The employed analysis mode is PLS (Partial Least Square). The study was carried out at the regional work units in Bulungan. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicates that competence and motivation variable positively influence the performance of regional financial managers. Performance financial incentive has yet to be proven to strengthen competence effect on the performance of regional financial managers, but it has proven to strengthen the influence of motivation on the performance of the regional financial managers. This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.

This research is carried out to examine the influences of blue ocean leadership styles on emotional intelligence. A stratified random sampling technique is used to identify the sample for this study. Questionnaire is distributed to 120 middle to top level leaders from the selected government link companies (GLCs) which is listed in the Government Link Transformation Programme (GLTP). A partial least square structural model (PLS-SEM) approach is used to analyses the data for this study. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between blue ocean leadership style and emotional intelligence. This study would give practical implications where it could inform leaders that they need to have high emotional intelligence in order to lead the organization. This study also contributes to new knowledge by pointing to the leadership role of accurate attributions, where each attribution can lead to enhancing leader effectiveness.

This study aims to contribute to the understanding of increasing interest in repurchasing the University of Semarang Higher Education services. The variables tested to increase the Repurchase Interest directly are Switching Cost and Perceived Quality. The indirect variable to increase repurchase interest is student satisfaction through Perceived Quality and Service Recovery. The population is all students using USM Higher Education services as many as 25,302 active students, while a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Medelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) program applications, namely smartPLS.3.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Hypothesis 1 is rejected, while the other hypotheses are supported. Switching Cost has no significant effect on Repurchase Interest. Perceived Quality and Service Recovery is not directly influential on Repurchase Interest, mediated by Student Satisfaction. Student Satisfaction and Service Recovery have a direct effect on Repurchase Interest.

Method: The study used exploratory survey, and quasy experiment. The samples were some of nursing students of STIKes Muhammadiyah Samarinda who were on internship programme that selected using simple random sampling technique, in total of 54 students. This research’s variables were the knowledge management SECI based-patient safety and nursing student’s competency. The data were collected by using questionnaires and observation. The data were analyze by using Partial Least Square (PLS). Result: The result showed that there were significant influence the implementation of a model patient safety based knowledge management seci on increased competence nursing students. Discussion: Improved student competency in patient safety using SECI knowledge management was carried out in four phases, that is Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization. The result was a new knowledge related to patient safety that able to improve the student’s competency..Keywords: Patient safety, Knowledge management, SECI, competency

Keeping in view the importance of services industries especially the hospitality sector, the study analyzed behavioral outcomes of role stress in front line employees of three, four and five star hotels in Lahore for the first time in the Pakistani context. Stratified random sampling technique was used to collect data from 262 front line employee of six job positions. By using smart PLS 3.0 software that utilizes Partial Least Square Structure Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) technique, the study found role stress negatively affecting job satisfaction and positively affecting both burnout and turnover intention of employees. All relationships were significant at 99% confidence level. The result showed eroding effect of stress on job satisfaction and accumulating tendency towards burnout and turnover intention. The results of this study, not only confirmed to previous results, both in direction and strength of the relationship. Rather, provided new insight to understand the phenomenon in the hospitality sector of Pakistan.

The shortage of professional nurses in a hospital is to threaten service quality and patient safety. Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention. Moreover, compensation and career development also had indirect and significant Turnover Intention effects through job satisfaction as the intervening variable.

This paper aims to examine the effect of corporate value on investor reactions with enterprise risk management (ERM) and intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) as a mediation variable on Indonesian companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2016. The sample of this study consists of 25 companies with purposive sampling technique. Five ways numerical coding system and Partial Least Square (PLS) are used as a tool to perform data analysis. The results show that firm value has a significant influence on investor reaction. Unlike the ERM capable of mediating the relationship between corporate value and investor reactions, ICD is unable to mediate.
