Pollution of the environment with heavy metals, pesticides, nitrates leads to an unceasing deterioration of the population’s health, in particular, the dental one. Excessive intake of salts of heavy metals and nitrites is accompanied by changes in calcium-phosphorus metabolism rates, indicating a disorder of metabolic processes in bone tissue. This necessitates the study of the level of osteotropic elements of the jaw bone tissue. Materials and methods of research. In the experiment on 80 white outbred male rats, the effects of cadmium chloride, sodium nitrite and their combined action on the content of osteotropic elements in the jaw bone were studied. The control group consisted of 10 intact animals. Results. It was determined that in the dynamics (1st, 14th, 28th days) of both cadmium-nitrite, nitrite and cadmium intoxication there was observed the accumulation of cadmium and decrease of calcium, copper, zinc levels in bone tissue of animal jaws compared to intact group. Conclusions. The most significant changes in the level of osteotropic elements in the jaw bones are found in the combined effect of xenobiotics, which is important for understanding of the metabolic processes in the oral cavity.

Scintigraphic examination results of 45 patients with I, II, III degree scoliosis (67 curvature arches) were analyzed. In most observations the reduction of bone tissue metabolism in the injured vertebrae was detected. A variant of asymmetric accumulation of radiopharmaceutical in the injured vertebrae, which reflected redistribution of osteogenesis processes, was defined. On those grounds the prognostic sign of dysplastic scoliosis progression was suggested.

Fossils of marine reptiles are a new jewelry and ornamental material and collected in the Ulyanovsk region from the Upper Jurassic deposits. They consist of (wt. %): calcite — 52, apatite — 24 and pyrite — 23, and also gypsum presents. The contents of radioactive and carcinogenic elements are close to background. The original bone structure of reptiles is preserved. Apatite replaces the bone tissue of marine reptiles, forming a cellular framework. According to the chemical composition, apatite refers to fluorohydroxyapatite with an increased Sr content. The size of the crystals is finely-dispersed. Calcite and pyrite fill the central parts of the cells. Calcite crystals of isometric and elongated shape, 0,01—0,05 mm in size, form blocks up to 0,3 mm during intergrowth. Calcite fills thin, discontinuous veins along the contour of cells with a width of up to 0,03 mm. In calcite, among the impurity elements, there are (wt. %, on the average): Mg — 0,30, Mn — 0,39 and Fe — 0,96. Pyrite forms a dispersed impregnation in calcite and apatite, content of impurities is, wt. %: Ni — up to 0,96 and Cu — up to 0,24. On technological and decorative characteristics of fossils of sea reptiles of Ulyanovsk region are qualitative jewelry and ornamental materials of biomineral group, allowing to make a wide assortment of jewelry and souvenir products.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit
