The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of online learning on elementary school students 1 Barongan Kudus.The research method used is qualitative. Research data collection is done through the provision of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2021 academic year. The research data were collected using observation and interview techniques. Research sources include teachers, students, and parents of elementary school students 1 Barongan Kudus. Data checking was carried out using triangulation to increase the degree of confidence and accuracy of the data. Triangulation is done with three strategies, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, and time triangulation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique.The results showed that teachers, students and parents were unable to communicate directly and online learning required all parties to communicate via WhatsApp..

Coaching is one of the things that must be done in PPLP because coaching is one of the key successes of PPLP. The existence of high coaching can be one of the capital for PPLP to achieve the expected goals. In order to uphold the coaching, coaching management is needed based on the theories reflected in management functions which consist of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. This research is a type of qualitative research, which is research that tends to deal with research problems that require exploration, where knowledge of the problem is still limited, about a detailed understanding of central phenomena. With data collection techniques carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Data processing procedures are carried out by informing checking tringulation techniques, as well as data checking. The results showed, 1) the planning of the coaching management work program has been carried out well, this is evident from the management of athlete coaching which is arranged for short and long term activities, in the implementation of the management of athletes that have been prepared when giving training materials can be implemented as when the management plan for athlete coaching is mutually agreed upon.2) the management of coaching management has been well established this as in the division of tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the decree issued by Dispora, 3) the execution of duties and responsibilities of human resources in charge of the implementer has been able to carry out the responsibilities properly, 4) supervision of the implementation of management management of this guidance has been carried out well, because supervision has been carried out by the leadership both directly and indirectly.

Abstract Under the shared big data environment, most of the existing data auditing schemes rarely consider the authorization management of group users. Meanwhile, how to deal with the shared data integrity is a problem that needs to be pondered. Thus, in this paper, we propose a novel remote data checking possession scheme which achieves group authority management while completing the public auditing. To perform authority management work, we introduce a trusted entity – group manager. We formalize a new algebraic structure operator named authorization invisible authenticator (AIA). Meanwhile, we provide two versions of AIA scheme: basic AIA scheme and standard AIA scheme. The standard AIA scheme is constructed based on the basic AIA scheme and user information table (UIT), with advanced security and wider applicable scenarios. By virtue of standard AIA scheme, the group manager can perfectly and easily carry out authority management, including enrolling, revoking, updating. On the basis of the above, we further design a public auditing scheme for non-revoked users’ shared data. The scheme is based on identity-based encryption (IBE), which greatly reduce the necessary certificate management cost. Furthermore, the detailed security analysis and performance evaluation demonstrate that the scheme is safe and feasible.

Abstract Background/Objective Prognostic factor research (PFR), prevalence of symptoms and likelihood ratio (LR) play an important role in identifying prescribing indications of useful homeopathic remedies. It involves meticulous unbiased collection and analysis of data collected during clinical practice. This paper is an attempt to identify causes of bias and suggests ways to mitigate them for improving the accuracy in prescribing for better clinical outcomes and execution of randomized controlled studies. Methods A prospective, open label, observational study was performed from April 2020 to December 2020 at two COVID Health Centers. A custom-made Excel spreadsheet containing 71 fields covering a spectrum of COVID-19 symptoms was shared with doctors for regular reporting. Cases suitable for PFR were selected. LR was calculated for commonly occurring symptoms. Outlier values with LR ≥5 were identified and variance of LRs was calculated. Results Out of 1,889 treated cases of confirmed COVID-19, 1,445 cases were selected for pre-specified reasons. Nine medicines, Arsenicum album, Bryonia alba, Gelsemium sempervirens, Pulsatilla nigricans, Hepar sulphuricus, Magnesia muriaticum, Phosphorus, Nux vomica and Belladonna, were most frequently prescribed. Outlier values and large variance for Hepar sulphuricus and Magnesia muriaticum were noticed as indication of bias. Confirmation bias leading to lowering of symptom threshold, keynote prescribing, and deficiency in checking of all symptoms in each case were identified as the most important sources of bias. Conclusion Careful identification of biases and remedial steps such as training of doctors, regular monitoring of data, checking of all pre-defined symptoms, and multicenter data collection are important steps to mitigate biases.

