Introduction: All this time conventional media in lecture proved less effective in improving learning outcomes Basic Nursing Science I. On the other hand, the presence of an innovative learning model of conceptual change-oriented and ICT are potentially improve learning outcomes IKD I. Development of interactive learning media-oriented conceptual change is predicted to have an impact on the achievement of learning outcomes IKD difference. This research aims to develop interactive learning media-laden conceptual change and test its effectiveness in scaling the learning outcomes of students STIKES Majapahit IKD Singaraja. Method: This was a development study (development research). The population in this study were all students of the first semester courses of S-1 Nursing, STIKES Majapahit Singaraja school year 2013/2014 (80 people) and a teacher of nursing staff (15 people). Sampling in each phase of the research done by simple random sampling technique, in order to obtain two lecturers (content and media experts), 3 students (individual test), 9 students (small group testing) and 30 students of the first semester (field test). The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and achievement test I. Basic Nursing questionnaire used in the product development stage (testing expert, individual testing, small group testing), while the achievement test used during the field test. Criteria for success of media development is based on the evaluation of content expert, media experts, individual test, and test a small group. Also based on the analysis of the post-test scores of students, it can be seen the effective use of instructional media IKD I on student learning outcomes. Results: The results of the data analysis showed that the test class interactive learning media loaded developed conceptual change effective in optimizing learning outcomes IKD I (M = 80.08; SD = 5.93). Discussion: Through this research has successfully developed an interactive learning media charged to facilitate conceptual change classes first semester student IKD I STIKES Majapahit Singaraja. Besides, the validity of the analysis shows that interactive learning media charged velid developed conceptual change and unfit for use.Keywords: Conceptual change, interactive learning media charged conceptual change, and learning outcomes

Abstract: This study aims to produce an andragogy-based English module that is valid, practical and has a potential effect on student learning outcomes in semester 2 of Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The research procedure used the Rowntree model, namely: planning, development, and evaluation. In the evaluation stage, Tessmer's formative evaluation model is used which consists of 5 stages, namely: self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field test. The result of this research is an andragogy-based English module. Modules are declared valid after being validated by material, language, and module design experts. The results of the one-to-one evaluation of 3 students stated that the students who were the research subjects gave very good responses to the andragogy-based module. The module is declared practical based on the results of one-to-one evaluations and small group evaluations. The results of the small group evaluation of 8 students obtained an average value of student responses to all aspects assessed at 82.47 in the practical category. The module is stated to have a potential effect on student learning outcomes because at the field test stage for 31 students, an N-gain of 0.58 was obtained, including the moderate category. Suggestions for lecturers, students and universities that this andragogy-based module can be used in learning English as well as for other researchers this andragogy-based module can be used as a reference in developing similar research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul bahasa Inggris berbasis andragogi yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di semester 2 Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model Rowntree, yaitu: perencanaan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi digunakan model evaluasi formatif Tessmer yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu: self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, dan field test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah modul bahasa Inggris berbasis andragogi. Modul dinyatakan valid setelah divaliadasi oleh ahli materi, bahasa, dan desain modul. Hasil one-to-one evaluation terhadap 3 orang mahasiswa, menyatakan mahasiswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian memberi respon sangat baik terhadap modul berbasis andragogi. Modul dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil one-to-one evaluation dan small group evaluation. Hasil small group evaluation terhadap 8 orang mahasiswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap semua aspek yang dinilai sebesar 82,47 dengan kategori praktis. Modul dinyatakan memiliki efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa karena pada tahap field test terhadap 31 orang mahasiswa diperoleh N-gain 0,58 termasuk kategori sedang. Saran bagi dosen, siswa dan Universitas agar modul berbasis andragogi ini dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan sebaiknya serta bagi peneliti lain modul berbasis andragogi ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam mengembangkan penelitian yang serupa.

