This study investigates whether the Internal Audit and Leadership significant effect to the productivity of banking services on islamic rural bank Bandar Lampung in partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative analysis. The incoming data is analyzed and tested by multiple linear regression. Before being tested by multiple linear regression, first tested by using validity and reliability test, to measure and test the questionnaire given to respondents, is quite valid and reliable. Leadership significant effect on productivity services in Islamic Rural Banks, by 19.3%. Internal Audit significant effect on productivity services at the Islamic Rural Bank, by 59.6%. Simultaneously testing indicate that the Leadership and Internal Audit jointly significant effect on productivity services in the Sharia Rural Banksby 78.9%. As for the remaining 21.1% influenced by other factors. This study contributes when leadership and internal audit plays together will be able to increase the productivity services inIslamic rural bank significantly. The results of this study can be used by management in improving the quality of human resources in Islamic rural bank. Needed good leadership: making quick decisions, always motivate employees or subordinates, always creative and innovate, communicate with employees or subordinates, a clear division of authority.

This study attempts to know the quality of product and price to consumers purchasing interest, either in the simultaneous and partial .The sample used in this research 30 respondents. The method of analysis of the data using the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption, and with the help of the multiple linear regression spss 22.0 version for windows. The results of tests indicated that the product quality and price significant simultaneously with the level of significance of 0,000 < 0,05 consumers purchasing interest. While based on partial shows that the product quality and price significant of the significance of 0,000 < 0,05 and 0,005 < 0,05 to consumers purchasing interest.

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is transforming Western companies’ corporate real estate (CRE) requirements. When business processes move to a developing country there are consequences for that country’s CRE practice. This paper considers the effects of western BPO on Indian CRE. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was used to analyze data from a survey of professionals operating in Indian CRE. Location issues, quality of workspace, and the availability of human resources were identified as important in establishing BPO activities in India. Suburban, and campus or built-to-suit facilities, were increasingly preferred locations and styles of workplace that were transforming Indian CRE practice. Also, the effect of western BPO was impacting on the types of CRE services being offered. With the continuing growth in BPO to ‘secondary cities’ the transformational effects on local CRE practice are likely to spread and further transform CRE practice in India.

The aimed of this study was to review and prove the effect of the internal control, the quality of human resources, and the application of information technologhy on the quality of financial report with the organization commitment as moderating agent. The indicator used to measure were relevancy, reliability, understandibility, and comparability. The total number of the respondents were 116 that was diffused into 29 of Regional Apparatus Organization in Buleleng Regency by determining the criteria of the respondent.  Analysis technique used was analisis multiple linear regression and MRA. The results were revealed internal control and the quality of human resources were effecting, while the application of information technology was not effecting, and the organization commitment could strengthen internal control, but could not strengthen the quality of human resources and the application of information technology on the quality of financial report.

Abstract: Effect of Quality of Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Use ofInformation Technology on the Effectiveness of Accrual-Based SAP Implementation. Basedon knowing the influence of the quality of human resources, organizational commitment, andthe application of information technology on the effectiveness of applying accrual-basedgovernment accounting standards to SKPD Karangasem Regency. As many as 134 civilservants in the financial section are the population as well as samples from this study becausethe sampling technique used is saturated samples. multiple linear regression is the analysistechniques that used in this study,and the results show that the quality of HR, organizationalcommitment and the application of information technology have a positive influence on theeffectiveness of accrual-based SAP implementation in the SKPD of Karangasem Regency.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of the products, promotions, brand trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions (case study of user Honda Vario Muara Bulian district). The number of samples in the study was 80 respondents and convience method using sampling. This research method using multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, promotions, brand and trust our satisfaction of influential consumers significantly to purchasing decisions. Test the quality of the data used in this study using the test validity and reliability as for testing the validity, reliability, while for hypothesis testing in this study using a coefficient determination test, test and test F T. multiple linear regression test results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the variable quality of products, promotions, brand, trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions.Keyword: product quality, promotion, brand Trust, satisfaction of consumers and purchasing decisions.

Human resources in an organization will play an effective role when driven and controlled by a workforce who has achievements. The most important factor in supporting the success of an organization or company is employee performance. High productivity will be very beneficial for both employers and employees, especially for their welfare. Various efforts that can be taken by a company to develop its human resources to encourage progress for the company are using conducting training, increasing discipline, and giving rewards to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, discipline,  and rewards on employee performance. The sample in this study were all Sinarmas Banks in the Bekasi district, amounting to 65 people. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results in this study explain that there is an effect of training on employee performance, the influence of discipline on employee performance, and the influence of reward on employee performance.

This research is aimed at determining the effect of transformational leadership, organizational environment and work discipline on the performance of private universities employees in Bima. The analysis is also to determine dominant variable affecting the performance of employees performance. This research is causal associative. The population is the employees of all universities in Bima from which 69 respondent were selected. The data were collected through questionnaires. The test is conducted with validity and reliability test. The data then were analyzed with multiple linear regression along with determination test (R2) t-test (partial), standardized coefficients beta. The research showed that (1). there is significant effect partially of transformational leadership, organizational environment and work discipline on the performance of employees, (2) work discipline is the most dominant affecting variable on the employees performance.Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational environment, work discipline,

This study aims to determine the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations in the Perum Bulog, this study is also to know and analyze the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations the Perum Bulog. This research uses associative research. The population used in this study were all employees of Internal Audit Perum Bulog. The sample taken in this study was 41 from census data on Perum Bulog. In this study data analysis models and techniques use a multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that the competency value showed a significance level of 0.001, Integrity showed a significance value of 0.009 and accountability of 0.003 where the three variables were smaller than 0.05 which partially had a significant effect on the Quality of Examination at the Perum Bulog. Other variable have no partial effect on the quality of the examination.

This research aims to analyze the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and organization commitment toward employee’s performance at PT. Federal International Finance.This research was conducted at PT.FIF Maros, by population and samples are fifty five (55), the total number of employees. Data were collected by using questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed through Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Coefficient Determination (R2), by using SPSS Application.The results showed that as partial, organization commitment was not significant influenced the employee’s performance, while job motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence to the employee’s performance. Job satisfaction were influenced dominant to employee’s performance at PT. Federal International Finance Maros
