Este artículo es producto de una investigación que tiene como finalidad establecer la relación que tienen las TIC con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del Colegio Técnico Industrial “La Alborada” de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas, Ecuador. Este estudio se enmarca dentro de las investigaciones descriptivas, correlacionales, ya que por medio del análisis, observación, comparación y descripción de las variables, se establece el escaso uso de las herramientas tecnológicas en el proceso educativo. Los datos estadísticos se obtienen de los resultados por la aplicación de instrumentos a los estudiantes y docentes de la institución. Se utilizaron los métodos deductivos, inductivos y teóricos para el desarrollo del proceso. La propuesta requiere un fortalecimiento en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, siendo importante que los docentes conozcan el uso adecuado de las mismas y las integren en sus horas de clases, porque mejorará el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes por su nueva forma de explicar las clases que serán más interactivas y divertidas. Es necesario realizar un Plan de capacitación en el uso de las herramientas e- learning que garantice una educación de calidad.   Palabras claves: TIC, rendimiento académico, proceso educativo.   ABSTRACT   This article is the result of a research that aims to establish the relationship of ICTs to academic performance of students in the Industrial Technical College “La Alborada” in Milagro, Guayas, Ecuador. This study is part of a descriptive, correlational research, since through analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables, the limited use of technological tool sin the educational process is established. The statistics are obtained from the resultsof the application of tools for students and teachers of the institution. Deductive, inductive and theoretical process development methods were used. The proposal requires as treng then ing in the use of new information and communication technologies and it is important that teachers become aware of their proper use and incorporate them in their classes, because these will improve the academic performance of students in classes that are more interactive and fun. The authors of the article draw attention to the relevance of the use of e-learning tools to improve the quality of student preparation, as well as they consider the specifics of pedagogical communication within the framework of the information and educational environment. The language of education changes: there is a transition from written forms to audiovisual ones. In addition to traditional actors of the educational process (a teacher and a student), the third actor appears. It is learning tools that operate on the basis of information and communication technologies. The use of e-learning resources in the learning process allows to provide flexible forms of students’ interaction with a teacher and educational content; to organize interactive learning, follow-up and final assessment; to facilitate the management of the educational process for a teacher. The combination of in-class and online (extramural) forms of attendance is most effective. Also, it is necessary to include a cooperative learning approach in the e-learning model. The article describes the experience of using the virtual learning environment (Moodle) in organization of the educational process in a number of subjects (“Psychology of Lying”, “Ergonomics”, etc.) for the students of humanitarian and electrical engineering majors.

This article describes how the new Spanish legislation for Primary and Secondary School deals with media education. Taking the basic skills as a starting point, legislative texts are analysed focusing on two axes: first, the view of technologies and media as simple learning tools versus the critical work carried out with them; and secondly, the attention paid to traditional media versus the domination of Information and Communication Technologies. Este artículo recoge un análisis de la presencia de la educación en comunicación en la Ley Orgánica de Educación y en sus correspondientes Decretos de Enseñanzas Mínimas. Partiendo del estudio de las competencias básicas propuestas en la ley, el artículo disecciona estos textos legislativos atendiendo a dos ejes de análisis: el uso instrumental de las tecnologías frente al trabajo crítico realizado con ellas y la atención ofrecida a los medios convencionales frente a la preponderancia de las nuevas tecnologías.

One of the priority directions of modernization of the system of teaching staff training in Ukraine is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process. This encourages research and pedagogical staff to use the learning tools that helps to present educational material in an interesting and accessible form. One of the tools is electronic learning quest-manual. The electronic educational quest-manual is called an electronic publication, which promotes the intensification of the learning process, the development of students’ creative thinking, formation of their skills to work in the information and communication environment, etc. The article describes the interface and structure of the electronic manual «Matrixes and operations on matrices», built with the use of gaming technologies, elements of educational material and hyperlinks visualization. The structural blocks of the quest-manual are subdivided into the blocks with theoretical material and assessment blocks.The quest manual is developed in accordance with the methods of teaching: consciousness and activity, visual impact, systematic method, method of consistency, scientific and method of accessibility. The content of this pedagogical software tool corresponds to the curriculum and work program for linear algebra for students of the specialty 014.04 Secondary education. Mathematics. It deals with the topic «Concepts and types of matrices», «Properties and operations on matrices». It is established that electronic quests-manuals should be used for students’ independent work and in practical classes. The introduction of this software in the learning process provides access to training for all categories of students, the ability to study at any pace, at any time, accelerate the memory of learning material, save time, etc. It is shown that the introduction of electronic manuals in the process of preparing future mathematics teachers contributes to raising the interest and students’ motivation for studying, developing their information culture and forming readiness for future pedagogical activity, individualization and intensification of the educational process. The article presents the students' feedback on the use of electronic learning tools, in particular quest-guides.