Although there is increasing guidance on how to handle missing data, practice is changing slowly and misapprehensions abound, particularly in observational research. We present a practical framework for handling and reporting the analysis of incomplete data in observational studies, which we illustrate using a case study from the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children. Findings The framework consists of three steps: 1) Develop an analysis plan specifying the analysis model and how missing data are going to be addressed. Important considerations are whether a complete records analysis is likely to be valid, whether multiple imputation or an alternative approach is likely to offer benefits, and whether a sensitivity analysis regarding the missingness mechanism is required. 2) Explore the data, checking the methods outlined in the analysis plan are appropriate, and conduct the pre-planned analysis. 3) Report the results, including a description of the missing data, details on how missing data were addressed, and the results from all analyses, interpreted in light of the missing data and clinical relevance. Conclusions/Implications This framework encourages researchers to think carefully about their missing data and be transparent about the potential effect on the study results. This will increase confidence in the reliability and reproducibility of results from published papers. Key messages Researchers need to develop a plan for missing data prior to conducting their analysis, and be transparent about how they handled the missing data and its potential effect when reporting their results.

Local Revenue is a source of original revenue derived from the potential of the region it self. Local Revenue is often used as an indicator of a region's progress. If the original income of a region is high, the economy of the area is considered advanced. The higher the Local Revenue received, the less dependency between the Regional Government on the Central Government. The largest revenue potential for Local Revenue is generated from local tax collection. One of the potential local tax revenues in Bogor City is the advertisement tax and restaurant tax. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of advertisement tax and restaurant tax to Local Revenue in Bogor City and to find out the efforts made by the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency in increasing its local tax revenue. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that the effectiveness of the advertisement tax and restaurant tax collection in Bogor City has been very effective, proven by the average advertisement tax effectiveness ratio of 104.06% and restaurant tax of 103.93%. The contribution of advertisement tax and restaurant tax to Local Revenue in Bogor City is still not good, as evidenced by the average advertisement tax contribution ratio of 1.43% including very poor criteria, and the average restaurant tax contribution of 12.99. % is in the poor criteria. Efforts made by the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency in increasing advertisement tax revenue and restaurant tax are by collecting taxpayer data, checking tax rates, monitoring tax administration, and building communication and establishing closeness with the community.   Keywords: Effectiveness, Contribution, Advertising Tax, Restaurant Tax, Local Revenue

The use of various applications such as ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meets has become familiar to students and teachers thanks to their functionality. It is not widely known that there is one other application that has the same function, that is Discord. With the COVID-19 pandemic situation and the existence of this Discord application, a problem formulation emerged, namely How to use the Discord application as a learning medium for the COVID-19 pandemic era and whether the Discord application as a new innovation is suitable for use as an online learning medium in the COVID-19 pandemic era. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of learning media, the use of applications as learning media, social media theory and diffusion of innovation. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The research method used is a case study. The data collection method used to collect the information needed in this study is to use semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data obtained, this study uses triangulation techniques by utilizing other data for comparison and data checking. The result of this research is that Discord is an ideal new innovation and has great potential as a learning medium in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic.Penggunaan berbagai aplikasi seperti ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, dan Google Meets sudah menjadi tidak asing lagi bagi siswa dan pengajar berkat fungsionalitas mereka. Tidak banyak diketahui ada satu aplikasi lain yang memiliki fungsi yang sama, aplikasi tersebut adalah Discord. Dengan situasi pandemi COVID-19 dan beserta keberadaan aplikasi Discord ini, muncul suatu rumusan masalah yakni Bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi Discord sebagai media pembelajaran era pandemi COVID-19 dan Apakah aplikasi Discord sebagai inovasi baru layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran online pada era pandemi COVID-19. Landasan Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah teori media pembelajaran, penggunaan aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran, teori sosial media dan difusi inovasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang didapat penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan memanfaatkan data lain untuk perbandingan dan pengecekan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Discord merupakan inovasi baru yang ideal dan memiliki potensi besar sebagai media pembelajaran di era pandemi COVID-19.

