The types of remote employment (distance work and freelance) have been considered. Directions of use of modern information technologies at the organization of remote employment have been indicated and their developed characteristic has been given. The activity of freelancers has been described in detail. The mechanisms of functioning of international online labor exchanges and Russian platforms have been revealed. The results of a study on the practice of remote work in modern domestic organizations have been adduced. According to the results of the study, conclusions have been made about the areas of remote employment, its advantages and disadvantages for the organization and employees; about the software and hardware used by employers; about the problems of regulatory regulation of remote employment; about the competencies of remote workers and freelancers.

Active introduction of modern information technologies in all spheres of human life has led to the rising popularity of business and personal communication with the help of Internet resources. In this situation, a competitive advantage in the labor market get organizations that use the power of social networks to find and attract candidates with particular qualifications and experience. The article analyzes the use of social networks in the practice of personnel management, including search, selection, recruitment, development, motivation, etc. The authors explore the peculiarities of contemporary social networks (account creation, community groups and professional). The study reveals the features of the organization and conduct of recruitment and search for candidates using the data resources of the Internet. The text contains the classification and description of modern social networks. The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of the use of modern social networks for staff. The author analyzes the major mistakes of HR professionals in recruitment through social networks. The authors examine the degree of relevance and popularity among competitors in social networks as one of the ways to search for jobs.

In an increasingly globalized society managing remote work allows entrepreneurs to compete favorably and increase profit. Moreover, with the rapid development of information and electronic media, decentralized work has become much more comfortable, faster, and more efficient in response to the globalization of work processes. Dynamic environments have introduced virtual work teams that collaborate through communication technologies across geographical, temporal, cultural, and organizational boundaries to achieve a common goal in the results of their organizations. Remote working grows in popularity, but with it also increases the need of the organization to demand high performance from their members through their projects and activities. All over the world, statistics showed in 2019 a steep increase in the number of virtual workers. Both managers and companies face a high number of challenges to keep their employees satisfied and their “numbers” up. This article focuses on the emergence of Virtual Teams in Romania, primarily through the real necessity of remote workers. We highly discuss the advantages and disadvantages of working from home for Romanian Entrepreneurs, especially in the current pandemic state of the entire world.

Процесс восстановления (реабилитации) после врожденной или приобретенной патологии центральной нервной системы или двигательных функций часто достаточно длителен и сложен. Привлечение к решению проблем медицинской реабилитации современных информационных технологий является эффективным способом, особенно в случае создания комплекса, в котором пациент будет активно вовлечен в процесс реабилитации посредством компьютерных систем. Целью исследования является разработка программно-аппаратного комплекса, который позволит превратить любой сустав тела в компьютерную мышь, тем самым управлять компьютером и решать задачи реабилитации. Разрабатываемый программно-аппаратный комплекс предназначен для повышения эффективности реабилитации больных неврологического профиля, а также людям с ограниченными возможностями здоровья I и II группы. В статье представлены результаты этапа реализации аппаратной части комплекса «Limbtracker», разрабатываемого на основе идеи профессора, д.м.н. С.В. Прокопенко. На начальном этапе разработки комплекса было сформировано техническое задание. Корпус устройства и внутреннее расположение компонентов было смоделировано в 3D – редакторе. Разрешена проблема оптимального выбора аппаратных и программных средств, обеспечивающих реализацию проекта с минимальными затратами времени и средств. Реализована схема устройства «Limbtracker». Реализован финальный прототип устройства. Образец состоит из пластикового корпуса, микроконтроллера STM32F103, датчика ориентации в пространстве MPU-9250, содержит литий-ионный аккумулятор. Компьютер принимает команды и отслеживает движения по модулю беспроводной связи NRF24L01. Таким образом, разработанная аппаратная часть комплекса позволяет считывать показания с устройства, вычислять ориентацию в пространстве и как итог управлять персональным компьютером без манипулятора мышь, изменять чувствительность датчиков, тем самым корректировать процесс реабилитации пациентов. При создании комплекса применены современные информационные технологии конструирования и организации данных, которые ранее не использовались для задач медицинской дистанционной реабилитации. Используемая компонентная база устройства и применяемые программные технологии позволяют сформировать значительно более низкую стоимость в сравнении с аналогами, возможность использования в домашних условиях без помощи специалистов. The process of recovery (rehabilitation) after a congenital or acquired pathology of the central nervous system or motor functions is often quite long and complex. The involvement of modern information technologies in solving the problems of medical rehabilitation is an effective way, especially in the case of creating a complex in which the patient will be actively involved in the rehabilitation process through computer systems. The aim of the study is to develop a software and hardware complex that will allow you to turn any joint of the body into a computer mouse, thereby controlling the computer and solving rehabilitation problems. The developed software and hardware complex is designed to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients with neurological profile, as well as people with disabilities of group I and II. The article presents the results of the implementation stage of the hardware part of the "Limbtracker" complex, developed on the basis of the idea of Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences S. V. Prokopenko. At the initial stage of the development of the complex, a technical task was formed. The device body and the internal arrangement of the components were modeled in a 3D editor. The problem of optimal choice of hardware and software tools that ensure the implementation of the project with minimal time and money is solved. The "Limbtracker" device scheme is implemented. The final prototype of the device has been implemented. The sample consists of a plastic case, an STM32F103 microcontroller, an MPU-9250 spatial orientation sensor, and a lithium-ion battery. The computer receives commands and tracks movements via the NRF24L01 wireless communication module. Thus, the developed hardware part of the complex allows you to read readings from the device, calculate the orientation in space and, as a result, control a personal computer without a mouse manipulator, change the sensitivity of sensors, thereby correcting the process of rehabilitation of patients. When creating the complex, modern information technologies were used to design and organize data that were not previously used for the tasks of medical remote rehabilitation. The used component base of the device and the applied software technologies allow you to create a significantly lower cost in comparison with analogues, the possibility of using it at home without the help of specialists.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.

