<em>This study aims to explore the effect of job demands on turnover intention with job stress as mediating variable on employees that have been working less than sixth years. Sampling method used is the purposive-non probability sampling, where 100 employees of head office PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk were taken as respondents. Method of data analysis used is path analysis, the simple mediation model. Data were processed with macro and syntax from Preacher-Hayes 2013. The results of this study indicates that the effect of job demands on turnover intention was not mediated by job stress. Job demands and job stress influence significantly toward turnover intention, but job demands have no significant impact on job stress.</em>

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect meaning of work on intention turnover can be mediated job satisfaction at the administrative staff of the PTS A Jakarta. Sampling method used is random sampling by using a sample of 80 employees of the PTS A, Jakarta. Methods Data analysis used in this study is path analysis with macro software and SPSS 22 for windows Preacher-Hayes 2013 Moderate Mediation Model. The result of this research shows that the meaning of work can decrease the intention turnover through job satisfaction at the administrative staff at PTS A  Jakarta. Significant work meanings increase job satisfaction. Significant job satisfaction towards turnover intention.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Job Stress, Role Conflict, Job Satisfication, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention auditor at the Public Accounting Office in Surabaya. The population in this study is the auditors in KAP. This study used a random sampling method wherein this study collected 77 respondents. This study uses multiple regression linier analysis for data analysis techniques, where the results of the study show that the influence of Job Stress has a significant effect. While Role Conflict, Job Satisfication and Organizational Commitment has no significant effect

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. To achieve the research objectives, data analysis using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Sampling by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the size of the sample taken is 120 respondents. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Furthermore, relationship marketing also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali and customer satisfaction can significantly mediate the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty at Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended to the management of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali are to always build better relationship marketing to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the role of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study was 106 employees who have worked for more than one year. It uses a saturation sampling method to collect the data. Hypothesis testing used in this research is path analysis. The expected result from this research is an analysis of the influence of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, job stress is proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This study also shows that job satisfaction is able to provide a significant mediating role.

A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout. This study aims to know 1) the influence E-Word of Mouth to E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 2) the influence E-Word of Mouth toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 3) the influence E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada. The type of study is causal research. The population in this study are Universitas Negeri Padang students who once using marketplace Lazada. The sampling techniques using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method and sample size of 100 respondens by using the formula of Cochran’s. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) using SPSS version 21. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Permata Prima Canindo. This research was conducted by the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of purposive sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 95 employees of PT Permata Prima Canindo. Data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence employee turnover intention at PT Permata Prima Canindo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Permata Prima Canindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 95 karyawan PT Permata Prima Canindo. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Permata Prima Canindo.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer delight as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali with Path Analysis data analysis techniques. The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 130 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer delight, customer delight has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study also found that customer delight mediated the influence of service quality on customer loyalty positively and significantly. Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali needs to rejuvenate the facilities provided and improve the appearance of staff by providing work clothes every year so that the employees are clean and tidy. Management must re-educate every staff who works by providing service training so that they can better serve consumers. Keywords: service quality, customer delight, customer loyalty
