Introduction: The teaching of pharmacology has traditionally been characterized by the transmission of information where pedagogical strategies have focused on the teacher, privileging theoretical knowledge, master classes and memory tests. It isessentialto introduce new elements to increase the student's active participation in the construction of knowledge and in the evaluation of the achievement of their competences; the development of creativity and teamwork. This methodology seeks to break the notionof traditional teaching, change the idea of an evaluation by the note to an evaluation with a motivation of its own (of the student), to internalize the knowledge and make it part of its structure of thought. Objective: Develop a teaching and evaluation strategy that allows students to actively participate. Materials and methods: 172 students participated in the subject of Pharmacology and Therapeutics "B", between March and September 2017. Four individual and complementary activities were developed related to the prescription of drugs, for the evaluation of the process and performance of the students Standardized rubrics were used, a perception survey was applied to the students about the usefulness of the strategy in theirtraining. Results: The results show a good performance of the students in the prescription activities of medications, a significant improvement in the performance when comparing the results. The students consider that the strategy is useful for the development of their professional competences, it allows them to have an active role in the learning process and the evaluation methodology allows them to recognize the elements that they must reinforce in order to reach an optimal development of their competence

To facilitate the process of knowledge transmission, teachers should apply appropriate teaching methods that best suit specific objectives and level exit outcomes. In the traditional teaching-learning mode many practitioners applied teacher-centered teaching methods to impart knowledge to students comparatively student-centered methods. The subject information produced by the learners is remembered better than the same information presented to the learners by the lecturer. The present study has been attempted by the researcher to explore the teaching methods adopted by teachers in formal mode teaching processes. The methods inputs, its operation and utility have been studied with teaching specificity in the Indian context. In formal education system attendance of students in a classroom is a major task. All teacher tries to accept this challenge and work hard to maintain this task. Adunola, 2011 added quite remarkably, regular poor academic performance by the majority students is fundamentally linked to application of ineffective teaching methods by teachers to impart knowledge to learners. This study revealed that even though 20 teaching methods were to be adopted by teachers of four faculties only vert less number of teaching methods practiced. As a whole, a large majority of teacher of art faculty (96.25 percent) adopted lecture method, 78.75 percent teacher of art faculty adopt discussion method. Hand-on-teaching method adopted by science teacher and teacher educators (25.00 percent).

It is argued that the digital technology has made possible the vast range of applications and media forms including virtual reality, digital special effects, digital film, digital television, electronic music, computer games, multimedia, the Internet, the World Wide Web, digital telephony and so on [8]. Digital transformation has been particularly influential in new directions of society.Providing schools with digital technology promises a high return on investment. The presence of computers and Internet access raises technology literacy and skills, better preparing the future generations to participate in the information society [12]. To this end, schools represent ideal access points because they cover a large part of the population, especially in developing countries. Starting from 1990s, many educators have been realised the potential of Internet for educational purposes and began to introduce it into classrooms. According to [10] the popularity of web-based teaching and learning lies in the strengths of its distributed nature and the case of its browsing facility. Both the use of digital technology and increased interest in student-centered learning may lead to a significant change of the teacher’s role, as well as the recognition of the active role of the learner in the learning process.

A special role in the development of a pianist as a musician, composer and performer, as shown by the examples of the well-known, included in the history of art, and the most ordinary pianists, their listeners and admirers, lovers of piano music and music in general, are played by moments associated with psychotherapeutic abilities and music features. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities (using pianists as an example). The research method is a theoretical analysis of the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities: the study of the possibilities and functions of musical psychotherapy in the life of a musician as a “(self) psychotherapist” and “patient”. For almost any person, music acts as a way of self-understanding and understanding of the world, a way of self-realization, rethinking and overcoming life's difficulties - internal and external "blockages" of development, a way of saturating life with universal meanings, including a person in the richness of his native culture and universal culture as a whole. Art and, above all, its metaphorical nature help to bring out and realize internal experiences, provide an opportunity to look at one’s own experiences, problems and injuries from another perspective, to see a different meaning in them. In essence, we are talking about art therapy, including the art of writing and performing music - musical psychotherapy. However, for a musician, music has a special meaning, special significance. Musician - produces music, and, therefore, is not only an “object”, but also the subject of musical psychotherapy. The musician’s training includes preparing him as an individual and as a professional to perform functions that can be called psychotherapeutic: in the works of the most famous performers, as well as in the work of ordinary teachers, psychotherapeutic moments sometimes become key. Piano music and performance practice sets a certain “viewing angle” of life, and, in the case of traumatic experiences, a new way of understanding a difficult, traumatic and continuing to excite a person event, changing his attitude towards him. It helps to see something that was hidden in the hustle and bustle of everyday life or in the patterns of relationships familiar to a given culture. At the same time, while playing music or learning to play music, a person teaches to see the hidden and understand the many secrets of the human soul, the relationships of people.

Objective To provide a comprehensive characterization of explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) personal protective equipment (PPE) by evaluating its effects on the human body, specifically the poses, tasks, and conditions under which EOD operations are performed. Background EOD PPE is designed to protect technicians from a blast. The required features of protection make EOD PPE heavy, bulky, poorly ventilated, and difficult to maneuver in. It is not clear how the EOD PPE wearer physiologically adapts to maintain physical and cognitive performance during EOD operations. Method Fourteen participants performed EOD operations including mobility and inspection tasks with and without EOD PPE. Physiological measurement and kinematic data recording were used to record human physiological responses and performance. Results All physiological measures were significantly higher during the mobility and the inspection tasks when EOD PPE was worn. Participants spent significantly more time to complete the mobility tasks, whereas mixed results were found in the inspection tasks. Higher back muscle activations were seen in participants who performed object manipulation while wearing EOD PPE. Conclusion EOD operations while wearing EOD PPE pose significant physical stress on the human body. The wearer’s mobility is impacted by EOD PPE, resulting in decreased speed and higher muscle activations. Application The testing and evaluation methodology in this study can be used to benchmark future EOD PPE designs. Identifying hazards posed by EOD PPE lays the groundwork for developing mitigation plans, such as exoskeletons, to reduce physical and cognitive stress caused by EOD PPE on the wearers without compromising their operational performance.

Abstract The results and performance of an enterprise are the result of the decisions taken by the management of the entity, decisions which are the result of a complex procedure of processing and analyzing the relevant data and information provided by the information system available. In other words, appropriate and correct decisions that lead to the achievement of the objectives and attainment of higher performances are dependent on the quality and quantity of the information. Consequently, accurate information generates correct decisions. Due to of its qualities (relevance, intelligibility, credibility and comparability), accounting information occupies a very important place in the architecture of the economic information system, having the highest degree of certainty and providing the possibility of an accurate representation of economic phenomena and processes, both at micro, as well as at macroeconomic levels. Hence, we can say that the “final outcome of accounting”, namely accounting information, is one of the most important pillars of the elaboration, substantiation and decision-making process. Starting from this premise, this article aims to capture the main features of accounting information, which qualifies it as the object and the subject of the management system.

The integration of Internet and education has changed students’ learning environment and affected their learning behavior, which poses a greater challenge to the traditional teaching mode. Through the SWOT analysis of the “student centered” multi-element blended teaching mode in the era of “Internet + education”, it is concluded that the adaptability of learners themselves and the mismatch between teachers’ educational ideas and this teaching model delay the development of education to a certain extent. Some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the supervision and guidance, implementing the teaching and learning model scientifically, improving teachers’ ideology and comprehensive quality, and making full use of the characteristics of Internet opening, sharing and collaboration to construct the public service system and platform of national educational resources.
