ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum process standards in high schools throughout the Anambas Islands District. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive type of research. The population of this study were all 7 biology teachers in the Anambas Islands High School in the total of 7 people, with a study sample of 4 biology teachers taken with Purposive Sampling techniques taking into account the desired data needs. Techniques and instruments for collecting data through questionnaires, observation and documentation. Questionnaire instruments are used to determine the implementation of process standards. Observation is used for knowing the level of implementation of classroom learning and documentation used to determine learning preparation. Based on the analysis of the data that has been obtained, the implementation of the standard process in learning planning obtained an average percentage of 81.83%. In the implementation of learning, the percentage of the average percentage was 75.18% while the results of the learning observations in the class obtained an average percentage of 75.68%. Then the assessment of learning obtained an average percentage of 72.32%. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum process standards conducted by biology teachers has been classified as good in its implementation. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan standar proses kurikulum 2013 di SMA se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru biologi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas yang berjumlah 7 orang, dengan sampel penelitian 4 orang guru biologi yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling.dengan pertimbangan kebutuhan data yang diinginkan. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Intrumen kuesioner digunakan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan standar proses. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengetahui persiapan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah didapatkan, keterlaksanaan standar proses pada perencanaan pembelajaran didapatkan rata-rata persentase 81,83%. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran didapatkan persentase rata-rata persentase 75,18% sedangkan pada hasil observasi pembelajaran di kelas didapatkan persentase rata-rata 75,68%. Kemudian pada penilaian pembelajaran didapatkan persentase rata-rata 72,32%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa keterlasanaan standar proses kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan oleh guru biolgi sudah tergolong baik dalam pelaksanaannya. This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

This research aims to see how to learn geography, how students' disaster preparedness are, and how the contribution of geography learning to disaster preparedness of students in Public Senior High School in Kendari. By using quantitative approach, the data were collected through observation and questionnaires in 5 schools in Kendari which were distributed to 150 students and 10 teachers. The results of students' learning geography with several indicators are presented as follows; with learning variable, 12.5% is categorized as low, 46.5% moderate, 41% high; with preparedness variable, 25.5% is categorized as low, 49.5% medium, 25% high. There is a contribution of geography learning to disaster preparedness with the coefficient of determination R square (R2) of 39.4% while 60.6% is from other factors. Then, the influence of X on Y can be written in the form of a regression equation, namely (Y = 55.998 + 0.159 X). Based on the regression equation, it can be denied that geography learning has a positive correlation with disaster preparedness of students in Public Senior High School in Kendari

<p><em>T</em><em>his study aims to discover the readiness of PJOK or sport teachers in the virtual learning in the era of covid-19 in public junior high schools of Pegandon, Kendal. This study uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. This approach is chosen by the writer because it describes the situation of particular events based on the facts that appear as it should be. The subjects of this study are</em> <em>8 PJOK teachers in the public junior high school of Pegandon. This study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collecting techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The data obtained from the result of questionnaire is analyzed and examined its data validity using SPSS 22 program. The result of this study can be concluded that the level of teachers’ readiness in the virtual learning in covid-19 era in the public junior high school of Pegandon can be considered as ready in delivering the learning material virtually. It has average percentage of 75%. For teachers who are considered as not ready in delivering the learning material virtually have the percentage of</em> <em>25% because there are only 2 teachers who are considered as not ready to deliver the learning material virtually. It is caused by the condition of the schools that are isolated, lack of signal, and other causes It can be concluded that the result of of this study is used as knowledge and application for PJOK teachers in the public junior high school in Pegandon regarding on how to provide the PJOK teaching material or learning material which still run properly and correctly in this era of covid-19 even it cannot be conducted in face-to-face method and must be conducted online. The readiness of PJOK teachers is important for the learning development of students in the application of virtual PJOK learning.</em></p>

When choosing travelling activities, individuals have the freedom to choose what type of travelling they are interested in, i n this case, the interest is thought to tend to reflect and be influenced by personality. This study aims to look at the role of trait big five personalities on the tendency of individual interest in soft-adventure travel by using a quantitative approach and multiple- egression methods. The sample involved was 1558 Indonesian citizens who were at least 18 years old and liked travelling activities that were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Measurements in this study use the Big Five Inventory 44 item. The results showed that the big five personalities had a simultaneous role in the tendency of soft-adventure interest and partially the traits that had a role were conscientiousness, extraversion and agreeableness.

ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. This case, the research is proven by a test of a hypothesis by using a simple linear regression formula to achieve the value generated .000 and a value (?) is .05 as large as a result is a sig < ? (.000 < .05), then the decision taken by Ho is rejected and accepts Ha.Key words: Unvariety skills, Student learning motivation, PPKn VIII class

Achluophobia, fear of darkness, is a common phobia among children and to some degree in adults. The response was taken from 3399 students (8th:1175, 9th:1095, 10th:1129) studying in Government High Schools. The study found that the phobia was more in 8th class students of both rural and urban, compared to 9th and 10 students. Among the rural schools, the average percentage (8th to 10th) was more in Nambur (23.32), Venigalla (17.96) and Tadikonda girls’ (16.35). In the case of urban schools the highest percentage was recorded in SJRR(22.20), SKS (19.25) and SK school (16.90).

This research was conducted to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) activities on the customer loyalty of Kopi Janji Jiwa. This research uses marketing communication theory, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer loyalty. Kopi Janji Jiwa is a domestic business that presents a menu of processed coffee on the rise. With the target of millennial generation, Kopi Janji Jiwa continues to innovate to create new menus and breakthroughs to get customers. What is unique from this research is that this study will look at how consumers from Kopi Janji Jiwa become marketing agents. The approach used for this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is the consumer of Kopi Janji Jiwa and the number of samples taken as many as 130 people and using nonprobability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Data collected in this study using a questionnaire. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kopi Janji Jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kopi Janji Jiwa merupakan sebuah usaha dalam negeri yang menyajikan menu olahan kopi yang sedang naik daun. Dengan target generasi milenial, Kopi Janji Jiwa terus berinovasi menciptakan menu dan gebrakan baru untuk memperoleh pelanggan. Yang unik dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana konsumen dari Kopi Janji Jiwa menjadi agen pemasaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kopi Janji Jiwa dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 130 orang dan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner.

The aim of the study is to determine students’ learning difficulties at all Public Senior High School (SMA) in Medan. This research is descriptive. The population of the study is all students of class XII totaling 7272 in 21 Public Senior High Schools (SMA Negeri) spread over 15 districts. Samples were taken using Purposive Sampling, they are 524 students of class XII in 7 schools. The techniques for data collection use questionnaires of students’ learning difficulties and interviews. The finding of the study concluded that factors caused the biggest students’ learning difficulties derived from external factors (44%), which consist of laboratories factor (49%), books (45%) and the teacher factor (37%). The percentage of internal factors was (43%), which consist of the talent factor (50%), interest (44%) and motivational factors (36%).

The purpose of this study is to look at the professional competenceof Biology teachersof State Senior High School in Deli Serdang based on gender, age, working period, certification and the graduation level. The population in this study were allBiology Teachers of Senior High School in Deli Serdang which had 56 teachers. The sample was purposive sampling with 53 teachers, 318 peer teachers, 3 lecturers as the expert of validators. Descriptive qualitative research was applied.Data were collected by using the test which covered written comprehension test of professionalcompetence. The findings showed that the professional competence of biology teachers were competent based on Permendiknas No. 16 Year 2007.The results of professional competence of teachers was 75 categorized as competent enough which covered  written comprehension  test,  in  Grade 10 was 75 categorized as competent, Grade 11 was 75 categorized as competent, and Grade 12 was 74 categorized as  competent enough. The professional competence test of the teachers showed that (1) male teachers were more competent rather than female ones, (2) medium age of teachers were more competent rather than young age and old one, (3) 13 up to 24 years working period were more competent rather than 1 up to 12 years as well as  25 up to 36 years, (4) certification of teachers were more competent rather than not certification, (5) Postgraduate graduations were more competence rather than undergraduate  ones. This study implicated to be sustainable development for biology teachers of State Senior high school in Deli Serdang.
