Modern social and economic conditions require the development of new approaches to the organization and analysis of an economic entity performance. The article pays special attention to the system of analytical activities standardization in order to meet the information needs of stakeholders. The objective of the study is the author’s development of the system of standardization of the economic entity performance analysis. The methods of system research (analysis and synthesis), comparative analysis, and the method of analogies are used to solve the problems. The study is based on the study of current economic literature and the use of structural analysis. The following results are obtained on the basis of the analysis. First, the special features of analytical procedures as an object of standardization were identified. These features are the starting point to develop a system of economic analysis standardization. Second, the algorithm of standardization of management activities was formulated. This algorithm is a basis to build a system of economic analysis standards. Third, a model of interaction between the main groups of stakeholders and the economic entity in terms of analytical activity standardization is proposed and the need to standardize the analysis of financial and nonfinancial characteristics of business quality of the object under analysis is proved. Fourth, the process of analytical activities standardization is developed. The system of indicators to assess the quality of the system of standardization for analytical procedures is offered. The development of the standardization system of the business performance analysis is a very promising direction to improve the quality of business. Standardization of economic analysis opens up great opportunities to improve the quality of activities of economic entities, regardless of the specific scope of the evaluation study.

Based on the analysis, the author obtained the following results. Result 1: Diagnosis of the specific features (phenomena) of digital culture as a new business environment. Detection of the positive features and disadvantages of digitalisation of the economy. Result 2: Detection of the system of the phenomena forming phenomenology of the economic analysis which includes not only the phenomenon of the analysis, but also the phenomenon of the object and the subject of analytical activity; two last phenomena are modified under the influence of digital culture. Result 3: Detection of the boundaries of digitalisation of economic analysis: unification of methodological approaches to the analysis of normal operations of economic entities of different types (including households). Result 4: Detection of the mechanism of standardisation as a method of solving the problem of adaptation of methodological and methodical techniques of economic analysis to the activities of different economic entities, and a system of principles of standardisation of the analysis of economic entities. The main principle of marketing is the slogan “production of the product being sold, not sale of the product being produced”. Therefore, planning and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities should be carried out as a result of marketing research in order to determine the degree of customer satisfaction with the quality of goods and services. .Marketing research is a systematic and objective process of identification, collection, analysis and dissemination of information aimed at increasing efficiency in identifying and solving a marketing problem. The main goal is to create an information and analytical base for reducing the level of uncertainty and making marketing decisions [1]. The task of marketing research is to provide objective, reliable, justified, timely information and assessment of the information needs of the business entity, reflecting the real state of the business entity [5]. Such research includes marketing activities in the market, as well as market processes that have any links to it. The object of the study is the economic entity itself, the marketing environment of its sphere of activity, the market that represents competitive advantages, as well as marketing advantages in the areas of product, price, communication and sales activities [2].

The article has as a starting point the definition of the notion of commerce in its two senses: economic sense and legal sense. We also defined the notion of eco-commerce as "the presentation and sale of organic products, under prescribed ecological conditions", according to European regulations. Also, in the article we present original elements of technical-economic management specific to eco-commerce. We present and analyze the correlations between the "4 P" of the marketing mix (production, price, promotion, placement) and the technological elements. Based on an original correlation scheme, we have designed and analyzed 7 levels of such correlations, of which we notice: the biunivocal correlation Product (P1) - Promoting (P2) is based on assuring the quality of the product, The level of technological optimization is directly correlated with the product’s quality. In the article we also present an original model of economic analysis. This model has as its starting point 3 categories of subjects: Intern performers, Joint performers and External performers. Information (including conclusions) of economic analysis conducted can be passed to the three distinct pathways: Domestic Customers → Direct (Official) → Company (trader); Indirect (unofficial) → Company (trader); External Customers (with respect ownership) → Indirect Competition (banks) → Company (trader).

Subject. The article addresses the economic analysis as a separate field of science and practice. During its development, it has been updated for new subjects, objects, areas, interests, thereby expanding the directions of its application. Objectives. The aim of the study is to apply the methods of economic analysis in the implementation of financial control measures in relation to public medical organizations. Methods. The study rests on a bibliographic study of current scientific and periodical economic literature. We also apply methods of scientific cognition, like dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, detailing, observation, generalization, comparison, classification, etc. Results. The paper states the interdisciplinarity of economic analysis and control. Analytical procedures belong both to control measures and to analytical work in general. Methods of economic analysis are the tools of financial control. Conclusions. Analytical procedures are specific actions of the controller that are based on methods of economic analysis, with the help of which the objectives of control measures will be achieved.

Abstract. We examined the effect of presenting unknown policy statements on German parties’ election posters. Study 1 showed that participants inferred the quality of a presented policy from knowledge about the respective political party. Study 2 showed that participants’ own political preferences influenced valence estimates: policy statements presented on campaign posters of liked political parties were rated significantly more positive than those presented on posters of disliked political parties. Study 3 replicated the findings of Study 2 with an additional measure of participants’ need for cognition. Need for cognition scores were unrelated to the valence transfer from political parties to policy evaluation. Study 4 replicated the findings of Studies 2 and 3 with an additional measure of participants’ voting intentions. Voting intentions were a significant predictor for valence transfer. Participants credited both their individually liked and disliked political parties for supporting the two unknown policies. However, the credit attributed to the liked party was significantly higher than to the disliked one. Study 5 replicated the findings of Studies 2, 3, and 4. Additionally, participants evaluated political clubs that were associated with the same policies previously presented on election posters. Here, a second-degree transfer emerged: from party valence to policy evaluation and from policy evaluation to club evaluation. Implications of the presented studies for policy communications and election campaigning are discussed.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the draft law "On Protection of Competition", which must substitute the laws "On Competition and Limitation of Monopolistic Activity on Commodity Markets" and "On Protection of Competition on the Financial Services Market". The innovations enhancing the quality of Russian competition law and new norms providing at least ambiguous effects on antimonopoly regulation are considered. The first group of positive measures includes unification of competition norms for commodity and financial markets, changes of criteria and the scale of control of economic concentrations, specification of conditions, where norms are applied "per se" and according to the "rule of reason", introduction of rules that can prevent the restriction of competition by the executive power. The interpretation of the "collective dominance" concept and certain rules devoted to antimonopoly control of state aid are in the second group of questionable steps.

Subject. The article reviews the way strategic threats to energy security influence the quality of people's life. Objectives. The study unfolds the theory of analyzing strategic threats to energy security by covering the matter of quality of people's life. Methods. To analyze the way strategic threats to energy security spread across cross-sectoral commodity and production chains and influences quality of people's living, I applied the factor analysis and general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Results. I suggest interpreting strategic threats to energy security as risks of people's quality of life due to a reduction in the volume of energy supply. I identified mechanisms reflecting how the fuel and energy complex and its development influence the quality of people's life. The article sets out the method to assess such quality-of-life risks arising from strategic threats to energy security. Conclusions and Relevance. In the current geopolitical situation, strategic threats to energy security cause long-standing adverse consequences for the quality of people's life. If strategic threats to energy security are further construed as risk of quality of people's life, this will facilitate the preparation and performance of a more effective governmental policy on energy, which will subsequently raise the economic well-being of people.