<p>The instructional media used at schools are not maximized. Therefore, researchers developed an internet-based instructional media using Prezi online software. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the instructional medium validity using Prezi; (2) to describe the practicality of Prezi medium as an evaluation from students’ questionnaire responses; and (3) to describe the effectiveness of Prezi medium seen from students’ learning outcomes. This media development refers to the KEMP model development. The instruments used were in the form of media validation sheet, student questionnaire responses, and achievement test. The results showed that: (1) the validity of the medium category is very valid; (2) the practicality of the medium is on the very practical category; (3) the effectiveness of the medium is on the effective category. It is concluded that the Online Prezi instructional medium which was developed is eligible for use in learning.<br /><br /></p>

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah:  (1) mendeskripsikan  rancangan multimedia  interaktif, (2) mengetahui hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif dan (3) mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap hasil belajar PKn.  Jenis penelitian  ini  adalah penelitian pengembangan, dengan  model  ADDIE.  Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VIII 30  orang. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan:  (1)  rancang  bangun  media pembelajaran interaktif  berupa  flowchart  dan  storyboard  yang  digunakan  untuk  mengembangkan  sebuah  produk pengembangan  berupa  media  pembelajaran  interaktif.  (2)  kualitas  hasil  pengembangan multimedia interaktif   menurut  ahli materi  yaitu  sebesar  91% berada pada  kualifikasi  sangat  baik. Hasil evaluasi  ahli  desain  sebesar  87,66%  berada  pada  kualifikasi  sangat  baik.  Hasil  evaluasi  ahli  media sebesar 83,1% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji perorangan sebesar 79% berada pada kualifikasi baik.  Hasil  uji  perorangan  sebesar  82,25%  berada  pada  kualifikas  sangat  baik.  Hasil  uji  kelompok sebesar  91,4% dan hasil uji lapangan sebesar 92,9% berada pada  kualifikasi  sangat  baik.  (3) berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas  penghitungan hasil  belajar secara manual maka  terdapat  perbedaan  yang  signifikan  hasil  belajar  PKn  siswa  antara   sebelum  dan sesudah  menggunakan  multimedia  pembelajaran  interaktif.  Nilai  rata-rata  setelah  menggunakan media (90,5) lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan media (62,40). Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, masalah, pendidikan kewarganegaraan Abstract: The research objectives are: (1) describing interactive multimedia design, (2) knowing the results of the development of interactive learning media and (3) knowing the effectiveness of using interactive learning media development on Civics learning outcomes. This type of research is development research, with ADDIE models. This research involved 30th grade VIII students. The results showed: (1) design of interactive learning media in the form of flowcharts and storyboards that are used to develop a product of development in the form of interactive learning media. (2) the quality of the results of the development of interactive multimedia according to material experts that is equal to 91% is in very good qualifications. The design expert evaluation results of 87.66% are in very good qualifications. The results of the evaluation of media experts by 83.1% are in good qualifications. Individual test results of 79% are in good qualifications. Individual test results of 82.25% are in very good qualifications. Group test results of 91.4% and field test results of 92.9% are in very good qualifications. (3) based on the results of the effectiveness of manually counting learning outcomes test results there are significant differences in student Civics learning outcomes between before and after using interactive learning multimedia. The objective of this research were to produce a lesson plans and worksheets learning instrument design that corresponded to problem based learning models and analyze whether it was can improve student learning outcomes. This research development was done in classroom by using development research methods of Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). ADDIE method was used as a method for designing a lesson plans and worksheets that corresponded to it. Three stages of development of lesson plans and worksheets such as an assessment by a team of experts, small group, and a field test. Assessment by a team of experts based on theree aspects such as format, content, and language. In small group and field test based on a response of students sheet. The student response sheet contains of teacher's ability to teach. Worksheet assessment based on aspects of the format, content, and language. Assessment of student learning outcomes based on pretest and posttest were analyzed by ngain. The results of development of lesson plans and worksheets were validated by a team of experts on aspects of format, content, and language. The result both of development of lesson plans and worksheets in small group and field test produced good categories. There was an increased student learning outcomes of  first to third meeting with categories of low to moderate.

