This article analyzed the teachers’ role of Islamic Religious Education in Madrasah, in managing learning to improve the good quality and professional learning. This method used descriptive qualitative approach by exploring the teachers in the management learning quality of three schools, for instance Madrsah Aliyah (MA) Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedung Banteng Banyumas, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Banyumas, and MAN 2 Banyumas. The competent and smart teachers would be able to develop the students’ learning, either in a professional or responsible manner. Through pedagogical abilities, the teachers were able to independently improve the development of their knowledge by reviewing, internalizing, and realizing the output of learners competing in the education world. The researcher found that professional teachers were able to deliver the students to have a righteous attitude in both school and outside of school. Teaching skills are one of the skills that must be possessed by a teacher. Whether or not the pedagogical competence possessed by teachers can be seen from the quality of school performance. Supervision still tends to lead to inspection. So far, the implementation of academic supervision is considered effective. In order for the Academic Supervision to provide objective and detailed results, collaborative self-evaluation is carried out, namely peer evaluation to find teacher strengths that need to be maintained and deficiencies that must be corrected. This study aims to determine the effect of collaboration-based Academic Supervision model with Peer Evaluation Approach to Improve Pedagogical Competence and Quality of School Performance: The Role of Principal's Motivation as Moderation Variable. This research is a quantitative study with numerical data analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS application. The results showed that Academic Supervision has an effect on Pedagogical Competence with a P-Value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Academic Supervision affects the Quality of Performance with a P value of 0.000 (p <0.05). motivation is able to moderate positively pedagogical competence with a P value of 0.032 (p <0.05). Motivation is not able to moderate supervision of the quality of performance with a P value of 0.138 (p> 0.05). Supervision is able to explain the Pedagogical Competence (Y1) variable of 69.4%. Supervision is able to explain the Performance Quality variable (Y2) of 40.1%. The principal should be able to periodically monitor the learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom, so that the principal knows the problems faced by the teacher in learning. Researchers who want to research further on this topic can use other variables and a wider sample.

Hajj guidance group (KBIH) in Indonesia, still limited to quantity and have been not yet met the quality. One indication of the lack of quality of the KBIH is the quality management of inputs, namely the applied inputs and inputs of expectation. With good input and good, it can produce an out put that as expected. This study aims to determine the quality management of pilgrimage inputs by KBIH in Indonesia, represented by three regions, West Java, DKI Jakarta and South Sumatra. The method used in this research is case study with qualitative approach. This study shows that quality management for one dimension of input, especially in KBIH has not met the quality management standard. Implementation and embodiment is still limited to ideas, wishful thinking, and not conceptualized well. The results of this study have an impact on how the quality management of KBIH input in Indonesia should be implemented, so that with good input in KBIH, KBIH can improve the quality of Hajj in Indonesia. Input is a starting point in a quality assurance process, not to be ignored, underestimated, and considered not one of the important parts of quality management of its existence.Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji (KBIH) yang banyak berdiri di Indonesia, masih sebatas kuantitas belum memenuhi kualitas. Salah satu indikasi melihat kurangnya kualitas KBIH ialah pada manajemen mutu input, yaitu input terapan maupun input harapan. Dengan input yang baik dan bagus, maka bisa menghasilkan out put yang sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen mutu input penyelenggaraan haji oleh KBIH di Indonesia, yang diwakili tiga wilayah, Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta dan Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa manajemen mutu untuk satu dimensi input, khususnya di KBIH belum memenuhi standar manajemen mutu. Pelaksanaan dan perwujudannya masih sebatas ide, angan-angan, dan belum terkonsep dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini berdampak pada bagaimana manajemen mutu input KBIH di Indonesia seharusnya diimplementasikan, sehingga dengan input yang baik dalam KBIH, KBIH bisa meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan ibadah haji di Indonesia. Input merupakan starting point dalam sebuah proses jaminan mutu, jangan sampai diabaikan, disepelekan, dan dianggap bukan salah satu bagian manajemen mutu yang penting keberadaannya.

