This research was conducted to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) activities on the customer loyalty of Kopi Janji Jiwa. This research uses marketing communication theory, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer loyalty. Kopi Janji Jiwa is a domestic business that presents a menu of processed coffee on the rise. With the target of millennial generation, Kopi Janji Jiwa continues to innovate to create new menus and breakthroughs to get customers. What is unique from this research is that this study will look at how consumers from Kopi Janji Jiwa become marketing agents. The approach used for this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is the consumer of Kopi Janji Jiwa and the number of samples taken as many as 130 people and using nonprobability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Data collected in this study using a questionnaire. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kopi Janji Jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kopi Janji Jiwa merupakan sebuah usaha dalam negeri yang menyajikan menu olahan kopi yang sedang naik daun. Dengan target generasi milenial, Kopi Janji Jiwa terus berinovasi menciptakan menu dan gebrakan baru untuk memperoleh pelanggan. Yang unik dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana konsumen dari Kopi Janji Jiwa menjadi agen pemasaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kopi Janji Jiwa dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 130 orang dan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner.

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. is the oldest Japanese car company known for its small car products or more agreed. The number of Daihatsu car consumers is quite a lot, in making purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand identity and brand image on customer loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and questionnaire distribution. Using the nonprobability method with a purposive sampling approach. The population of this research is Daihatsu car consumers with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SPSS v.20. Based on the results of this study concluded that brand identity and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions of Secondate Beauty. The theories discussed in this study are communication theory, electronic word of mouth, brand image, and purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this research is the people of Jakarta who have bought Secondate Beauty products. The sampling technique used was non-probability with a purposive sampling approach, with 140 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the data using the validity, reliability, and normality test. And to test data processing and analysis using multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. All of these tests were processed by researchers using IBM SPSS 25 software. This program was used to determine the extent of the influence of electronic word of mouth and brand image on the purchasing decision of Secondate Beauty. The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted, which means that this means that electronic word of mouth and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions from Secondate Beauty products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Secondate Beauty. Teori yang dibahas di penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, electronic word of mouth, brand image, dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jakarta yang pernah membeli produk Secondate Beauty. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalan non-probability dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, responden yang berjumlah 140 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas. Dan untuk uji pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, koefisen korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Semua uji ini diolah peneliti dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Program ini digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Secondate Beauty. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan Ha diterima, yang berarti ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth dan brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dari produk Secondate Beauty.

Marketing communication is a tool used by companies to convey information to the public. One of the marketing communication tools is sales promotion. Sales promotion is a tool used by companies to increase the level of product’s sales by making repeated purchases or creating a loyalty. Loyalty can be measure by repeatable using of the same product. This sales promotion towards the loyalty of users of online transportation applications. One of the providers of online transportation applications in Indonesia is Grab bike. This type of quantitative research using survey methods. Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires online. The author makes a questionnaire based on indicators of the variables that the authors examine and submits the questionnaire using purposive sampling techniques in determining respondents. After spreading the data, the writer gets answers from respondents and manages the results of the questionnaire using SPSS application version 19. From the results of this study it can be concluded that sales promotion marketing communication has an effect of 25.5% on user loyalty while 74.6% is influenced by factors other than research. Komunikasi pemasaran merupakan alat yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Salah satu alat komunikasi pemsaran adalah sales promotion. Sales promotion merupakan alat yang digunakan perusahaan untuk menaikan tingkat penjualan suatu produk serta menciptakan pembelian yang berulang atau menciptakan loyalitas. Loyalitas merupakan penggunaan secara berulang terhdap suatu produk yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran sales promotion terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi transportasi online. Salah satu penyedia aplikasi transportasi online di Indonesia adalah Grab bike. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Data didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner online. Penulis membuat kuesioner berdasarkan indikator dari variabel yang penulis teliti dan menyebarkan kuesioner tersebut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam menentukan responden. Setelah menyebarkan data, penulis mendapatkan jawaban dari respoden dan mengelolah hasil kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 19. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran sales promotion memiliki pengaruh sebesar 25,5% terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi transportasi online sedangkan 74,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