This study aims to determine the implementation of local wisdom-based schools at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; know the understanding of school principals, school developers and teachers about local wisdom-based school development; knowing the form of local wisdom being developed; and the local wisdom-based school development strategy implemented and the impact of its implementation on students at SDN 49 Liano. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data checking techniques using triagulation techniques and data sources. The results showed that the understanding of the meaning of school based on local wisdom between the principal, the development team and the teacher was the same, namely the condition of the school which applied local wisdom in a learning atmosphere. Local wisdom applied at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo includes language, arts and culinary specialties. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo uses five strategies in local wisdom-based school development, namely preparing an agenda for teaching the priorities of local wisdom values, preparing supporting facilities, implementing implementation strategies, collaborating with outsiders, and establishing cooperation with the community. The form of implementing school based on local wisdom at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo can be seen from the integration of local wisdom in learning and extracurricular activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; mengetahuai pemahaman kepala sekolah, pengembang sekolah dan guru tentang pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal; mengetahui bentuk kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan; dan strategi pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan serta dampak dari implementasinya terhadap peserta didik di SDN 49 Liano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pemeriksaan data dengan menggunakan triagulasi teknik dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengertian sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal antara kepala sekolah, tim pengembang dan guru sama, yaitu kondisi sekolah yang menerapkan kearifan lokal dalam suasana pembelajaran. Kearifan lokal yang diterapkan di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo di antaranya adalah bahasa, seni dan kuliner khas daerah. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo menggunakan lima strategi dalam pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yaitu menyusun agenda pengajaran perioritas nilai-nilai luhur kearifan lokal, menyiapkan fasilitas penunjang, melakukan strategi pelaksanaan, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak luar, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan masyarakat. Bentuk implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo dapat dilihat dari pengintegrasian kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. AbstractThe aims of this research is to explain use of pronouns Talang Mamak Language, Rakit Kulims District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The methods of data collection were the observation process followed by the tapping technique, the skillful listening techhique involved, the listening technique free of charge, the recording technique, and technique of note taking. The technique of analyze the data starting by transcribe data after that data data checking and then classify, select, group, analyze, describe, and the last is concluded into a result of the research. On Talang Mamak Language, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency there a three design specifically singular first person pronouns aku, jaku, jawak. First person plural pronouns kami, kita. Second person plural pronouns kamu, kau. Third person singular pronoun liau and nyanya. Third person plural pronouns orang itu. The using of pronouns based on age and social status.   Keyword: personal pronouns, form and use, Talang Mamak Language. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan pronomina persona Bahasa Talang Mamak Kecamatan Rakit Kulim Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode simak yang diikuti teknik sadap, teknik simak libat cakap, teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data diawali dengan mentranskripkan data, setelah dilakukan transkip data lalu pengecekan data, setelah data dicek tahap selanjutnya ialah mengklasifikasi, menyeleksi, mengelompokkan, menganalisis, mendeskripsikan lalu terakhir disimpulkan menjadi laporan hasil penelitian. Pada Bahasa Talang Mamak Kecamatan Rakit Kulim Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu terdapat tiga bentuk pronomina persona yaitu kata ganti orang pertama tunggal yaitu aku, jaku, dan jawak, kata ganti orang pertama jamak yaitu kami dan kita. Kata ganti orang kedua tunggal yaitu kamu dan kau, kata ganti orang kedua jamak yaitu mika. Kata ganti orang ketiga tunggal yaitu liau dan nyanya, kata ganti orang ketiga jamak yaitu orang itu. Penggunaan pronomina tersebut berdasarkan usia, dan status sosial. Kata kunci: Pronomina persona, bentuk dan penggunaan, Bahasa Talang Mamak.
