Employees Satisfaction Analysis is done through various factors. Morality and its influence on efficiency is also a part of job satisfaction. Morality is a factor which impacts on all the aspects of work life. Transport corporation is a service organization with shift based employees, their morality and job satisfaction is done through the present research. The study aims to examine morality and job satisfaction of Tamilnadu state transport corporation employees. The researcher has drawn 50 employees working in Ambasamudramtaluk for the study. Data was collected with the help of a structured questionnaire and data was analyzed using statistical tools like percentage analysis, Mean score analysis and chi-square analysis.

Nigeria is facing profound social, economic and environmental impact of population growth, development and environmental constraints. It is apparent that government alone has limited capacity to deal with all these problems. NGOs being one of the most effective partners have been playing supportive roles with the government, in some cases, they are considered more effective to get attached with the grass root level developmental initiatives. However, despite the role NGOs played, their presence and impact is not fully evaluated, recognized and appreciated by many governments and community members. It is for this reason this article attempts to examine whether projects executed by NGOs have any impact on sustainable development in Katsina Metropolis, given special emphasis on projects that dealt with environmental protection, poverty alleviation and health care services. The study further look at whether efficiency of NGOs officials has any impact on success of sustainable development projects execution.  A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 150 NGOs beneficiaries in five (5) selected political wards of twelve (12) in Katsina metropolis. Interviews was used to collect relevant data using a structured questionnaire from NGOs officials which include; development officers and facilitators in five (5) selected NGO offices operating in Katsina Metropolis namely; Save the Children, Service to Humanity Foundation, Murna Foundation, Katsina Friends of Environment and Makudawa Skills Acquisition. Frequency and chi-square analysis was used to present the results. The findings revealed that NGOs are complementing government efforts towards achieving sustainable development through their projects, and efficiency of NGOs officials has significant impact on success of sustainable development projects executed in the area. The findings of the study can benefit government and NGOs in creating more areas of collaboration in order to achieve sustainable development.

A Mutual Fund is an investment vehicle that pools funds from various investors and invests the funds in stocks, bonds, short-term money-market instruments, other securities or assets or some combination of these investments. The primary goal behind investment in mutual fund is to earn goods return with comparatively low risk. The main objective of this research is to identify investors’ preference towards mutual fund in Kathmandu metropolitan city. By using in structured questionnaire, Description statistical tools like chi-square test have been used for analyzing the data. The findings from this research are that the most of the investors are doubtful to invest the new age investment like mutual funds.

Stress occurs when the demands placed on employees in an organization outweigh their technical, physical, educational and professional capabilities to meet such demands. If this goes unchecked, it can affect the health and job performance of employees and the overall objective of organziation may become unattainable.This study was conducted to assess the effects of labour shortage on stress level of employees in OYSADEP, Oyo State. Out of the four zones in Oyo State, two zones namelyOgbomosho and Ibadan/Ibarapa zones were randomly selected. The total population of employees in two zones was 74 which constituted the sample for the study. Data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and means while inferential statistics such as Chi-square and Pearson Product Moment Correlation were used to analyze the data. The result indicated that more than half (51.4%) of the employees were male, 85.1% were married with a mean age of 41 years. Most of the employees (91.9%) had tertiary education with 5 years and above years of experience. The results indicated the problem associated with labour shortage. Rewards of employees were low as compared to the risk of the job they were doing ( =3.35), the limited number of employees were being stressed due to labour shortage ( =3.01), and inadequate strength of staff was affecting the success of the organization ( =2.85). The result also reveals the stress level of employees. Stress effect on staff was affecting their work ( =2.80) and the nature of their job was such that they desired to quit if they had alternative ( =2.70). Chi-square analysis revealed that only working experience (χ2=11.740, df=4, P less than 0.05) had a significant relationship with employees stress level. There was also a significant correlation between employees perception of labour shortage and their stress level. The study concluded that due to the problem of labour shortage in OYSADEP the stress associated with the job was high as compared to the pay. It is therefore recommended that management of OYSADEP should employ more staff to reduce the stress on the existing employees of the organization.

The study describes the assessment of mobile phone based agricultural voice messages disseminated to farmers of Cauvery delta zone in Tamil Nadu, India, during September, 2012 to June, 2013. The present study was conducted in July, 2013 for about 20 days period through telephonic interview using a well structured questionnaire with randomly selected 200 farmers across five districts (Thanjavur, Nagapattinam, Thiruchirapalli, Thiruvarur and Cuddalore of Cauvery delta zone in Tamil Nadu, India). The survey results showed that majority of the farmers have adopted the agricultural information disseminated through their mobile phone. In addition, Chi square analysis showed that the farmers with irrespective of socio economic characteristics such as gender, age, education, land holding and farming experience have adopted the agricultural information. More than half of the farmers had expressed that either all or most of the agricultural information were useful. Majority of them had expressed the information received on their mobile phone were trust worthy. With reference to satisfaction level of farmers, almost all the farmers were very satisfied with audio quality, simplicity of language and contents of voice messages. Majority of the farmers’ have indicated that the mobile voice messages were of better as compared to other sources of information that they were accessing.