As the people's shopping habits via online starts to emerge, the e-commerce industry in Indonesia has also developed. In 2018, it was noted that 11.9% of Indonesian people were shopping online. However, in the midst of the vastness of online platforms with millions of items found in online storefronts, consumers need more information as their reference to arousing buying interest. As one of the biggest e-commerce players in Indonesia, Tokopedia provides features that enable sellers and consumers to exchange information regarding the items. In Tokopedia, prospective buyers can see electronic word of mouth messages, online reviews, and other additional information about the items that are known to be very influential in generating buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type in which the research seeks to find the effect of electronic word of mouth, online review, and the quality of information on buying interest of Jakarta students in Tokopedia e-commerce. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples via online. Based on this research’s results, it was found that electronic word of mouth, online review, and information quality affect buying interest of students in Jakarta by 46% while the other 54% were influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Seiring dengan munculnya kebiasaan berbelanja masyarakat melalui online, industri e-commerce di Indonesia pun turut berkembang. Pada tahun 2018, tercatat bahwa sebanyak 11,9% orang di Indonesia melakukan kegiatan belanja secara online. Namun, di tengah luasnya platform online dengan jutaan barang yang terdapat di etalase online membuat konsumen membutuhkan informasi yang lebih sebagai bahan referensi dalam menimbulkan minat beli. Tokopedia merupakan pelaku e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia menyediakan fitur-fitur yang memungkinkan penjual dan konsumen untuk menulis dan bertukar informasi seputar barang tersebut. Di dalam Tokopedia, para calon pembeli dapat melihat pesan electronic word of mouth, online review, dan informasi-informasi tambahan lainnya seputar barang-barang yang dijual yang diketahui sangat berpengaruh dalam memunculkan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatif dimana penelitian berusaha menemukan pengaruh e-WOM, kualitas informasi, dan online review terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Jakarta pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 sampel secara online. Penelitian menemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth, online review, dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada mahasiswa di Jakarta sebanyak 46%, sedangkan 54% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender’s expertise) insocial media on consumers’ purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum process standards in high schools throughout the Anambas Islands District. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive type of research. The population of this study were all 7 biology teachers in the Anambas Islands High School in the total of 7 people, with a study sample of 4 biology teachers taken with Purposive Sampling techniques taking into account the desired data needs. Techniques and instruments for collecting data through questionnaires, observation and documentation. Questionnaire instruments are used to determine the implementation of process standards. Observation is used for knowing the level of implementation of classroom learning and documentation used to determine learning preparation. Based on the analysis of the data that has been obtained, the implementation of the standard process in learning planning obtained an average percentage of 81.83%. In the implementation of learning, the percentage of the average percentage was 75.18% while the results of the learning observations in the class obtained an average percentage of 75.68%. Then the assessment of learning obtained an average percentage of 72.32%. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum process standards conducted by biology teachers has been classified as good in its implementation. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan standar proses kurikulum 2013 di SMA se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru biologi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas yang berjumlah 7 orang, dengan sampel penelitian 4 orang guru biologi yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling.dengan pertimbangan kebutuhan data yang diinginkan. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Intrumen kuesioner digunakan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan standar proses. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengetahui persiapan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah didapatkan, keterlaksanaan standar proses pada perencanaan pembelajaran didapatkan rata-rata persentase 81,83%. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran didapatkan persentase rata-rata persentase 75,18% sedangkan pada hasil observasi pembelajaran di kelas didapatkan persentase rata-rata 75,68%. Kemudian pada penilaian pembelajaran didapatkan persentase rata-rata 72,32%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa keterlasanaan standar proses kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan oleh guru biolgi sudah tergolong baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on products and services is getting more important in consumer behavior as well as marketing communication. Regarding the issue, marketing and consumer scholars have conducted research on eWOM message senders and recipients. Focusing on eWOM receiving behavior, this chapter presents academic knowledge regarding how recipients evaluate mobile e-WOM messages and how he/she behaves as a consequence. There are two kinds of eWOM (i.e., PC-based eWOM and mobile-based eWOM [mWOM]). Moreover, two types of messages can be identified in each kind of eWOM—viral messages from marketers via friends and relatives, and eWOM reviews on products and services from anonymous senders. Prior studies on viral marketing can be further divided into two research streams; research that have constructed and tested causal models explaining why consumers participate in viral marketing, and research that have focused on illustrating comprehensively a multi-stage cognitive and behavioral customer journey towards receiving, using, and forwarding viral marketing messages.
