The article determines a significant importance of knowledge management as a key technology for the development of an enterprise in an innovative knowledge-based economy. The main features of the enterprise development as an open dynamic system are systematized and characteristics of the knowledge economy and innovative economy are determined. Following the above characteristics it is proved that the formation of an innovative economy is impossible without new knowledge and its commercialization, and the basis of the knowledge economy are innovations in various fields of activity. The given types of economies should be further considered not as separate concepts, but as integral components of the innovative knowledge-based economy. The theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence of knowledge management at the enterprise are systematized and their interrelation with the innovation process and innovative development is shown through the creation of new knowledge, increasing the efficiency of innovation development and the formation of innovative abilities of the innovatively active employees. The goals, tasks, functions, principles, stages, methods and methods of knowledge management in innovative knowledge-based economy are considered. The typology of contradictions in the innovative activity of the enterprise is given; the essence of economic, information, technological, organizational, psychological, structural and social contradictions is revealed. Technologies of knowledge management that contribute to eliminating contradictions and innovative development of the enterprise are defined. It is substantiated that different types of contradictions in the innovative activity of an enterprise can be eliminated by means of knowledge management technologies, which, as a result, causes qualitative changes at the enterprise. As the key signs of development are qualitative changes and elimination of contradictions, the use of knowledge management in the conditions of an innovative knowledge-based economy will contribute to the development of the enterprise.

The purpose of the study was to model the financial management processes of enterprises to ensure the qualitative and complete forecasting of enterprise development. The analysis of the strategic matrix of interconnections through the use of power, logarithmic and polynomial trends during the determination of the tightness of the connection between the financial resources’ volumes and the coefficients of liquidity and financial sustainability at the enterprise was carried out. It is established that effective organization of scenario activity as an element of strategic planning is one of the main factors that will allow improving the system of financial management at the enterprise.

The Issus of organizing the strategic planning of the activities of defense enterprises are considered. The paper proposes a scientific approach to determining the need to develop a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise. Effective management of innovative activity of the enterprise is impossible without understanding the essence, methodology and principles of strategic management of innovative development of the enterprise. This necessitates the study of basic principles, approaches, the correct understanding of which contributes to the effective strategic management of the enterprise, coordination of its efforts to achieve high rates of innovative development. It is noted that the development of innovation in the enterprise is impossible without the developed innovation strategy, which is an important component of the overall strategy of enterprise development. There are the research directions, determined as relevant, such as the issues of innovation activity management of enterprises, identifying the main causes of low innovation activity of domestic companies, improving the innovation activity management system of industrial institutions, which necessitates the formation of a scientific and methodological basis that can realize the ability to describe the process of innovation activity of the enterprises and mechanisms to manage them. These issues are also relevant because in the context of strengthening the course on European integration, the management of domestic enterprises is tasked with identification of the methodological and practical experience of innovative management of the EU countries as soon as possible and harmonization of their policies in accordance with its provisions. The subject of the study is complex research of management of innovative activity of enterprises under self-development. The purposes of the article are a study of the main directions of operation of innovative-active enterprise under self-development; analysis of key indicators of innovation activity of an enterprise; characteristic of the mechanism of innovation activity management of an enterprise in terms of self-development; definition of directions of policy of strengthening of innovation activity with the purpose of increase of efficiency of development of domestic enterprises. To achieve these purposes the following research methods are used: analysis and generalization of theoretical sources and scientific literature; abstract-logical method in the process of theoretical generalizations and formation of conclusions; prognostic and diagnostic; general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Results. The article describes the concept of innovation activity of the enterprise and details its main elements. The authors have also formulated the concept of innovative-active enterprise and presented the priority directions of its operation. The basic aspects of improvement of the innovation activity management system of the enterprise under self-development are considered. The key aspects of improving the management system are highlighted: analysis and evaluation of changes in the operation of the enterprise (evaluation of innovation activity); choice of direction of innovative development of the enterprise; development of strategy of innovative operation (definition of priority of directions, their correlation, development of scenarios); control of implementation of the enterprise development strategy. The process of improving the system of management of innovative activity of the enterprise under self-development is presented as a block diagram. The process is considered and the mechanism of innovation activity management is proposed. Practical implications. The article presents the process of managing innovation activity according to the degree of selfdevelopment of the enterprise. The proposed mechanism has practical orientation in forming a set of measures for strategic development of the enterprise. In general, the paper outlines the main tasks for improving the innovation activity management system, the solutions of which will improve the effective functioning of the enterprise.

The article investigates the theoretical issues of analysis of the formation of an innovative model of enterprise development as a basis for enterprise development. The scientific content and economic essence of innovative activity are revealed. Problems of development of innovative activity are outlined. Its main problems are: low demand for innovation in the market, lack of successful ideas and opportunities to create innovations, limited funds for business, lack of partners for cooperation. The main ways and methods of activating the innovative activity of enterprises are considered. The main tasks for solving this problem, as the concentration of tasks for further development, a detailed process of the list of tasks for effective work. Factors of encouragement to introduction of the innovative model of development of the enterprise are formulated. The innovative development of the enterprise is designed to focus production activities on the demands of the modern consumer, to respond flexibly and make timely changes, to achieve competitive advantages that meet the level of international demand. Innovation management includes: continuous improvement of production organization on the basis of search, selection, development and implementation of innovative proposals; formation of a bank of innovative ideas and options for their implementation; organization of the process of identifying problems of innovative development and their solution; formation of a climate of innovation at the enterprise, search for new ideas, etc. Planning of innovative development of enterprises provides an opportunity: taking into account future tasks, assessing the activities of the enterprise as a continuous process in which current actions are related to the future, managing not only short-term but also long-term development goals; identification of basic market needs; influencing changes in the external environment. In addition, planning helps to improve the coordination of actions in the enterprise, creates conditions for improving the basic training of managers, providing the necessary information, promotes a more rational allocation of resources, allows to clearly formalize the duties and responsibilities of all employees, improve control over their activities.

The article considers the problem of evaluation of innovations in the process of enterprise development and formation of its strategy. The role and place of innovations in the global system of effective development of the enterprise and ensuring competitiveness and growth of its market value are shown. The basic positions concerning systematization in approaches to an estimation of innovations in the course of activity of the enterprise are generalized. It is proposed, as an element of the general study of innovative development of the enterprise, to consider and evaluate it from the standpoint of subjectivity and objectivity. The specificity of the study is to distinguish in the management system of innovative development of the enterprise object and subject of management and focus on them. It is proposed to study the innovative activity of the enterprise in the coordinates "subject - object of innovation". Methodological approaches to the assessment of innovative activity of the enterprise are presented. The author's interpretation of the concept of "subjective innovation" is given and its connection and difference with such concepts as "human resource" and "human capital" are shown. Subjective innovation, as an important component of human capital, in its content and importance in the system of competitive development of the enterprise is a key factor of innovation potential and the basis for the formation and implementation of its financial and economic development strategy. A general method of evaluating the concept of "subjective innovation" in the process of enterprise development is proposed. Based on the content of the concept of "subjective innovation", the objective complexity of its exact calculation (at the present stage of development of science) and the possibility of certain tolerances in such calculations in the work it is recommended to evaluate this concept by an expert method. It is determined that the proposed assessment will generally improve and deepen the process of managing the innovative development of the enterprise.
