Breast milk is a liquid produced by mothers as the best food intake for the nutritional needs of babies. Several problems related to breastfeeding in post partum mothers are lactation management which is less effective on the first day of birth, caused by lack of knowledge and stress. One of the methods used to overcome breast milk insufficiency is the marmet technique. Marmet technique is a combination of massage that is effective, manual, safe and free of cost. The marmet technique is an optimal effort to stimulate the hormones oxytocin and prolactin in the smooth flow of breast milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breastfeeding in post partum mothers in the Tanjungpinang City Health Center Work Area. This is a study with a quasi-experimental design (Quasi Experiment) with a Pre and Post Test without Control design. The research population was post partum mothers as many as 201 people and the number of samples was 30 respondents. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. Hypothesis test using non parametric by doing Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of the marmet technique on the smoothness of breastfeeding in post partum mothers with a value of 0.000. Research recommendations for effective marmet techniques are carried out to launch breast milk in postpartum mothers and the marmet technique can stimulate an increase in the hormones prolaksin and oxytocin so that it has a relaxing effect on postpartum mothers

During breastfeeding, mothers are recommended to increase their intake of energy, protein, calcium, iron, folic acid, and other vitamins and minerals to meet the nutritional needs of breastfeeding. In order for mothers to produce 1 liter of breast milk, additional food is needed. Edamame plant is a local food ingredient that has potential for nutrition for nursing mothers, because it contains phytosterol compounds that function to increase and facilitate breast milk production (lactagogum effect). This study aims to see whether there is an effect of giving edamame nuts to breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Midwife Clinic Putri Tanjung, Kota Kisaran Timur District in 2021. This type of research is a Quasy Experiment Design using the one Group Pretest-Postest Design, with a total sample of 8 person. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique is using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the Wilcoxon test, the results showed that post-partum mothers gave edamame nuts pre-test and post-test with a sample of 8 respondents having a P-value (0.008) < 0.05 then H0 was rejected. test and post-test on the administration of edamame nuts on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Tanjung Putri Midwife Clinic, East Kisaran City District in 2021. Abstract: The inadequate, slow production of breast milk makes mothers unable to provide enough breast milk to their babies. Besides the prolactin hormone, the lactation process also depends on oxytocin hormone which is secreted from the posterior hypophysis as a reaction on nipple suckling. Rolling massage is one of the relaxation therapy which aims to stimulate the central nerve on posterior and anterior hypophysis, so the breast milk production can be increased, particularly in the postpartum mothers, and comfort and relaxation after childbirth can be provided. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of breast milk production in the postpartum mothers with massage rolling (back) in Sri Sukeni Community Empowerment Agency, Sleman. The methodology in this research is Quasi-Experimental Design with two-group posttest design. The control group is postpartum mothers without massage rolling and the treatment group is postpartum mother treated with the massage rolling. Data analysis used the independent t-test and the paired sample t-test. The research shows the result that in samples of t-test, there is a meaningful difference (p = 0.023<) in breast milk production (weight of baby) between control group (2,687.07 ± 160.155) and treatment group (2,846.13 ± 198.968). This difference is shown in the average weight of baby in treatment group which is higher compared with the control group. Massage rolling affects breast milk production in Sri Sukeni Community Empowerment Agency, Sleman in 2017.

Background:The production of breast milk which is less and slowly exits can cause the mother not to give enough milk to her baby. In addition to the hormone prolactin, the lactation process also depends on the hormone oxytocin, which is released from posterior pituitary as a reaction to nipple sucking. Oxytocin affects the myoepithelial cells that surround the alveoli so that the alveoli contracts and secretes milk that has been secreted by the mammary gland, this oxytocin reflex is affected by the mother's soul. If there is anxiety, stress and hesitation that occurs, then the expenditure of breast milk can be hampered. Various ways can be done to stimulate the oxytocin reflex. The endorphin massase method is used as an alternative way to provide comfort for labor pain and can increase the release of oxytocin substances. Objective:This study aims to determine the effect of endorphin massage on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Methods:This study was quasi experimental with a sample of postpartum mothers. The independent variable is endorphin massage, and the dependent variable is breastfeeding with a post test only design with control group design. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. Results:Based on the results of research conducted on 20 respondents, the results obtained from the non parametric statistical test 2 indepedence samples (Wilcoxon test) stated that the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test showed results p= 0.026 <0.05, meaning Ho was rejected and Hı was accepted so that   there was influence oxytocin massage against the time of milk removal. Conclusion:There is an effect of oxytocin massage on the time of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Keywords: Breastfeeding, endorphin massage, postpartum.

Abstract                Various efforts have been made to reduce maternal mortality, one of them in Central Java Province with the program of counseling of pregnant mother (continuty of care / CoC model). The oxytocin hormone can cause uterine contractions and help the production of breast milk. So that oxytocin massage is one effort to reduce mother and baby mortality rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of oxytocin massage to uterine involution and breast milk production in post partum mother. This study used quasi experimental method with 48 postpartum mothers given treatment and 48 post partum mothers as control. In the uterine involution  48 (100%) of the respondents were not massaged or massaged in the third visit but in the first and second visits there was a slight difference of 1 (2.1%) of respondents. While in breast milk production there were 48 respondents (100%) who performed massage on the third visit but at first and second visit only slight difference between intervention and not given intervention proved by weight gain of baby from birth weight 2 (4.2%), research this is not in line with the purpose because results that the Pvelue obtained on the involution of 0.500 utility and the production of milk Pvelue 0.142 even on the third visit can not be obtained because the Pvluenya on the case and control no difference. It was concluded that oxytocin massage was more effective in breast milk production but not in uterine involution because there was still an increase in the weight of breastfed babies. Keywords: Okytocin Massage, uterine involution, milk production, post partum mother
