The study aimed to stop the reality of using the unified education system (the virtual school platform) and the obstacles to its use by teachers in the city of Mecca light of some variables. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community was the teachers and teachers of the schools of the city of Mecca, numbering (28477) teachers Female teacher, 379 male and female teachers were randomly chosen, representing the study sample, and the study used a questionnaire to collect data related to the reality of the use of the unified education system and the obstacles to its use, and the study concluded that the reality of the use of teachers and teachers in the city of Mecca for the unified education system came with a high degree and an arithmetic average (3.61) A percentage of (72.2%), and male and female teachers face obstacles in using the system at an average degree, with an average of (3.22) and a percentage of (64.5%). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample in using a system Standardized education is attributed to gender, years of experience, age, or educational qualification; The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which were holding training workshops for male and female teachers to develop their capabilities and their continued use of the unified education system, and urged them to develop their use of the system through extension and educational meetings.

The objective of this study was to identify the obstacles to training female teachers during service in Riyadh city schools from the point of view of female teachers and the statistical differences between the sample on the obstacles of training the teachers during the service according to the study variables (job title - type of school) The study sample consisted of 80 male and female teachers from public and private schools in Riyadh. The results of the study showed the approval of the sample of the study on the field of administrative obstacles in the training of female teachers during the service in Riyadh city schools with a high degree and the highest average of 3.60. Second place in the fields where the arithmetic average reached 3.56. Also the approval of the members of the study sample on the field of technical obstacles in the training of teachers during the service came in the third place of the fields and the average arithmetic 3.5. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample of the study on "the obstacles of training teachers in the service of the schools in the city of Riyadh" due to the variable of job title "director or teacher", and there are no statistically significant differences between the average The responses of the sample members of the study "teachers and principals" in the field of administrative and personal obstacles due to the variable type of school, "governmental or civil".

The study aims to identify the degree of mental alertness among the principals in Kuwait and its relation to conflict management strategies from the point of view of the teachers. The study consisted of (423) male and female teachers. They were selected in the simple random sampling method. The descriptive method was used. The researchers used a questionnaire consisting of (34) items for the areas of mental alertness (discrimination, attention, observation, awareness, and thinking) and (25) items for the areas of conflict management strategies (satisfaction, settlement, integration, avoidance, and domination). The availability of mental alertness among school principals in the State of Kuwait from the teachers’ point of view came to a high degree, and that the arithmetic average of the level of school principals’ practice in the State of Kuwait in conflict management strategies from the teachers’ point of view was (high), and the presence of a positive statistically significant correlation between the estimates of the sample members on the degree of availability of mental alertness among school principals in the State of Kuwait and the level of their practice of conflict management strategies.

The study aimed to identify the trends of primary stage laborers towards e-learning in teaching the Arabic language, and the obstacles they face from their point of view. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consisted of (170) male and female teachers working in public schools in Jerash governorate. The study sample (75) male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the attitudes of primary school teachers towards e-learning came at a positive level, with an arithmetic average (3.61), and the obstacles facing primary school teachers in e-learning came with a high degree, with an arithmetic average (3.84). The study recommended giving attention to providing electronic learning tools to include all schools, connecting all schools to the Internet and providing computers in proportion to the number of students in schools, and the study also recommended the necessity of dissolving all obstacles in e-learning, in terms of providing Internet labs in schools in proportion to the number of students and courses Scholastic.

The study aimed to identify the reality of practicing accountability among school leaders in public education schools in Sharourah Governorate / Najran and the degree of accountability in the administrative and technical domains. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the analytical survey approach. The study was applied to a sample of )177 ( teachers, including (101) male teachers and (76) female teachers, in the first semester of the academic year 2018- 2019. The results of the study found that, the practice of accountability among the leaders of public education schools in Sharourah governorate / Najran from teachers point of view has got a general average (4.02), high rating, and according to the domains level, practicing accountability in administrative domain has got an average; (3.93), with a high rating, also, practicing accountability in the technical domain has got an average of (3.90) with a high degree. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05 = α) between the arithmetical averages of the total score for the degree of accountability in administrative and technical domains due to the differences in the variables of the study (years of experience and the scientific qualification). There were statistically significant differences in the degree of accountability in administrative and technical domains due to gender in favor of males; and in the variable of a school level in favor of high school. The study recommended the need to spread the culture of accountability, And to clarify the nature, methods, objectives and mechanisms for teachers, and the need to provide standards and performance indicators used in accountability process.

