendekatan pencegahan dan resolusi konflik yaitu melalui pendekatan Kecerdasan Budaya.Sehingga riset ini, mencoba mengangkat masalah urgensi kecerdasan budaya dalam mencegah dan meresolusi konflik. Adapun masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1).Faktor-faktor apa saja yang bisa menyebabkan terjadinya konflik dalam masyarakat?, 2). Siapa saja yang berperan sebagai struktural, akselerator dan pemakin atau trigger dalam konflik tersebut?, 3). Pendekatan apa saja yang selama ini digunakan dalam upaya mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik dalam masyarakat oleh pemerintah?, 4). Mengapa kecerdasan budaya sangat penting dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik tersebut? Metode riset yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif.Dengan tujuan agar pengungkapan fenomena di lokasi penelitian secara leluasa memungkin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal karena data tersebut valid dan dapat dipertanggung- jawabkan secara ilmiah dan rasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada  yaitu teknik observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan keabsahan datayang terdiri dari Derajat kepercayaan (credibility), Keteralihan (transferability), Ketergantungan (dependability), dan Kepastian (comfirmability). Hasil penelitian, bahwa Terjadinya konflik di Kabupaten Sumbawa disebabkan karena adanya faktor Struktural, Akselerator dan Trigger (SAT) konflik, misalnya seperti: masih ada dan kuatnya Political Memory dalam Masyarakat. Serta pentingnya Kecerdasan Budaya dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan konflik, karena semua aspek-aspek yang ada dalam Kecerdasan Budaya seperti: Pengetahuan, Strategi, Motivasi dan Perilaku ternyata memiliki relevansi dan kemampuan untuk mendorong dan menciptakan suasana yang aman, damai dan harmonis dalam masyarakat sepanjang masyarakat bisa dan mampu menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Budaya, Pencegahan, Resolusi, Konflik   The Sumbawa community is known as a heterogeneous society, inhabited by people of various ethnic, ethnic, linguistic and religious backgrounds with consequences for different customs and systems of life. This condition is one of the main capital that if misused will be able to negatively impact the emergence of sentiments and communal conflicts that can damage the system of social life. The process of mediation, arbitration and negotiation is one of the approaches used in resolving conflicts over the years. While there are many other methods or approaches that are considered quite effective and sometimes forgotten in the approach of prevention and conflict resolution is through the approach of Cultural Intelligence. So this research, trying to raise the urgency issue of the cultural intelligence in preventing and resolving the conflict. The problems raised in this study are: 1). What factors can cause conflict in society ?, 2). Who actor that acts as a structural, accelerator and trigger or trigger in the conflict ?, 3). What approaches have been used in preventing and resolving the conflict in society by the government ?, 4). Why is cultural intelligence so important in preventing and resolving the conflict? The research method in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The aim of this research that the disclosure of the phenomenon in the research location freely possible to get maximum results because the data is valid and can be accounted scientifically and rationally.Data collection techniques that is used in this research are techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data validity consisting of credibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The result of the research, that the occurrence of conflict in Sumbawa Regency caused by Structural factor, Accelerator and Trigger (SAT) conflict, for example: there is still and strong Political Memory in Society.