Informational support of educational process is based on increase of effectiveness and quality of all levels of educational process achieving the goals of developing training with the use of new information technologies and directing training of individual. In the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Education»: «The main task of educational system – to create the conditions of education directed to the formation of individual and professional development on the basis of national and civil values and practice achievements, to set new educational technologies, informational support of the educational process, to go out into the world international communicative network», – were written. Thereby there are some tasks in front of teachers, not only give the knowledge to the students, but also to develop a many-sided, free, creative and competitive individual. One of our main goals is the development of new innovative technologies in the development of education and science. In this regard, the introduction of more information technology, new teaching methods is becoming one of the most pressing issues. Many modern technologies used in educational process are directed to the development of an individual and effective education. One of them, the use of information and communication technologies is an effective way of knowledge quality increase.

In this paper, the authors present a scale elaborated in order to find out towards training and continuum improvement in NICT (new information and communication technologies) of education professionals, since this attitude is negative to them. This may be En este artículo se presenta una escala elaborada con el fin de conocer las actitudes sobre la formación y perfeccionamiento en las nuevas tecnologías de la información (NTIC) de los profesionales de la educación ya que muchos no han desarrollado aún una actitud favorable hacia ellas. Ésta puede ser una de las razones por las que no las utilicen en el aula, lo que conlleva una falta de aprovechamiento de los beneficios que pueden aportar tanto a su trabajo como al aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Para ello, después se teoriza sobre las actitudes y la formación y perfeccionamiento en NTIC, finalizando con la construcción de una Escala Likert.

Abstract:This paper aims at providing a contribution to the comprehensive review of the impact of information and communication, and their supporting technologies, in the current transformation of human life in the infosphere. The paper also offers an example of the power of new social approaches to the use of information and communication technologies to foster new working models in organizations by presenting the main outcomes of a research project on social branding. A discussion about some trends of the future impact of new information and communication technologies in the infosphere is also included.Resumen:Este artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una contribución a la revisión global del impacto de la información y la comunicación, y sus tecnologías de apoyo, en la actual transformación de la vida humana en la infosfera. El artículo también ofrece un ejemplo del poder de los nuevos enfoques sociales sobre el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación para fomentar nuevos modelos de trabajo en las organizaciones mediante la presentación de los principales resultados de un proyecto de investigación sobre desarrollo social de marca. Una discusión sobre algunas de las tendencias del futuro impacto de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la infosfera también se incluye.

RESUMENEl objetivo del presente trabajo es examinar, desde un enfoque epistemológico interdisciplinar, la vigencia o la actualidad que posee la visión heideggeriana de la decadencia occidental en la infoesfera, en virtud de la superación virtual del espacio-tiempo que conllevan, a mediados del Novecientos, las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (NTIC). O artigo em questão aborda a transição do paradigma tradicional para o paradigma emergente, enfocando a educação e sua relação com as novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação (TIC). Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, busca refletir acerca da importância desses meios interativos no processo educativo e sua influência numa formação transdisciplinar. Ainda, aponta a necessidade da escola se conectar com essas novas tecnologias, tão presentes na vida dos alunos, e por vezes alijada do ambiente escolar.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Paradigma; transdisciplinaridade; tecnologias da informação e comunicação.     ABSTRACT This article tackles the transition from the traditional paradigm to the emerging one, focusing on education and its relation to the information and communication technologies (ICT). By way of a bibliographical revision, it seeks to reflect upon the importance of these interactive media in the educational process and their influence on transdisciplinary education. Furthermore, it shows the need for the school to connect with such new technologies, which are so present in the pupils’ lives, but which are far from the school environment at times.   KEYWORDS: Paradigm; transdisciplinarity; information and communication technologies.     RESUMEN El artículo en cuestión se analiza la transición del paradigma tradicional al paradigma emergente, centrándose en la educación y su relación con las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Improving the effectiveness of education in the teaching of computer graphics is the organization of the educational process using new information and communication technologies, as well as quality control of the learning modules. With this in mind, the article provides a theoretical analysis of the methodology of compiling test questions from computer graphics and some related graphic disciplines. The relationship of factor theory to the graphical sciences has been identified. As a result, the three-level test task system structure based on specific formulas and their factors has been studied so far. Also, the system of assessment of students in four categories was tested using a general automated software tool for questionnaires and test control. Based on the results, mathematical statistical analysis was performed, and the range of variation of the four categories was shown.

Presentamos una experiencia de innovación e investigación contextualizada en la enseñanza universitaria que pretende describir la influencia de las Nuevas Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (NTIC) en la formación musical de los estudiantes de Magisterio. La experiencia se ha desarrollado en torno a la creación de un cuaderno de bitácora (blog), utilizando las técnicas del cuestionario y sondeos realizados al alumnado, al objeto de reflexionar sobre el papel creciente que las NTIC adquirirán en el EEES.The musical training of nursery teachers at the digital ageAbstractThis article presents an experience of innovation and research in higher education which seeks to elucidate the influence of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICTs) in the musical training of student teachers. By creating an experience of a logbook (blog) and through questionnaires and surveys to students sought to reflect on the growing role of ICTs in university education and the role they must spend to play both faculty and students.