A significant leap in the development of information technology over the past twenty years has made the global legal community respond to new challenges that have come along with the progress in the digital environment. Together with the convenience of using electronic resources, society has developed a need for a simple and understandable legislative regulation of legal relations arising from the use of computer information technologies and various products of electronic digital activity in order to protect their interests potentially. The concept and types of electronic evidence in civil proceedings in different countries have different meanings. Meanwhile, the regulations of their procedural admissibility and applicability differ. The common thing is the tendency towards an increase in the use of electronic information carriers in court proceedings, increasing importance for establishing specific facts, and the decisive evidentiary role in making decisions by the court. India became one of the first countries to realize the growing level of implementation of Internet technologies, electronic digital storage media, and computer dominance in society and the state's daily life [1] (Artemyeva, Y.A. et al.). The consequence of this understanding was the timely development and implementation of the substantive and procedural bases in evidence law for practical, understandable, and convenient use of electronic evidence in civil proceedings. The article examines the types and procedural status of electronic evidence and analyzes the current legislation and law enforcement practice in the admissibility and application of electronic evidence in civil proceedings in India. The study identifies the existing system of electronic evidence in the legal field of India, the determination of the advantages and disadvantages in the gathering, presentation, research, and evaluation of electronic evidence by the court in civil proceedings, as well as the identification of the procedural order for their provision. The researchers have identified the following tasks to achieve the goals: • to define and research the legislation of India governing the concept, types and procedural order of applicability and admissibility of electronic evidence in civil proceedings in India; • to develop a particular procedural order for the effective use of the institution of electronic evidence in civil litigation in India; • to identify the current trends in the gathering, presentation, research, and evaluation of electronic evidence in India's courts, based on the established judicial practice study. The research methodology is based on general theoretical and scientific methods of cognition, including abstraction and specification, analysis and synthesis, modeling and comparison, and systemic, logical, and functional analyzes. The scientific novelty of the research consists of a comprehensive study of the instruments of legal regulation of the institution of electronic evidence in India's legal field, including regulatory legal acts and judicial precedents, and a consideration of the possibility of applying Indian approaches in the jurisdictions of other countries. The analysis of legislation and jurisprudence regarding electronic evidence in India's civil proceedings was carried out using the synergistic principle of object study, statistical-sequential analysis, and empirical research method. This study's results can be used in lawmaking to develop and improve regulations regarding the procedural status and use of electronic evidence in civil litigation in any country. The reference, citation, and use of this article's conclusions and materials are permissible when conducting lectures and seminars on civil procedure and private international law, research activities, law enforcement practice, and teaching.
