The study was carried out in Banter Hamlet, Gumelem Village, Pakis District, Magelang District. The purpose is to determine the farmers' perceptions about the prevention of Haemonchosis using jackfruit leaves powder and to determine the effect of the counseling intensity and the knowledge level of farmers on farmers' perceptions. A sampling of 32 breeders from Ngudi Rejeki 1 Farmer Group was carried out using census method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interview methods. This study was conducted by descriptive analysis using Likert scale to determine the perception level and path analysis to see the perception effect as an endogenous variable with the counseling intensity and knowledge level as exogenous variables. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the descriptive analysis shows farmers' perceptions about the prevention of Haemonchosis using jackfruit leaves powder is in the agree category. The path analysis shows that the counseling intensity does not have a direct effect on perceptions while indirectly from the counseling intensity through the knowledge level significantly influence the perception, so that the knowledge can be said to mediate the counseling intensity on the perception.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention through word of mouth on prospective Maybelline consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 110 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis, sobel test and VAF test. The results found that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on WOM, WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and WOM is able to mediate the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The practical implication in this research is that Maybelline Management can increase its advertising, carry out promotions such as giving coupons to consumers if they recommend buying Maybelline products to their friends, as well as strengthening their image to the eyes of consumers. Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018   This study aimed to know  the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and <br />locus of control on achievement of learning Mathematics. The method used was a survey. The sample size of 100 students in East Jakarta Regular SMAN randomly selected. Data collection is carried out by questionnaire and test engineering materials semester class X. Data analysis with path analysis techniques. The statistical test used t-test and SPSS. From the results of the study found that: (1) There is no direct effect of self-efficacy to locus of control with tcount = 0.8376 &lt; ttable = 1.98; (2) There is a direct effect of self- efficacy to learning achievement Mathematics with tcount = 2.3148 &lt; ttable = 1.98; (3) There is no direct effect of locus of control to learning achievement Mathematics with tcount = 1.8724 &lt; ttable = 1.98; (4) There is no direct effect of self-efficacy to to learning achievement Mathematics through locus of control with tcount = -0.155 &lt; ttable = 1.98. </p>

The study aims at identifying the influence of kinesthetics, attitude and motivation on the learning results of Sports Education. The nature of the study is path analysis. Within the study, the exogenous variables are kinesthetics (X1), attitude (X2) and motivation (X3) while the endogenous variable is the learning results of Sports Education. Then, the samples that have been selected for the conduct of the study are 40 male students from Grade XI of Bantaeng Vocational High School. The data that have been gathered are analysed by means of inferential statistical analysis namely the regression test. The results of the study show that Kinesthetics, Attitude and Motivation have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. Furthermore, the results of the study also show that Kinesthetics and Attitude by means of Motivation also have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. However, within the conduct of the study the researcher only involves a few samples. Therefore, the results of the study might be developed further in the future studies with more methods and samples.

This study aimed to determine, analyze, and explain the effect of interpersonal communication and motivation on work effectiveness at BAPPEDA Karawang Regency. Quantitative descriptive analysis methods, scale techniques, and path analysis, with the results of research, conducted it can be concluded:interpersonal Communication, in general, went well, motivation, in general, went well, work effectiveness of employees, in general, went well, the correlation coefficient between interpersonal communication and motivation has a correlation value of 0.352, the level of this relationship is included in the low criteria, but the value is positive, this means that if Interpersonal Communication is getting better, then the motivation of employees will also be better, the partial influence of interpersonal communication partially on work effectiveness of 0.369 or 36.9% which is a contribution from the direct effect of 0.5342 = 0.285 and indirect contribution of 0.534 x 0.352 x 0.445 = 0.084. While the partial influence of motivation on work effectiveness is 0.282, or 28.2% which is a contribution from the direct effect of 0.4452 = 0.198 and indirect contribution of 0.534 x 0.352 x 0.445 = 0.084, the simultaneous influence of Interpersonal communication and motivation on work effectiveness is 0.651 or 65.1% which is a contribution of partial influence of interpersonal communication on work effectiveness of 0.369 or 36.9% and the effect of partial motivation on effectiveness work of 0.282, or 28.2%, the remaining 34.39% is the contribution of other variables (ε) that are not examined.

This study aimed at examining the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection was done by observation, interviews and questionnaires by using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction was able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on customer satisfaction of BNI Mobile banking users through the image of the bank as an intervening variable. Data used in this study are primary data, data collection through questionnaires with a total sample of 185 respondents who are "BNI Mobile banking" customers use a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: The e-service quality variable directly affected the customer satisfaction variable; The e-trust variable directly influences the customer satisfaction variable; e-service quality variables affect the image of the bank, e-trust variables affect the image of the bank, and the image of the bank affect customer satisfaction. Thus, BNI Bank should continue to improve service quality and trust in the Bank so that customers feel satisfied so that the bank's reputation is better.