EDUCATION AND PEASANT RESISTANCE IN THE PARAENSE AMAZONIAEDUCACIÓN Y RESISTENCIA CAMPESINA EN LA AMAZONIA PARAENSERESUMOEste artigo é fruto dos apontamentos da pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Agriculturas Amazônicas (PPGAA) da Universidade Federal do Pará – UFPA. Aborda os desafios da luta pela terra no Sudeste Paraense, refletindo sobre o papel da educação nesse processo. Ele aponta a educação que permeia o cotidiano das pessoas, como elemento que fortalece a resistência política dos camponeses, por isso, não está apenas relacionada à conquista da terra, mas também, à permanência na mesma e à mudança da qualidade de vida nos acampamentos e assentamentos. O artigo é resultado de um estudo de caso, desenvolvido no Acampamento Sem Terra, denominado de Dalcídio Jurandir, localizado no Sudeste Paraense e encaminhado por uma abordagem qualitativa. Entende-se que o movimento social busca uma educação que dê conta de compreender as circunstâncias vividas a partir de suas contradições sociais, tendo a mesma lógica de resistência do campesinato, porque é nele que ela tem sua raiz histórica. Trata-se de uma educação que antecede à escola e vai muito além dela.Palavras-chave: Educação; Luta pela Terra; Resistência Camponesa.ABSTRACTThis article is the result of the master's research notes developed in the Postgraduate Program in Amazon Agriculture (PPGAA) of the Federal University of Pará – UFPA. It addresses the challenges of the struggle for land in Southeast Pará, reflecting on the role of education in this process. This paper points out the education that permeates people's daily lives, as an element that strengthens the political resistance of the peasants, therefore, it is not only related to the conquest of the land, but also to the permanence in it and to the change in the quality of life in the encampments and settlements. The article is the result of a case study, developed at the agrarian reform camp, called Dalcídio Jurandir, located in Southeast Pará and guided by a qualitative approach. It is understood that the social movement seeks an education that is able to understand the circumstances experienced from its social contradictions, having the same logic of resistance as the peasantry, because it has its historical roots in it. Objectives: to identify the knowledge and expectations of women in the choice of natural childbirth, discuss the program of humanization of prenatal and birth and the role of the nurse in encouraging the humane and natural childbirth. Methods: it’s a literature search, type descriptive-exploratory, with a qualitative approach. Was carried out a search in the databases using the descriptors nursing, labor and delivery man. Refine the data by reading pre-textual, selective and interpretative. Results: emerged the categories: knowledge and expectations of women in the choice of natural childbirth; program of humanization of labor and birth and the role of nurses in the process of humanization of natural childbirth. Conclusion: within the expectations and knowledge of the women were concerned about having a birth with little pain and suffering, without major complications for mother and for the baby. It is evident that the lack of information on women's rights and your body ends up being a factor in convincing that it does not have the natural childbirth as a first choice. With regard to the Program for Humanization of Delivery and Birth and the role of nurses in the humanization of labor, there is need to improve access to coverage and quality of monitoring of prenatal and birth; encourage the importance of breastfeeding, rooming-in and the presence of companion. PurposeThe first goal of the article was to examine how the perception of the role and scope of operation of maintenance services in the enterprise changes, depending on whether the company has an integrated management system (IMS), only a quality management system implemented in accordance with ISO 9001 and in the absence of a formal, certified management system. The second goal was to propose a model for assessing the quality of maintenance service functioning in enterprise with IMS implemented.Design/methodology/approachThe author's experience of over 1,000 audits in enterprises in various industries: food, automotive, construction, petrochemical, electronic and so on was used in the work. The audits were carried out in three types of companies: which had IMSs (800 audits), which only had a system implementation certificate ISO 9001 (140 audits) and without any standardized management system implemented (so-called second-party audits, commissioned by the client of the audited company.FindingsThe most important conclusion is – the role of UR services in enterprises with the implemented IMS is much broader and goes beyond the classic framework for planning, implementation and settlement of maintenance and repair work. Maintenance is understood more broadly and includes in its scope also the safety of people and the environment, the efficiency of production and consumption of utilities as well as the quality of products and services. Maintenance issues include not only strictly technical aspects but also economic, logistic, legal and organizational and management aspects.Practical implicationsResearch shows that enterprises, especially those with high technical and organizational culture, should not treat management systems as costs, but as a driving force for the implementation of new technologies, new organizational solutions and the development of employees' competences.Social implicationsBroad views on stakeholders of maintenance services (including employees, their families, control institutions) and their requirements make enterprises begin to see the need to maintain the so-called lifetime balance, as well as the safety and comfort of work of employees of these services.Originality/valueThe author did not find in literature any reports on studies of the impact of formal, certified management systems on the quality of maintenance services; this article shows that this impact is large and, above all, positive; with such a broad understanding of the role of maintenance, there is a need to develop a common platform for such seemingly distant concepts as machine technical condition or fatigue life versus cost accounting and quality management.

