The research aims to empirically examine the effect of profitability mediation on Third Party Funds and Commercial Bank Credit on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The data analysis method is purposive sampling using Smartpls 3.0 statistical tools. The results of the study are that profitability can mediate the influence of third party funds on bank lending is significantly positive. Growth in third party funds was also followed by credit growth. The benefits of research are that bank management can be a benchmark in improving commercial bank credit performance by maximizing third party funds growth and profitability.Keywords : Third Party Funds, ROA, Credit, IDX

AbstractsThe study found empirical proof the role of third party funds (DPK) mediate the influence of net interest margin (NIM) on bank credit growth listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2018. The study uses data from the bank�s annual financial statements. The Study covers 22 commercial banks resulting in 88 bank-year observations. Research using Smartpls 3.0 statistical tools to process data and path analysis to compute data. The results obtained are third party funds (DPK) that can positively mediate the influence of net interest margin (NIM) on credit growth. The greater DPK create the profitability of bank interest rates increases bank credit growth. Partially Net interest margin (NIM) and third party funds (DPK) can increase bank credit growth. Net interest margin (NIM) also can increase the amount of third party funds (DPK). This study is useful for bank management to make decisions on determining bank margins, obtaining third party funds (DPK) and credit, for the government for study and mapping materials related to bank lending and the amount of bank interest rates, for further research is for reference material related to factors affecting lending.Keywords : Net Interest Margin, Third Party Fund, Credit, IDX

 This research have purpose to examine empirically the effect on Net Profit Margin and Liquidity (Current Ratio) to Stock Price on Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Company Listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange Period 2012-2016. The problems that occur in Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companyis the decrease of Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Net Profit Margin. Then the companyhas descreased Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Liquidity (Current Ratio). The research uses descriptive verification analysis method with population 10 companies from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companies. Sample selected by using purposive sampling, so thesample obtained to 8 companies with 40 financial reports from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical CompanyListed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Technical of data analysis is multiple linearregression with SPSS 16.0 version as the application.  The result of the analysis showed that Net Profit Margin has positive and significant effect to Stock Price, and Liquidity which measured by Current Ratio has Positive dan significant effect toStock Price.

Problems related to banking in Indonesia today is the problem of liquidity. It is shownfrom a commercial bank credit grew 23.03% but not matched by growth in depositswhich only reached 16.56% in 2012 (Report of Banking Supervision, 2012). Therefore,this study aims to determine the liquidity creation in Indonesia as well as to analyze theinfluence of bank capital, credit risk and income instability towards liquidity creation.The samples includes 10 major banks in Indonesia with total assets of more thanRp120billion in 2013. The reason for choosing this sample because of the 10 largestbanks reflects the state of the banks in Indonesia which accounted for 65.2% of totalassets, 65.6% of total loans, and 66% of total deposits or deposits in the banking industry(PEFINDO, 2014). The results of this research note that the bank's capital and earningsvolatility is significant negative effect on liquidity creation. While the credit risk of anegative but insignificant effect on liquidity creation. In the determination coefficient testshowed that 43.6% dependent variable is the liquidity creation can be explained by theindependent variable is the capital of banks, credit risk and earnings volatility. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

Banking in carrying out its operational activities is always required to achieve high profitability. This study aims to examine the effect of Bank Size, Capital Structure, Interest Rates and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the Profitability of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 Period. The approach that processes the research data is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 43 companies with 25 samples of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study are that Bank Size has an effect on Profitability, Capital Structure has an effect on Profitability, Interest Rates have no effect on Profitability, and Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on Profitability in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019. Simultaneously, Bank Size, Capital Structure, Interest Rate and Loan to Deposit Ratio affect the Profitability of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 Period. ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

This study aims to determine the Effect of Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA). This research was conducted at SOE Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2019. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with a total sampling method. The results showed that: Third Party Funds had a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneous Third Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

<p class="Style1"><strong><em>The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that impact the public companies' </em></strong><strong><em>enviromental disclosure and also to analyze the impact of corporate (company's size, age, </em></strong><strong><em>ROA and earnings management) on coprporate disclosure (mandatory and voluntary). Data </em></strong><strong><em>are obtained from 60 companies, which are listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange, and </em></strong><strong><em>selected based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method is used the </em></strong><strong><em>path analysis. The result of this research show that on the significant rate of 5%, the </em></strong><strong><em>company's size, ROA, earnings management and </em></strong><em>corporate </em><strong><em>disclosure have a significant </em></strong><strong><em>effect </em></strong>to <strong><em>environmental disclosure. While for the company's age and financial leverage </em></strong><strong><em>have no significant effect to the environmental disclosure.</em></strong></p><p class="Style1"><strong><em>Keywords: Enviromental disclosure, company's size, company's age, ROA and coprporate disclosure.</em></strong></p>

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of financial stability, external pressure, and ineffective monitoring on fraudulent financial reporting. Financial stability was measured using a comparison of total assets. External pressure was measured using leverage. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring was measured using the ratio of independent commissioners’ number. The dependent variable in this study was fraudulent financial reporting. It was measured using the F-Score Model. The sample in this study were 21 State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2017-2019. The data analysis method used in this study was Logistic Regression using SPSS software version 20. The results of this study indicate that financial stability has no influence on fraudulent financial reporting. The presence of the capital market in Indonesia is marked by the number of investors who purchase shares of entities that are registered in the capital market. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, dividend payout ratio and inflation on share prices in consumer goods entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study is 41 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014- 2018, the sample of this study is 17 companies x 5 years = 85 samples. The data analysis method of this research is to use multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study are Profitability has a significant and significant effect on stock prices, while Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have no effect on Stock Prices, and simultaneously Profitability, Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have a significant and significant effect on Share Prices in Consumer Goods Entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2014-2018.
