With the implementation of the strategy for Chinese international promotion, the diversified social development needs are constantly adjusting the direction of Chinese education promotion, onefold course setting can no longer meet the increasingly abundant practical needs of Chinese. In order to make Chinese education and teaching in Cambodia better, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the setting of Chinese courses in colleges and universities from the perspectives of social-based value orientation, and reform the relevant Chinese curriculum by developing special-purpose Chinese courses, filling in the gaps in cultural courses, and adding courses to cultivate students' innovative thinking and scientific spirit.

This paper focuses on the impacts of the reforms in Chinese educational system. Education ispart of China’s overall development and it is known that the last recent decades the wholeChinese educational system has been the subject of unprecedented reforms. The increasedimpact of educational reforms has provided significant human resources and innovation,which facilitated progress in the economic, political, cultural, and social development. Thedevelopment of China's education system has been a major factor in its economic and socialgrowth. This article aims to examine some of the effects that the reforms have generated onthe entire Chinese education system and provide guidelines for minimizing limitations andweaknesses of the education system in its reforms. Using a qualitative approach to collect thedata drawn from articles and materials, this paper aims to discuss educational reforms andhow they affect the Chinese education system by exploiting the readings related to the subject.Some progress has been achieved in the extent to which transformations are perceptible.Gains have been made through educational policies supported by good economic health foryears. Despite the progress, education seems to be the field of some contradictions and thereis a need to overcome certain shortcomings and weaknesses of educative practices that theChinese educational system is still facing. Possible solutions are proposed in conclusion andrecommendation.

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship, academic entrepreneurship activities in universities are booming. DEA model is used to analyze the input-output data of academic entrepreneurship in colleges and universities in 2012 and 2016. According to the validity of the input-output data of academic entrepreneurship in different regions, the differences in efficiency between regions are compared and the reasons are analyzed. The research shows that the economic service function of colleges and universities to regional economic and social development is becoming increasingly prominent, resulting in a certain scale effect; the overall development of academic entrepreneurship efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale of colleges and universities in various regions is good, showing an upward trend; academic entrepreneurship activities of colleges and universities in different regions show different development trends. The scale efficiency of each region is at a higher level, but we should also actively pay attention to the utilization efficiency of academic entrepreneurship resources in colleges and universities, improve the allocation of resources, and prevent excessive investment in human and financial resources to produce redundancy, so as to achieve scale expansion while improving efficiency.

This article expounds that there is consistent methodology between Industrial Engineering (IE) and Value Engineering (VE) from the aspects of the value orientation, the targets and the system view, and explores the differences and similarity of technical means. Based on the innovative thinking of Hehe philosophy and following the trend of combined use of IE and VE, this paper builds the integrative system of “IE+VE” and proposes the “tool kit” under the consistent pursuit of value.

The political attitude and value orientation of young teachers in colleges and universities play an important role in running a socialist university with China’s characteristics, cultivating young people’s correct values and builders of socialism with China’s characteristics. To explore the influencing factors of young university teachers’ political attitudes and value orientation, by constructing the interpretive structure model (ISM) and fuzzy theory, seven major influencing factors were analyzed that affect the political attitude and value orientation of young teachers in colleges and universities, and a hierarchical structure between influencing factors was explained. As a basic basis, this study puts forward the countermeasures to improve the political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities, strengthen the propaganda and ideological work in universities, and promote the overall education reform.