Interactive learning environment can substantially improve student learning and retention of key biology concepts. In this case report, we describe our approach for the design of interactive digital learning module to teach digestive system concepts in Grade 11 learners at SMAN 2 Balige with 180 subjects are selected according to total sampling method. The research method is the development with Dick and Carey model.  Subject of learning module assessment consists of two Biology matter experts, two learning module experts, one electronic media expert, three students for individual trials, ten students and teachers as small group testing, thirty students of SMAN 1 Berastagi for medium group testing, and 60 students of SMAN 2 Balige as large group testing. Quality data of product developed were collected using questionnaires. The results of developmental research showed that: (1) Module assessment by matter, learning modules and media experts were very decent criteria (88.30%, 93.98%, 88.25%); 2) Large group testing of interactive, electronic and text learning modules, respectively were 92.53%, 86.064%, 81.355% belong to very decent criteria; (3) Medium group testing respectively were 84.59%, 80.18%, 76.56% belong to decent criteria; (6) Small group testing respectively were 75.71%, 73.20%, 71.19% belong to decent criteria.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat materi pembelajaran untuk pengajaran sosiologi guna memotivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan guna menformulasi produk dan mengukur efektifitasnya melalui validasi dan pengujian ahli di bidangnya. Ada tiga tipe test yang digunakan yaitu, one to one, small group, dan field test yang menunjukkan bahwa desain materi tersebut efektif. Setelah melalui revisi, desain meteri pembelajaran Sosiologi dianggap bermanfaat dan dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar Kata Kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, mata pelajaran Sosiologi, siswa Madrasah Aliyah Abstract [Tittle: The Development of Sosiology Instructional Material for The Students fo Islamic Senior High School] . The research aims at developing a set of instructional material for teaching Sociology in order to motivate the students. The researcher employed a research and developing method to formulate a product and to measure its effectiveness through validation and trial-out by the experts of content-material and material-design. There were three types of trial to test the design; one to one, small group, and field test. Based on the test result, it was found that students in average can achieve 84% of overall score which indicate that the designed material is effective. After being revised several times in each stage, the design of instructional material for Sociology subject is considered as beneficial and able to be used in the teaching learning process

The accuracy in choosing a learning strategy is a very important part in efforts to improve the achievement of student learning outcomes. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies on mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses a 2x2 factorial design research. Through this design the effects of Interactive learning strategies and problem-based learning will be compared to student mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of grade IV SDN 09 Kaba Wetan, totaling 76 students, consisting of 2 classes. To determine the sample class, a random sampling technique is used. The sample classes used were 2 classes totaling 76 students, class IV-A as an Interactive class and class IV-B as a problem-based class. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. And testing the analysis requirements is the normality test using the Lilifors Test, while the homogeneity requirements are using the F Test and Barlett Test. After testing the analysis requirements, the two-way variance analysis of Analilsis is performed. The results of this study indicate that there is an interaction effect between learning strategies on student mathematics learning outcomes. So that the selection of appropriate learning strategies is influenced by the ability of teachers to understand the characteristics of their students. In the learning strategy applied by the teacher can optimize student mathematics learning outcomes by choosing class strategies namely Interactive learning and problem based learning classes.

Summary Objectives: On behalf of the International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA), its Working Group 1 (WG1) addresses health and medical informatics education. Methods: As part of its mission, WG1 developed recommendations for competencies, describing a three-dimension framework and defining learning outcomes. Results: Officially approved by IMIA in 1999, the recommendations have been translated into seven languages. In 2001, WG1 charged a small group with updating the recommendations and consider the work undertaken by others to develop competencies. Additional work underway in support of the recommendations includes a literature review to help extract the fundamental competencies from the recommendations. To ensure the highest quality of input in the updated recommendations, WG1 is issuing a call for participation to the international informatics community. Conclusions: Further work with the competencies will result in updated IMIA guidelines. These are expected to support the creation of a virtual university for health and medical informatics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan soal matematika model PISA konten Space and Shape yang valid dan praktis melihat prosedur pengembangan soal dan mengukur kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini memerlukan dua tahap yaitu preliminary dan tahap formative evaluation yang meliputi self evaluation, expert reviews, one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berdasarkan walktrough, dokumen, tes dan angket. Setelah melalui tahap one-to-one, small group, dan validasi secara deskriptif, soal diujicobakan pada tahap field test di kelas VIII SMP N 1 Padangsidimpuan. Hasil tes secara keseluruhan dengan nilai rata-rata kemapuan penalaran matematis 56,07, termasuk pada kategori kemampuan penalaran matematis yang cukup, walaupun masih ada siswa yang masuk pada kategori kemampuan penalaran kurang. Dari hasil ini juga dapat dikatakan bahwa soal serupa PISA yang dikembangkan dikategorikan dalam kriteria valid dan praktis serta memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa.