Employees are considered as real assets for any organization in the modern economy because modern organizations believe that due to globalization employee retention is a major problem hence employees are treated as real assets for the organizations. Once employees are satisfied with the organization then employee retention takes place. Employee satisfaction is linked with employee job satisfaction. So this study concentrates on factors determining employee job satisfaction at Balaji Agencies and Industries. The main objective of the study is to determine the factors influencing job satisfaction of employees at Balaji Agencies and Industries. The other objectives were to calculate the Job Satisfaction Index (JSI) and to find the relationship between the personal factors and job satisfaction of employees. Data were collected from 53 employees at Balaji Agencies and Industries at Nellore. Data were analyzed using chi square analysis. The findings of the study reveal that there is no relationship between age, gender, educational qualification of employee and experience to the job satisfaction. It may be in relation with some other factors which are included in the study considered for scope of future research.

The study investigated the media use preference among coconut farmers in the western zone of Lagos state, Nigeria. A total number of 120 coconut farmers were selected for the study. Data were collected with the use of interview schedule and analyzed with frequency count, percentage, mean and Chi-square statistics. The usage mean rank showed that mobile phone (mean=4.49), radio (mean=4.47) and television (mean=4.09) were ranked first, second and third respectively. The highest ranked preferred media were radio (mean=4.63), agricultural extension officers (mean=4.43) and fellow farmers (mean=4.36). Chi-square analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the coconut farmers’ media preference and their socio-economic characteristics. The study conclude that mobile phone, radio and television are the most frequently used media by coconut farmers in the study area. The study further averred that coconut farmers preferred radio, agricultural extension officers, television, family and friends as a medium of communication. The government and non-governmental organizations should intensify the dissemination of information to the coconut farmers using media such as radio, agricultural extension officers, television since that is the most preferred media. This study examines the consumer’s perception of white meat among household in Ibadan north local government area of Oyo state, Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling was used through questionnaire to gather information from 110 respondents used as a sample size for the study. Data were analyzed through the use of descriptive statistics tools such as frequency and percentage, while inferential statistics such as chi-square and PPMC were used for the hypotheses. The result of the study revealed that majority (63.6%) of the respondents were married, also in their active age (93.2%) and engaged in trading and civil service work as their primary occupation. Also, majority (55.5%) had up to secondary education and tertiary school level with household size 1-5.The result further revealed that 52.4% of the respondents had unfavourable perception of white meat consumption while 47.6% had favourable perception. Also, better cholesterol content (53.6%) and reduced health risk (51.8%) were some of the perceived benefits of white meat considered by respondents. Constraints such as high cost of white meat (99%) and low income (88%) were considered as major constraints to white meat consumption. Chi-square analysis revealed that marital status(X2=18.693, P=0.028), education(X2=17.753, P=0.038) and primary occupation(X2=18.266, P=0.032) of respondents were found to have significant relationship with their perception of white meat consumption at 0.05 level. Also, PPMC analysis showed that there was relationship between perceived benefits and perception for white meat at 0.05 level of significant. The study, therefore, recommends that the enlightenment programmes on nutritional benefit of white meat consumption should be promoted for consumers to have right perception.

In this study, the Central district of Ankara (Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Mamak, Polatlı, Sincan and Yenimahalle districts) carbonated drink consumption situation of consumers were examined. The data obtained from questionnaires conducted with 272 families were used in this study. Data were collected in April-May 2012.Between carbonated drink consumption and some demographic characteristics of consumers were tested by chi-square analysis of whether a statistical association. According to the survey; It was determined that 71.69% of the families consume carbonated drink. The vast majority of consumers (94.87%), carbonated drinks they consume more during the summer and is harmful to health (81.03%) had continued to consume despite expressing. In addition, consumption of carbonated drinks with gender, age was found to be a statistically significant relationship between marital status and spouse's employment status.

This paper analyzes the customer‘s expectations and their satisfaction levels with regard to services offered by five star hotels in Hyderabad city. A structured questionnaire has been used to obtain feedback from the 150 customers of from five star hotels based on convenience sample method. Statistical tools such as Chi-square and Pearson‘s correlation were employed to validate the results. Findings of the study are (i) there is a relationship between expectations of the customers and the services provided by the star hotels (ii) there is a relationship between customers satisfaction with regard to price charged by the star hotels for the quality of services offered. It is also proved that there is a positive correlation among the above presented parameters. It is suggested that the application of customer relationship management (CRM) is the need of the hour to fulfill the expectations of customerservices.
