The article discusses main strategic aspects of modern corporations’ development. As a model, the model of G. Kleiner’sintrasystem space is used, which considers the mental, cultural, institutional, cognitive, technological, imitative and historical subsystems. Each subsystem includes key processes that contribute to the formation of enterprise competitiveness parameters. According to the system model, the characteristics of subsystems of industrial enterprises of the Altai Region are given. The strategic aspects of enterprise development are considered, in particular, the formation of the dynamic capabilities underlying the achievement of strategic competitiveness. A theoretical basis for the formation of the concepts “core competencies”, “dynamic abilities”, “routine” and their role in the formation of strategic landmarks is being formed. The author’s model of formation of unique dynamic abilities of an industrial enterprise and organization of an enterprise’s intrasystem space is given.

To discuss the scientific community presents the author's approach to the construction of a model of sustainable development of industrial enterprise. The author studied and marked urgent problems in the industry, identified resource constraints and the expediency of building a model of sustainable enterprise development based on innovation. Substantiated structure of theories and methods, which should make the methodology of the proposed model and given them a description. The development of an industrial enterprise in order to meet modern requirements should include the components of its digitalization. In Russia, the development of digitalization is supported at the state level. Meantime, limited resources require industrial enterprises to have a sound approach to choosing the direction of their development. This paper presents a methodology for choosing the direction of development of an industrial enterprise, which is based on an assessment of the level of development of that enterprise. An assessment of the level of corporate development is carried out using the method of fuzzy logic and the method of expert assessments. A nonlinear algorithm was used to find an integral indicator of the level of development of an industrial enterprise and choose a direction of development. The assessment process is digitalized and does not require special knowledge and skills of the corporate employees for its implementation. At the same time, it is possible to make adjustments to the indicators that determine the level of development of the industrial enterprise. An assessment of the level of development of an industrial enterprise is implemented in the original InfoLogicTools application in the MathCad simulation environment. Production tests of this application at existing industrial enterprises have allowed making some design changes to the application. The proposed methodology has a practical application. It allowed 3 Russian engineering plants to monitor their development. The monitoring results formed the basis for development activities. Further research is supposed to analyze and develop digitalization of the collection of information on the development of the enterprises.

The article presents an original method for assessing the resources of an industrial enterprise based on the concept of sustainable development. The main emphasis in the assessment is made on the compliance of the enterprise resources with the principles of social, environmental and economic efficiency. The quality of human, investment, production and financial resources of industrial enterprises was assessed through the prism of established optima, the principles of resource conservation and resource efficiency. The proposed methodology will make it possible to develop a resource strategy that implements the principles of the concept of sustainable development and ECG management. Improvement of the resource strategy is aimed at eliminating the gaps in the quality of the enterprise resources.

The article establishes that Ukrainian enterprises operate in the conditions of permanent economic crises and changes in the economic environment as a result of further integration of Ukraine into the world markets. Economic transformations in Ukraine push industrial enterprises to seek radically new approaches to solving current problems. This article is devoted to the study of the main scientific approaches to the identification of the strategy of industrial enterprise development as a prerequisite for the impact on labor migration in the region. Numerous studies and experts argue that among the many factors of labor migration, economic reasons are central. During the study, the authors conducted a comprehensive analysis of the competitive environment of an industrial enterprise that is a leading producer of bricks. The critical factors of success were identified in the study; the factor analysis of micro- and macroenvironment was carried out. Among all the methods of strategic analysis, the SPACE-method was chosen for the identification of enterprise development strategy. As a result of a combination of statistics, expert assessments, and the results of previous studies, a strategy of centered diversification was offered for further implementation. As an option to diversification, the offer to implement the strategy of coopetition was developed. If implemented, coopetition strategy has a lot of advantages: reduction of competitive pressure, increase of resource provision, scaling of production, reduction of production costs, creation of reserves for the development of personnel potential. The paper presents theoretical generalizations about the strategy of coopetition, its forms, the main prerequisites for implementation. The innovative development of industrial enterprises is the key to the development of the region, including an increase in average wages, and therefore the strategic decisions of one market operator affect others. It is proposed to create a consortium for a specific case of development of innovation potential of the region. This consortium is an educational and scientific one, which, in addition to solving staffing issues, can help slow down labor migration.

The article aims at studying the trends in the current state of the innovative activity at Ukrainian enterprises and its financing. The current state of the innovative activity at Ukrainian enterprises is analyzed; the financing of such an activity is explored. Trends in the innovation activities of Ukrainian enterprises during 2015–2019 indicate the presence of significant problems and a low level of innovation development, which, in turn, has a negative impact on product competitiveness and economic development, in general. So, according to the Global Innovation Index-2019, Ukraine ranks 47th among 129 surveyed countries. As for industrial enterprises, only 782 of them are innovatively active, making up 15.8% of their total number. It has been found out that the introduction of innovations in industrial enterprises in Ukraine is slowing down due to the lack of financial resources. The financial resources of enterprises remained the main source for funding innovation during 2015–2019. The role of the state in financing innovation is not significant, so almost the whole financial burden falls on business entities, which naturally hinders the increase in the innovative activity at enterprises. The problems of innovative development of enterprises in Ukraine have been identified and it has been established that the current state of innovation is a consequence of the lack of strategic vision and consistent state policy in transiting Ukraine to an innovative development path. The results of the research carried out shows the necessity of designing the Strategy for innovative activity development till 2030.