Background: HIV-related peripheral neuropathies are among the most prevalent chronic neurological disorders affecting persons living with HIV and AIDS. In order to improve the physical function and quality of life of those affected by the disease, a holistic or multidisciplinary approach, including physiotherapy, has been suggested for the management of neuropathic pain.Aim: The aim of this study was to explore the physicians’ perceptions regarding the role of physiotherapy in the management of patients with HIV-sensory neuropathy (HIV-SN) and their referral practices in Tanzania.Methods: A qualitative study design incorporating purposive sampling was employed in the study. A total of 10 physicians from a hospital in Tanzania agreed to participate in in-depth interviews.Results: Physicians had poor perceptions of the role of physiotherapy in the management of patients with HIV-SN. Their inadequate knowledge of the role of physiotherapy and the limited number of physiotherapists employed negatively influenced their referral of patients with HIV-SN for physiotherapy.Conclusion: In Tanzania, referral for physiotherapy is still dependent on medical doctors. Inter-professional learning is imperative for minimising the stereotypes that may exist across professions, hence the need to improve awareness of specific roles in patient management. This could improve knowledge of the role of other professionals in the management and rehabilitation of affected patients and consequently improve perceptions and facilitate referrals of patients with HIV-SN for more integrated care.

This time and in the future Islamic religious school are face of competation with schools in regional as well as international. This era a degree amongts on Asian Nations in freedom trade in MEA. This religious education cannot be avoided and the alumni must prepare themselves with science and technology as well as other competencies or skills. There is already an instrument in this education but to respond to the challenges that need revitalization in its curriculum and this education is managed with total quality management.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Pendidikan keagamaan Islam seperti Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran, Diniyah dan Pesantren telah dipayungi oleh UU No. 20/2003 dan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan nasional ke depan. Pendidikan ini telah menjadi bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional yang kualitasnya diarahkan setara dengan pendidikan nasional pada umumnya dan bahkan pada tingkat regional maupun internasional. Kualitas pendidikan nasional yang di dalamnya ada pendidikan ini masih berada di bawah negara-negara Asia seperti Singapura, Thailand, Malaysia dan Vietnam. Saat ini dan mendatang produk pendidikan berada di tengah kompetisi perdagangan antar negara di tingkat regional maupun internasional. Di masa ini telah menghadapi perdagangan bebas antar negara Asia yang disebut dengan MEA. Hal ini tidak bisa dihindari oleh pendidikan keagamaan ini dan alumninya harus menyiapkan dirinya dengan ilmu dan teknologi serta kompetensi atau keterampilan lainnya. Telah ada di pendidikan ini instrumennya namun untuk merespons tantangan yang ada diperlukan revitalisasi di kurikulumnya dan pendidikan ini dikelola dengan total quality management.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) se-Kecamatan Bringin, Kabupaten pada tahun 2012, termasuk: (1) Untuk menentukan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI, (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, (3) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI se-Kecamatam Bringin. Penilaian dilakukan penelitian kualitatif, informan terdiri dari guru PAI dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMA se-Kecamatan Bringin Semarang 2012 tergolong baik, terbukti dari latar belakang pendidikan guru yang linier dengan pelajaran yang diampu, pemahaman terhadap kompetensi pedagogik yang baik, persiapan alat pembelajaran dan manajemen pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan ketentuan (2) upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik adalah dengan memperbanyak referensi mengenai kompetensi pedagogik PAI, menghadiri berbagai seminar, lokakarya, pelatihan, dan mengikuti Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Pihak sekolah juga melakukan upaya melalui evaluasi belajar, memeriksa pembelajaran, supervisi kelas, dan mendorong guru untuk menghadiri seminar pendidikan (3) Pelaksanaan pedagogik pembelajaran pendidikan Islam akan menentukan kualitas pembelajaran itu sendiri, dengan guru yang memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, manajemen pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar. This study aims to determine the reality of the efforts of teachers of Islamic religious education (PAI) in improving pedagogic competence at senior high school (SMA) throughout Bringin Semarang regency in 2012, including: (1) To determine the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers, (2) To know the efforts of PAI teacher in improving pedagogical competence, (3) To know the implementation of pedagogical competence in PAI. The assessment was conducted qualitative research to informants, both PAI teacher and the headmaster. This study uses a descriptive qualitative procedure. The conclusions are (1) pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA 1 Bringin Semarang Regency 2012 is good, proven by the teachers’ linear education background with teaching load, understanding towards good pedagogic, the preparation of learning tools and management in accordance with the provisions (2) efforts to improve pedagogical competence are by reading various reference regarding it, attending seminars, workshops, trainings, and following deliberation subject teachers (MGMP), the school authorities make efforts through the evaluation of learning, classroom supervision, and creating opportunities for teachers to attend educational seminars (3) Implementation of pedagogic on learning Islamic education will determine the quality of learning itself. With teachers who have pedagogic competence, learning management will go smoothly. Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, guru PAI, SMA
