The current study was done in March 2016 by involving the cattle farmers from Slorok village, Kromengansubdistrict, Malang. The objective of this study was to investigate revenue of cattle sharing system and toanalyze its contribution on the farmer family's income. There is 18 farmers who used sharing system, wasselected by total sampling method. Primary data was collected by through survey and interview. The secondarydata was gained from institutions and related sources. Data analysis used in this study was income analysis ofcattle farmers (who used sharing system). The result showed that cattle farmer's income at Slorok was Rp.3.259.853/beef/year which was come from cattle sharing income.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The research aims to know the: Influence of time budged pressure and skepticism of auditors to audit quality. The population in this research were Inspectorate of West Sumatra Provinc. The sample is determined by total sampling method, that all apparaturs of Inspektorate of West Sumatera Province. The data used in this research is primary data. This research used quetionnaires instrument as much as 32 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that: (1) Time budged pressure has significant negative effect on audit quality, where the tcount  -2,268 < ttable  2,048407 at sig 0,031 < α 0,05, (2) skepticism didn’t significant effect on audit quality, the tcount 0,442 < ttable  2,048407 in sig 0,662 > α 0,05.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study aims to find out how the perceptions of the peasant community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village. This study lasted for 4 (four) months starting from April 2018 to July 2018 in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection method used is primary data collected through direct interviews with the community members and secondary data obtained from the Marinding Village Office. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were two types of perceptions from the farmers community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja District, namely not supporting and supporting. There are 8 out of 15 respondents who do not support the rambu solo tradition because it is considered a waste that costs very large and expensive and is often for showing their social status in the community. But there is also support in which 7 out of 15 respondents support this tradition because the tradition of the rambu solo tradition reflects the life of the Toraja people who like togetherness and family. In addition, the implementation of solo signs opened up markets and huge profits for the rice farmers, coffee, and cattleman, especially for buffalos and pigs, because they could sell their all agricultural products to people who carried out rambu solo tradition which were usually carried out after the harvest period.*eprm*.

The Cost

his study aimed to determine the effectiveness of receiving zakat for education from Baitul Mal Aceh Utara in Dayah Darul Mu'arrif Al-Aziziyyah. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents selected using the Census sampling method. The data analysis method used was interactive data analysis with the Miles & Huberman model by taking steps to reduce data, present data and draw conclusions. The results showed that the acceptance of zakat for education from Baitul Mal Aceh Utara for Dayah Students at Darul Mu'arrif Al Aziziyyah was effective because the assistance received was used appropriately, such as for the cost of educating students and the assistance provided was very beneficial for students with the results of the study of 46 respondents or 76.7 % of respondents who answered that this educational assistance was very beneficial and 14 respondents or 23.3% of respondents answered that this educational assistance was beneficial.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction
