Dividends are important for companies because it is associated with an appropriate allocation of income of the company's growth and prosperity so that shareholders can be assured. This study aims to analyze the effect on financial ratios, dividend payout ratio by five independent variables (Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Price Book Value, Return On Investment, and Total Asset Turn Over). Sampling method used was purposive random sampling. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and f. Sample who is 14 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the five year period 2005 to 2009. The results showed that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI) and Total Asset Turn Over (tattoo) effect on cash dividends in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, while Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) has no effect on Cash Devidend. While jointly (simultaneously), the fifth variable is Earnings Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Book Value, Return On Investment, Total Assets Cash Turn Over striving affect dividend. Allows no variables that have a dominant influence on Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR). This is because the global economic crisis

The purpose of this study was to determine financial performance to stock price ofminning industries at Indonesian Stock Exchange . This research is field research withdata collection techniques using documentation that the sample size is as much as 33emitten. To test the effect of the financial performance to stock price used multipleregression analysis techniques and to test research hypotheses, F test and t test.From the results of calculations using SPSS for Windows version 17, showed that: thevalue of R Square (R2) illustrates that the Stock price (Y), can be explained by thefinancial performance amounted to 65.6%, while the rest 34.4%, can be explained byother factors, which are not included in this study. F Hypothesis test results, obtainedvalue of sig. (98,701)>(0.05), this means that there is influence of the current ratio, totalasset turnover , return on investment, and total debt to total asset ratio together againststock price. While the results of hypothesis testing t as follows: 1) sig. (0.000)< (0.05),which means that there is effect current ratio to stock price; 2) sig.(0.004) < (0.05),which means that there is effect debt to equity ratio to stock price; 3) sig.(0.846) >(0.05), which means that there is no effect total asset turnover to stock price; 4)sig.(0.000) (0.05), which means that there is no effect return on investment to stock price,and 5) sig.(0.700)>(0.05), which means that there is no effect total debt to total assetratio to stock price

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios used in this study is the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, and Price to Book Value. The type of research used is quantitative to observe the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 20 companies registered in the LQ45 index for the period 2013-2017 and fulfilling the research criteria. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that partially, the variable debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant partial effect on stock prices, while the current ratio variable does not have a partial significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant simultaneous effect on stock prices. This study aims to analyze whether there are simultaneous effects of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover to Pofitability (Return On Asset) on Transportation Company Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchanged. This research use quantitative method. The population on this research is transportation companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2014-2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, from 71 transportation companies globally converged into 10 transportation companies, so that the data obtained were 50 observation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio does not partially affect ROA, while Total Asset Turnover has a partial effect on ROA. And the three independent variables (CR, DER and TATO) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely profitability (ROA)

ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data required in research this is obtained of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). the method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. the study concluded that there is influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, interest interest and inflation to price to book value in banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh earning per share, debt to equity ratio, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap price to book value (perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Earning per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga dan Inflasi terhadap Price to Book Value pada Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Price to Book Value (PBV) is the ratio of the market value of equity to the book value of equity. PBV is the level of ability to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. This study will analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio and firm-size to price book value. Companies classified in LQ-45 selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 18 companies or 72 firm-years are the samples. Analysis tool in this research using spss 23.0. This research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) on the real level (α) = 5% can be seen that the variabel return on assets, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have a significant and positive impact on price book value, meanwhile firm-size have no significant effect on price book value. Keywords :   Firm value, Price Book Value, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Firm-size.

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio, the Total Asset Turnover, the Inflation and the BI Rate to the Stock Returns. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study was the Food and Beverage industries listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2015, with the total of 14 companies. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, with the total of 9 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the Inflation and the BI rate had significant effects on the Stock Returns.

The objectives of this research is to examine the effect of Company Size proxied by Total Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Productivity proxied by Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), and Current Ratio (CR) both partially and simultaneously towards Bond Rating. Bond rating is important to be considered by investors and creditors since it can indicate the company’s default risk. The objects of this study are financial institution which were entire financial companies that issuing bonds and rated by PT PEFINDO for 2012, 2013, and 2014, and listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange periode 2011-2013. Total sample in this research are 18 companies that selected with purposive sampling and analyzed by using multiple regression method. The data used in this study are secondary data such as financial statements and list of bond rating PT PEFINDO. The result of this research indicates that (1) Company Size proxied by Total Asset had a significant affect towards bond rating (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no effect towards bond rating (3) Return On Equity (ROE) had no effect towards bond rating (4) Productivity proxied by Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) had no effect towards bond rating (5) Current Ratio (CR) had no effect towards bond rating (6) Company Size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Productivity, and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect towards Bond Rating. The objective of this research was to know the impact of Price Earning Ratio, Price To Book Value Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Sizeto the stock return period bullish. This research uses purposive sampling method with judgment and conducted for 27 manufacturing companies listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange during the period 2006-2007. The data was analysed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is significant influence simultaneously (21.2%) and partially significant for the price earning ratio variable which is shown by the significance value of 0,05%. The results also show that other variables such as Price To Book Value Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Sizeis not significant to the stock return period bullish. For the next researcher, it is suggested to add another variable like debt to asset ratio, Current ratio,Earning yieldand to expand the population (all go public companies). This study aims to analyze the liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and activity ratios to the profitability of transportation subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The data collection method used is the purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative study. In this study, the population is the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. Based on the predetermined criteria, 9 companies were obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and t-test to know the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Partially, the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), does not affect profitability, while total assets turnover (tattoo) does not affect profitability. but simultaneously: Current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Total assets turn over (TATO) have a significant influence on the company's profitability. Keywords : Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turn over, and profitability
