This study aims to determine the shifting economic structure and find out the leading sektors in Soppeng Regency in 2013-2017. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data processed is the data of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Soppeng Regency and South Sulawesi Province on the basis of constant prices in 2010 in 2013-2017 in all sectors. The data analysis technique used to determine the shift in economic structure and leading sektors in Soppeng District is Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis, Shift Share (SS) Analysis and Klassen Typology analysis. The results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors; electricity and gas procurement sectors; construction; trade and repair of cars and motorbikes; providing accommodation and drinking meals; real estate; government administration, defense and social security; education services; and health services and social activities are the leading sectors in Soppeng Regency. The result of Shift Share analysis shows that the sector experiencing a shift is the processing industri sector; trade and repair of cars and motorbikes; providing accommodation and drinking meals; information and communication; financial services; health services and social activities; and other services with PB 0. While the Klassen Typology analysis shows that the advanced and fast-growing sektors are agriculture, forestry and fisheries; and real estate.

Economic development in Batu City cannot be separated from economic growth, while economic development encourages economic growth and vice versa economic growth accelerates the process of regional development. This study aims to determine the leading economic sectors in Batu City in 2012-2018. The results of the study are based on a combined analysis of Static Location Quotient (SLQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) obtained as sectors that are classified as leading economies, namely agriculture, mining, and fisheries, air procurement, construction, wholesale trade and trade, supply accomodation, real estate and other services. Mainstay economic sectors are the manufacturing sector, electricity and gas procurement, as well as transportation and warehousing. Prospective economic sectors are the information and communication sector, financial services and insurance, government administration, education services, as well as health services and social activities. And the lagging economic sector is the mining sector, and corporate services. Using Shift-Share (SS) analysis, the contributing sector is growing fast and is being developed for the manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail, transportation and warehousing sectors, transportation, information and communication, financial services, real estate, corporate services, education services and health services. While the results of the analysis using the Klassen Typology sectors that are classified as fast-moving and fast-growing are the construction sector, wholesale trade and trade, the supply of goods and beverages, communication and information, and other services.

This paper aims to analyze the leading sectors of the economy in Kepulauan Anambas Regency. The data analysis method used is the Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share, and Klassen Typology, with the analysis area of Kepulauan Anambas Regency and the reference area of Kepulauan Riau Province. Based on LQ analysis, it is known that the leading sector of Kepulauan Anambas Regency is Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sector, as well as Mining and Quarrying sector. Based on Shift-Share analysis, it is known that the Construction sector and Health Services and Social Activities sector are sectors with rapid growth, while the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sectors are stunted but growing sectors. Based on the Klassen Typology analysis, it is found that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector is the leading sector and has rapid growth. While the Mining and Quarrying sector is the leading sector but the growth is stunted. The Construction sector, Real Estate sector, and Health Services and Social Activities sector which are potential sectors and can still be developed.

This study aims to find out the basic economic sector, strategic economic sectors and the potential to be developed as supporting regional revenues in Wajo District. The study was descriptive quantitative research which employed gross regional domestic product data and rate of economic growth in 2012-2016. The method analysis used Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. The results of the study reveal that the base sectors are agriculture, forestry and fishery, mining and excavation, procurement of electricity and gas, large and retail trade, and car and motorcycle repair; whereas, other sectors are included as non-base. The results of shift share method reveal that the competitive sectors are agriculture, forestry and fishery, government administration, mandatory defense and social security, educational services, transportation and warehousing, real estate, financial services, information and communication, health services and social activities, other services, provision of accommodation and food and beverage, company services, and procurement of electricity and gas. The result of Klassen typology indicates that there are two superior sectors, those are agriculture, forestry and fishery, and procurement of electricity and gas which are in quadrant I position

This study aims to identify and determine the leading sectors in Malang City to illustrate leading economic activities that can be developed to boost economic potential in Malang City. The analysis tools used include Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ), and Growth Ratio Model (GRM) analysis. The results show that: (1) shift-share analysis showed that the economy of Malang City during the period 2010-2016 increased by Rp. 12,926,565.5 million. The increase in economic performance in Malang City can be seen from 16 (sixteen) sectors of economic activity that are positive; (2) Location Quotient (LQ) analysis showed the leading sectors in Malang City consisting of 7 (seven) sectors, i.e. water procurement, garbage, waste and recycling management, construction, retail and wholesale trade, car and motorcycle repair, financial and insurance services, education services, health services, and social activities and other services sector; (3) Growth Ratio Model (GRM) estimation showed that the dominant sectors of growth and large contributions consist of the retail and wholesale trade car and motorcycle repair, transportation and warehousing, accommodation and food provision, information and communication, financial and insurance services, real estate, education services and health services and social activities sectors; (4) weighting results based on Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, and Growth Ratio Model (GRM) showed that five sectors based on the highest potential weighting results are the health services and social activities, education services, construction, retail and wholesale trade car and motorcycle repair, and financial and insurance services sector. Keywords: Economic Potential, Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ), Growth Ratio Model (GRM)JEL Classification: R58;R11;O41