This study aims at identifying the evaluation of learning resources rooms in public schools in Ajloun governorate from the point of view of their teachers. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (107) male and female teachers. random. The study reached a set of results, The most important: The arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample to evaluate the room of learning resources as a whole came with a high degree, with an average of (3.63) and the field of parents with a high degree, and an arithmetic average (3.92), followed by the teacher field, with an average (3.66). ), Then the student field, with an average (3.64), while the resource room field, the lowest average score, with an average (3.40), The results also showed that there is no statistically significant difference according to sex and educational qualification, and that there are statistically significant difference for the job experience variable for (11 years and above). To disseminate the experience of forming a support committee to all departments, institutions and programs working with people with special needs in the local community.

This study aims at identifying the degree to which principals of private schools in Gaza governorates practice the servant leadership and its relation to the quality of their schools’ learning, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consists of all male and female teachers of the private schools in Gaza governorates, whose number is (1212) teachers. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (297) male and female teachers. Two questionnaires were designed; the first is to determine degree to which principals of private schools in Gaza governorates practice the servant leadership. It consists of (43) paragraphs divided into three fields. The second is to determine the level of quality of their schools’ learning and consists of (22) paragraphs. The degree to which principals of private schools in Gaza governorates practice the servant leadership from the point of view of the teachers was high, with a relative weight of (75.24%). There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates to the degree of school principals’ practice to the quality of school learning attributed to the variables (scientific qualification, years of service). There is a direct positive relationship of a statistical significance between the degree of practicing servant leadership and the level of learning quality of their schools.

Research on teacher professionalism has been extensively studied by other researchers, but giving the concept of the caliph to the solution of its development has not yet been found. This study aims to explore the professionalism development of Madrasah Aliyah teachers by strengthening the concept of the caliph. This type of research is quantitative with ex post facto approach.  I set 320 male and female teachers in public and private madrasas in 12 districts / cities in one of the provinces in Indonesia as a research sample. The questionnaire was used to measure the concept of the caliphate and the professionalism of madrasa teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANNOVA, and simple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion of the concept of the khalifah teacher was at a high stage, while professionalism was at a low stage. There are differences in the concepts of male and female teacher caliphs, length of certification and length of teaching of teachers, while in terms of teacher age there are no differences. There is a strong influence of strengthening the concept of the caliph in developing the professionalism of Madrasa aliyah teachers. This study concludes that the strengthening of the caliph concept contributes significantly in developing the professionalism of Madrasah Aliyah teachers. This study recommends that the Ministry of Religion adopt a policy of developing teacher professionalism by strengthening the concept of the caliph in madrasa teachers in Indonesia

The study aimed to identify the degree to which national and life education curriculum for the first and second basic grades includes the life skills from the point of view of teachers in government schools in Qabatia. Furthermore, to determine the differences according to gender and specialization variables. To achieve that, the study conducted on (72) male and female teachers, and (42) items questionnaire was applied for collecting data.The results of the study indicated that the degree to which National and life Education curriculum for the first and second basic grades includes the life skills from the point of view of teachers in government schools in Qabatia was high, as it came with a mean of (3.90) and a weight of (%78), and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) in the degree to which National and life Education curriculum for the first and second basic grades includes the life skills from the point of view of teachers in government schools in Qabatia due to gender and specialization variables.In the light of the results, the researcher recommended providing the means, materials, and techniques to provide an opportunity for teachers of the national and life education curriculum to employ activities appropriately as well as enhancing the student’s personality through the adoption of various programs in schools such as the child friendly school, in addition to employing the interactive national education curriculum in line with the digitization of education.

This study was designed to investigate the effects of teachers' gender on primary children's attitudes toward reading. 141 children, second grade boys and girls, from male and female teacher classrooms, were administered the Survey of School Attitudes. Results of statistical analysis revealed significant differences in attitude dependent upon teacher gender.
