This article summarizes the results of research aimed at studying the impact of the transition to online learning using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process on the psychological comfort of students at the Adyghe State University in the direction of “Psychological and pedagogical education”. During the study, a set of complementary research methods was used: theoretical, empirical, statistical, as well as private methods aimed at assessing the level of anxiety, sociability, motivation for learning, and the questionnaire aimed at identifying the level of psychological comfort of students in online learning. We suspected that the transition to online learning can affect the psycho-emotional state and psychological comfort of students: trait and state anxiety will increase; the level of motivation for learning, and the level of students’ communicative activity will decrease. Analysis and interpretation of the data showed that in the process of online learning, the majority of the tested respondents were dominated by average and high values of situational and personal anxiety (43.9% and 47.9%, respectively). 59% of respondents faced psychological discomfort because of the necessary to sharply adapt to the new format of education. There were also difficulties with self-organization of learning process outside the university - 21.7%, as well as difficulties associated with the material and technical base, created an uncomfortable psycho-emotional state in the subjects of the educational process - 3.5%. Therefore, in introducing online learning, it is necessary to take into account several possible risks that affect both the quality of the learning process and the psycho-emotional state of students. Moreover, a necessary condition, in our opinion, is considering the individual and personal characteristics of students in the process of integrating ICT into the educational system to improve health and create conditions for the psychological comfort of students.

The problem of bullying, from a scientific point of view, began to be studied at the end of the 20th century. Today, this issue is covered in all laws and programs related to ensuring a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process. Bullying, as a social and pedagogical problem, has been actively studied since the beginning of the development of information and communication technologies, which contributed to the rapid dissemination of not only verbal, but also media information: photo and video facts about manifestations of bullying between children. The article presents the results of the research "Unicef", "La Strada-Ukraine", which indicate the prevalence of the phenomenon of bullying among children. The essence of the concept of "bullying" is revealed, as well as categories that are close in meaning: "violence", "aggression", "bullying", "bullying", "conflict". The structural components of the roles of the bullying process are described: initiators or offenders, helpers of offenders, defenders of the victim, victims and observers. The article provides data on anti-bulging programs in foreign countries and focuses on the problem of anti-bulging policy in educational institutions of our country. Three main approaches that make up the anti-bullying policy of schools are analyzed: disciplinary, restorative and an integrated approach, which is implemented using two directions: managerial and educational. The directions of anti-bullying policy at school are presented, namely managerial and educational. The managerial direction is organized and implemented by the head of the educational institution. The constituent components of activities in this area are an analysis of the current situation in an educational institution, the development of an official position of the institution regarding bullying and informing all participants in the educational process about it, the development of rules of conduct for all participants in the educational process and informing about them, defining the responsibilities and responsibilities of participants educational process in relation to the rules of safe behavior in an educational institution, instructing employees, students and parents. The purpose of this research was to study the impact of project-based learning and information and communication technologies on students’ motivation. Two second-year classes in electrical engineering at the University Tahri Mohamed in Béchar, Algeria, were involved in the study. The experiment compared the level to which one class of students mastered goals without the use of information and communication technologies, to the mastery achieved by a second class which participated in a tutorial that has a technological tool built into the project-based approach. The subject of power electronics was chosen for this study because of its different knowledge, which is strongly represented in difficult learning contents for students. A questionnaire about motivation was used to collect data within an experimental research plan. After three months of conducting the study, the results demonstrated that the integration of the tutorial with the project-based approach is likely to increase students’ motivation to learn and to master the subject of power electronics.

Technological factor is mainly underestimated in the literature on institutions and organizations. Although organizational studies and information technology are disciplines dedicated respectively to studying socio-political and technical aspects of organizing, cross-fertilization among such fields has remained quite limited. Only rarely the variable of technology has been interpreted as a crucial element for explaining institutional uniformity. From a more general point of view, changing technical factors have been considered “relatively unimportant sources of organizational change in a mature organizational field” (Yang, 2003, p. 433). Only after the spread of the information and communication technologies (ICTs), a good number of studies has started to consider the relationships among information technology and organizational structure (Guthrie, 1999). Neo-institutional analysis on the use of information technology was mostly directed at showing how the embeddedness of organizational actors “in cognitive, cultural, social, and institutional structures influences the design, perceptions, and uses of the Internet and related [information technology]” (Fountain, 2001, p. 88). Therefore, it can been argued that most of the literature on this field concerns the way in which technology represents a social construct, because it shows that any technological application is strongly influenced by social aspects, such as cognitive frames, political culture, local traditions and so forth. Yet, a few contributions have been dedicated until now to investigate how institutions change through the introduction of new technologies. Although technological innovation is said to be the source of variation in a given institutional context, as “new technology offers new possibilities for solving problems [and] new practices arise when innovative organizations take advantage of its novel benefits” (Leblebici, 1991, p. 335), little attention is focused on technological variables. Despite such disregard, in the following article some examples of the strategic use of information and communication technologies will be included, with specific reference to pressures exerted by ICTs for producing “institutional isomorphism.”

Purpose This study aims to investigate the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on student’s learning primarily concentrating on the following factors: including availability, accessibility and user-ability of using ICT resources. This investigation will highlight the role of ICT in the pedagogical activities of students, especially in their learning. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was designed to comprehend the questions related to the objectives and a sample of 275 students through convenience sampling technique was selected that was enrolled in various degree programs of the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. Primarily the descriptive analysis was made and data were presented in tabulated form. However, for inferential analysis, the Pearson correlation test was applied to determine the relationship among the dependent and independent variables including (availability, accessibility user-ability and student’s learning) and to test the hypotheses of the study. Findings The findings disclose that students at the University of the Punjab have access to various kinds of ICT applications and resources. Moreover, they have an adequate number of ICT equipment available for their use and they are familiar with various kinds of ICT applications and resources which they use in various educational tasks during their studies. A strong positive linear correlation exists between availability, accessibility and user-ability of using ICT resources and the student’s educational learning. This confirms that ICT plays a significant role in the student’s educational accomplishments. It helps students in searching, retrieving and consulting various types of information sources. It also helps them in completing their educational tasks in a quick manner. Students at all levels also see it as a matter of great importance to acquire ICT-related skills as this can help them to be more productive in their educational accomplishments. Originality/value This study concludes that availability, accessibility, adequacy and user ability to use the ICT resources positively impact students learning. Therefore, it is highly recommended for students to learn ICT-related skills and to make the best use of the different communication technologies in their pedagogical activities. Moreover, if academic institutions in Pakistan give more emphasis on developing ICT-based infrastructure and ICT skilled manpower then this can also bring fruitful results in the learning process of student’s educational endeavors.