The main objective of this research is to identify what education is in line with the advantages of regional potential, namely through specific typologies, approaches to the pattern of economic growth relations and the human development index and location quotient. This type of research method is development research, namely research aimed at developing research findings or previous theories, both for the purposes of pure science and applied sciences and so on. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data in the form of annual reports on Aceh economic statistics in 2012-2016 in the form of GRDP data, economic growth, per capita income, human development index obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the study show that the identification of education is appropriate to the potential in disadvantaged areas, namely Aceh Singkil District such as electricity and gas procurement, financial and information services, government administration, land and compulsory social security, as well as health services and social activities; South Aceh Regency such as construction, information and communication, as well as government administration, land and compulsory social security; North Aceh Regency such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries; mining and excavation; and processing industry; Southwest Aceh District such as construction; health services and social activities; and other services; Aceh Tamiang Regency such as fisheries, forestry and fisheries; mining and excavation; and other services; Nagan Raya Regency such as agriculture, forestry and fisheries; and mining and quarrying; and Aceh Jaya Regency such as construction, transportation and warehousing, as well as government administration, defense and compulsory social security.   Keywords: standard typology, economic growth, human development index, and location quotient

The purpose of this research is to find out the besic sector that has fast growth in region Kabupaten Agam. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the method is location quotient analysi, shift share analysi. This research is using sekunder data from PDRB Kabupaten Agam and PDRB Sumatera Barat Province with the permanen price in year 2010 from 2012-2016. Based on the location quotient analysis. The risult showed that there were four sector basic. Sector agrikultural, forestry, fishery, industrial processing, large trade, retail, car and bike repaired, education service. Based on the Shift Share analysis, sectors that have a fast growth rate are forestry and fisheries agriculture, mining and quarrying, construction, large trade, retail, car and bike repaired, transportation and warehousing, information and communication, government administration, mandatory defense and social security , education services, health services and social activities. Keyword: Base Sector, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share analysis

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity, leverage and company size affecting financial distress in Property and Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine and analyze the economic structure and leading sectors in Rejang Lebong Regency. The data used is secondary data on Gross Regional Domestic Product from 2015 to 2019 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis used is economy structure, Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Shift-share, and Overlay. The results show that the highest GRDP contributor is the Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry sectors while the lowest is the Electricity and Gas Procurement sector  with contribution of 32% and 0.15% respectively. The results of the leading economic sectors in the Rejang Lebong Regency are the sectors of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Providing Accommodation and Food and Drink; Defense and Compulsory Social Security; Education Services; Health Services and Other Services.

The purpose of understanding the development of economic sector in 2012-2016 in order to develop and manage the potential of the region in Sukoharjo. The method used to analyze the leading sectors in this research is location quotient and shiftshare analysis of Esteban Marquillas. The result of the research shows that there are eleven sectors which are the basic sector ie. Manufacturing sector, Electricity and Gas sector, Large and Retail Trade sector, Automobile and Motorcycle Reparation, Transportation and Storage sector, Accommodation and Food Service Activities sector, Information and Communication sector, Financial and Insurance Activities sector, Real Estate Activities sector, Business Activities sector, Human Health and Social Work Activities. Economic sectors are having a competitive advantage as well as specialization namely in the sectors of the Manufacturing; Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles; Transportation and Storage; Information and Communication; Real Estate Activities; and Human Health and Social Work Activities. Sectors are having the highest three positive values are the sectors of Manufacturing; Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles; and Information and Communication. The economic sectors of Jambi City meet 4 criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of the classical Tipologi by using the variable PDRB Jambi city as an analysis area and PDRB of Jambi Province as a reference area resulted in 11 potential economic sectors, 4 backward economic sectors, 1 superior economic sector and potential, 1 sector backward and developing. Potential economic sectors include: industrial processing, procurement of electricity and gas, water procurement, waste management, waste, construction, transportation and warehousing, provision of accommodation and eating, information and communication, real estate, corporate services, government administration, defence and compulsory social security, health services and social activities. The backward economic sectors are: agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, financial services sector and insurance, education services sector, other services. The superior and potential economic sectors are the large and retail sectors; Car repairs. The backward and growing economic sectors are the mining and excavation sectors. Based on the Location Quation sector analysis of the economic sector in Jambi city is: processing industries, electricity and gas procurement, water procurement, waste management, waste, large and retail trade; car repair, construction, transportation and warehousing, provision of accommodation and eating, information and communication, company services, government administration, defence and compulsory social security, health services and social activities. Non-agricultural bases, forestry, and fisheries, mining and excavation, financial services and insurance, education services, other services. Based on the analysis of Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) The economic sector which has high economic efficiency is mining and excavation, processing industry, construction, large and retail trade; car repair, financial services and insurance, other services. While low economic efficiency is a sector of agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
