<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai anti korupsi di SMAN 9 Malang yang mecakup dalam proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan menfokuskan pada analisis implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi yang ada di SMAN 9 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Instumen yang digunakan selain peneliti sebagai key instrument juga pendoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah triangulasi dan teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa implementasikan nilai-nilai antikorupsi terintegrasi setiap mata pelajaran, pada bagian ini guru memberikan penguatan dari kegiatan pendahuluan, inti dan penutup. Guru cenderung menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam penguatan nilai-nilai antikorupsi, selain itu melalui budaya sekolah diwujudkan dengan tindakan pembiasaan (habitulasi) yang didukung dengan kebijakan sekolah.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Nilai-Nilai Antikorupsi, Sekolah Menengah Atas ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption values in SMAN 9 Malang which includes the learning process and school culture. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative by focusing on the analysis of the implementation of anti-corruption education in SMAN 9 Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. The instrument used in addition to the researcher as a key instrument was also interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation study guidelines. The data analysis technique used was triangulation and the validity of the data used technique triangulation. The results obtained show that the implementation of anti-corruption values is integrated in each subject, in this section the teacher provides reinforcement from the preliminary, core and closing activities. Teachers tend to use problem-based learning models in strengthening anti-corruption values, besides that through school culture it is manifested by habitual actions supported by school policies.Keywords: strategies, anti-corruption values, senior high school

This research has the following objectives: (1) to describe the form of humanistic education contained in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata (2) to know and describe the relevance of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa in Indonesian literature learning at SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Data collection techniques in this study by means of direct observation and external documentation. The results of the research prove that the value of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa consists of material values, vitality, spirituality, respect for other people's opinions, cooperation, willingness to sacrifice, caring for others, helping to help, and solidarity. The novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata can be implemented in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filling on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers with an understanding of the internet as a moderating variable in the East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents out of 16,732 effective civil servant populations in East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The method of determining the sample used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that the application of e-filling had a positive effect on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers and understanding the internet was not able to moderate the effect of implementing e-filling on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers at East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of discipline on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. What is the influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance. To determine the effect of discipline on teacher performance. To determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. To determine the effect of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 50 teachers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because the value of F count> Ftable is (53,510> 2,960). Partial intellectual ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> t table (2,918> 1,680). Partial discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of tcount> ttable (8,991> 1,680). Partial work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> ttable (2,918> 1,680). Intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of teachers in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency at 76.30% and the remaining 32.70% influenced by other factors not examined.

This research aims to get information about how big the effect adversity quotient toward Student’s Learning Motivation in Economics at the Sttate Senior High School of 2 Siak Hulu. The background of the research were some student cheated in doing their tasks, they did not submit their assignment on time, they did not bring their economics textbooks, and they did not study seriously. This was a quantitative research. The subject of this research was the eleventh grade students whose major were sosial science. The object of this research was the effect adversity quotient to word students’s learning motivation. The number of sample of this research were 127 students. The research used random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was questionares and documentations. This technique of analysis used to examine the hypothesis was simple linier regression. Based on the result of the research and data analysis, it was found that ro (observasi) 0,688 bigger than rt (tabel) with the level of sifnificance 5% (0,1743) and 1% (0,2278) at (0,1743<0,688>0,2278) or that there is a significant effect of adversity quotient toword students’ learning motivation in economics at the State Senior High School of 2 Siak Hulu. The percentage of adversity quotient effect toward students’ learning motivation was 47,3% while the rest 52,7% was influenced by other variables which were not included in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work performance, knowing the effect of self efficacy on work performance and knowing the effect of work motivation and self efficacy together on work performance. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was the lectures at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To find out the effect simultaneously used the F test, and to determine the effect partially used the t test. The results showed that motivation partially influences the work performance of lecturers, self efficacy partially influences the work performance of the lecturer, motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence the work performance of the lecturer.Keywords: motivation, self efficacy, work performance

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.
