The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. Self-esteem is an individual's assessment of their own self, self worth, whether it’s positive or negative. The assessment is the result of individual interaction with their environment, the other people recognition and personal experiences. While self-acceptance is a positive attitude towards one's own characteristics, either being satisfied with their strength and recognize their limitations in living life. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of self-esteem on self-acceptance of late adolescents at the Sonaf Maneka Orphanage, Lasiana Village, Kupang. This study used quantitative approach. This study used total population sampling technique with total were 48 adolescent aged from 15-20 years old. Data collection used self-esteem scale adapted from Resty (2015) and self-acceptance scale develop by researcher based onHurlock’s theory (Noviani, 2016). Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression test. The results of the study show that self-esteem have significant positive effect on self-acceptance with a value of p (0.000) <0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the self-esteem variable can predict the self-acceptance variable. Effective contribution of self-esteem variable to self-acceptance variable is 33.6%.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

Abstract: Self-esteem is an important element for students to support their development optimally. However, students performed various problems related to the students’ self-esteem level. For instance, students posted their activities and problems on social media. One variable affected self-esteem was students’ emotional control. This study aimed to identify the effect of emotional control on students’ self-esteem. This study involved 612 students as sample who were randomly selected in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique in this research was regression analysis. Results indicated that there was a significant effect of emotional control on students’ self-esteem. This study recommended a counseling service to increase students’ self-esteem by involving emotional control variable.Abstrak: Harga diri merupakan unsur penting bagi siswa agar dapat berkembang secara optimal. Akan tetapi, siswa kerap kali mengalami masalah yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya harga diri mereka, misalnya siswa menunjukkan berbagai kegiatan dan masalahnya di media sosial. Salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap harga diri adalah regulasi emosi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 612 siswa sekolah menengah atas (SMA) yang dipilih secara acak di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi terhadap harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sebuah program layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan harga diri siswa dengan melibatkan variabel regulasi emosi.

Abstract : Islam regulates one's consumption to stay in the right corridor, such as not wasteful and also pay attention to social values. A good Muslim must be able to distinguish between needs and desires. But today, in reality, there are still many people who live consumptive and hedonism. This study aims to determine the effect of income on Muslim household consumption expenditure and the extent to which religiosity can moderate that influence. The population in this study were housewives in majelis taklim in Sukasari District. The sampling technique is purposive sampling-judgment sampling with a sample size of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using primary data through interviews and questionnaires to housewives in the Sukasari District taklim assembly. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis method. The results showed that income significantly affected the consumption expenditure of Muslim households, and the level of religiosity significantly moderated the effect of income on Muslim household consumption expenditure.
