Informational support of educational process is based on increase of effectiveness and quality of all levels of educational process achieving the goals of developing training with the use of new information technologies and directing training of individual. In the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Education»: «The main task of educational system – to create the conditions of education directed to the formation of individual and professional development on the basis of national and civil values and practice achievements, to set new educational technologies, informational support of the educational process, to go out into the world international communicative network», – were written. Thereby there are some tasks in front of teachers, not only give the knowledge to the students, but also to develop a many-sided, free, creative and competitive individual. One of our main goals is the development of new innovative technologies in the development of education and science. In this regard, the introduction of more information technology, new teaching methods is becoming one of the most pressing issues. Many modern technologies used in educational process are directed to the development of an individual and effective education. One of them, the use of information and communication technologies is an effective way of knowledge quality increase.

The article deals with the dynamic development of information and communication technologies and their impact on the education system, as well as the importance of forming an information culture of students through the use of information technologies in biology lessons. For biological science, which is constantly updated and updated information base, the use of information technologies in the educational process is becoming more rational and acceptable. In particular, the use of a virtual laboratory, an online microscope, multimedia information systems and various animations in biology classes makes the lesson interesting and useful. Thus, with the help of systematic informatization, students can be helped to study in an open education system, toform a system of thinking and independence.This article contributes to the formation of information culture in the process of teaching and training students through information and communication technologies using new information systems in biology lessons and contributes to a more detailed understanding of the problem of Informatization of education.

The state of education in the country affects the lives of its people, their wellbeing and personal development. Today the role of education is quite different from the one in previous centuries. Preparation for life and work in a rapidly changing environment comes at the forefront.Education should focus on active, developing technologies, aimed on to development of logical thinking operations (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, specification, etc.); ability to learn, to make decisions quickly, and to adapt to the conditions of life and labor.Education should be aimed to prospect development of the society. It means that educational institutions must use the latest information technologies. Creation of functional information environment is the main task of modern society. So, the main task is the computerization of educational institutions. Accordingly the teacher’s role in this process is changing. And therefore there is the urgent need of teacher accordance with the new requirements of society. One of the ways of elaboration of this question is the active use of information and communication technologies, which provide wide opportunities for development of professional competence of teachers.The article discusses the role of information and communication technologies in the modern educational process, the state of development of teachers’ skills of using ICT in the system of continuous pedagogical education, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the success of this process.

Este artículo es producto de una investigación que tiene como finalidad establecer la relación que tienen las TIC con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del Colegio Técnico Industrial “La Alborada” de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas, Ecuador. Este estudio se enmarca dentro de las investigaciones descriptivas, correlacionales, ya que por medio del análisis, observación, comparación y descripción de las variables, se establece el escaso uso de las herramientas tecnológicas en el proceso educativo. Los datos estadísticos se obtienen de los resultados por la aplicación de instrumentos a los estudiantes y docentes de la institución. Se utilizaron los métodos deductivos, inductivos y teóricos para el desarrollo del proceso. La propuesta requiere un fortalecimiento en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, siendo importante que los docentes conozcan el uso adecuado de las mismas y las integren en sus horas de clases, porque mejorará el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes por su nueva forma de explicar las clases que serán más interactivas y divertidas. Es necesario realizar un Plan de capacitación en el uso de las herramientas e- learning que garantice una educación de calidad.   Palabras claves: TIC, rendimiento académico, proceso educativo.   ABSTRACT   This article is the result of a research that aims to establish the relationship of ICTs to academic performance of students in the Industrial Technical College “La Alborada” in Milagro, Guayas, Ecuador. This study is part of a descriptive, correlational research, since through analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables, the limited use of technological tool sin the educational process is established. The statistics are obtained from the resultsof the application of tools for students and teachers of the institution. Deductive, inductive and theoretical process development methods were used. The proposal requires as treng then ing in the use of new information and communication technologies and it is important that teachers become aware of their proper use and incorporate them in their classes, because these will improve the academic performance of students in classes that are more interactive and fun. In recent years, the Middle East’s information and communications landscape has changed dramatically. Increasingly, states, businesses, and citizens are capitalizing on the opportunities offered by new information technologies, the fast pace of digital transformations, and enhanced connectivity. These changes are far from turning Middle Eastern nations into network societies, but their impact is significant. The growing adoption of a wide variety of information technologies and new media platforms in everyday life has given rise to complex dynamics that beg for a better understanding. Digital Middle East sheds a critical light on continuing changes that are closely intertwined with the adoption of information and communication technologies in the MENA region. The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

As reflexões visam contribuir no gerenciamento de tecnologias da informação e comunicação em bibliotecas. Apresenta conceitos e características sobre gestão de processos nas organizações com a finalidade de proporcionar uma visão da importância dos processos, do gerenciamento de processos, da gestão da informação, dos serviços e dos produtos de informação em bibliotecas. Considera os serviços e produtos de informação gerenciados por meio de novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação. Busca-se enfatizar a melhoria da qualidade contínua direcionando os esforços centrados nos usuários. As conclusões apontam para respeitar as diversidades no momento de implementar técnicas e métodos da gestão por processos nas organizações e questionamentos sobre os impactos das inovações tecnológicas na Sociedade do Conhecimento. Abstract The reflections contribute in the management of communication and information technologies at libraries. Presents concepts and characteristics of the management processes in organizations, with the purpose of give a view of the importance of processes, processes management, information management, information services and products at libraries. It considers information services and products managed by the use of new information and communication technologies to emphasize quality improvement centered in the users needs. As far as the current state of the information and communication technologies usage is concerned, the information systems of the companies cover the major part of the transaction processes and the large amount of the processes at the level of the tactical decision-making.Intensive implementation of the information technologies in many areas of the human activities cause gathering of the large amount of the data. The volume of the internal and external databases grows rapidly and the problem is to take advantage of the data they contain. But the problem is not only the growing volume of the databases but also the different and database structures. To get the new information from the large and incompatible database sources is possible but very inefficient. A manager often needs the information very fast to achieve competitive advantage and to solve problems at the level of strategic decision-making. Another problem is the fact that the databases often contain information that is hidden there and there is no way known how to get this information out of the database. In this case, the user needs at least suitable tools in order to perform experiments and to explore and identify patterns and relationships in the data.The transformation process of the data to information and to knowledge that is used in the process of decision-making is called Business Intelligence. Modern database tools offer wide support for building the data warehouse, OLAP analysis and data mining.Our contribution focuses on the application of one of the data mining techniques such as neural networks and artificial intelligence. The application of those methods will be based on the assessment of the food quality and composing of the corresponding trend indicator.

The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

This article focuses on the formation of future pre-school teachers’ readiness to use the information and communication technologies (ICT) in the conditions of inclusive education and their training at universities. Authors justify the necessary of formation students’ capability in modern ICT area. In the article, using of the ICT in the conditions of inclusive education for the eldest pre-school children is identified based on the theoretical analysis of scientific literature. The article shows survey results about identifying the main reasons of the obstacles of implemention ICTs in the educational process of pre-school organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The structural and content model “Formation students’ professional competence of ICT using in inclusive environment” was presented.
