This research investigates the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on the teachers’ performance in enhancing graduates’ academic achievement in internationally standardized senior highs schools in Sidoarjo. 60 teachers of grade XII teaching the nationally tested subjects were purposefully taken as the sample of the study. Data were gathered by using questionnaire and analysed by employing Partial Least Square Analysis (PLS) in the SmartPLS software. The finding indicates that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teachers’ performance. It is predicted that job satisfaction play important role in enhancing the graduates’ academic achievement. Secondly, there is contrast relationship between the job stress and teachers’ performance. In other words, teachers still work hard in enhancing their students’ academic achievement regardless their job stress.

The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci—Konflik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

The sample used was non-civil servant employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Denpasar City, totaling 75 respondents using saturated sampling to collect the samples. This study used PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results of the study found that career orientation had a positive effect on organizational commitment, career orientation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction acted as a partial mediating variable on the effect of career orientation relationships on organizational commitment. The implications of this study indicate that in order to increase the organizational commitment of non-civil servant employees of the Denpasar Industry and Trade Service, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of career orientation and job satisfaction. This shows that career orientation and job satisfaction factors greatly affect the behavior of non-civil servant employees in increasing their commitment to achieving organizational goals. Organizations should provide clear career orientations to non-civil servant employees and able to give opportunities to develop their values ​​at work.

The most important resources of an organization is human resouces, those giving all energy, Tlent, creativity, and effort. It is difficult for an organization to pursue its aim without having capable human reresources. Job rotation and satisfaction are parts of quality human resources management to enhance staff performance. Rotation can inprove knowledge, capability, and minimize burmout. Job satisfaction can enhance job performance. The Purpose of this study is to investigate wheter rotation influences job satisfaction and permormance job sastifaction influences performance of 93 staffs using partial least square analysis. This study shows that rotation has asignificanly positive influences performances and rotation. Rotation is an effective way to enhance capability and knowledge, and minimize burnout, but it should consider the competency-based placement. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention in the clinical team of PT Nayaka Era Husada Bekasi region with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to 60 respondents who were further analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables while quantitative analysis conducted with SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques will be used to test the hypotheses in this research. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the result shows that compensation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative significant effect on turnover intention, and workload has a negative significant effect on turnover intention. In addition, the analysis also shows that job satisfaction is agood mediator because compensation and workload are proven to have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Compensation is the most influential variable on turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction with employee organizational commitment as an intervening. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 employees of PT Andhika Lines. East Java. Indonesia. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS software.The results showed that transformational leadership was not proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Transformational leaders are believed to be able to bring better change and can improve employee performance. Transformational leadership, is a stage that changes people in a team, leaders who use this style motivate their followers to give and work more than they can or want, even beyond their ability.

The study analyzes the after effect of job stress and financial compensation both OCB and OCB to performance. This research uses explanatory type with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of a literature study. Data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. Results of this study shows that: (1) Job stress does not has a significant effect on OCB; (2) Financial compensation has a significant effect on OCB; (3) OCB has a significant effect on employee performance.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine a description of the work environment, job stress and job satisfaction of PT Denko Wahana Industri employees, to test and analyze the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Denko Wahana Industri, to test and analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction. PT Denko Wahana Industri. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this research is descriptive explanatory. This study was conducted on 154 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program. Abstract - This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction.
