This study aims to determine the success of the program of Population and Environmental Education (PKLH) especially to evaluate the three main shutter in PKLH, ie cognitive shutter, affective shutter, and psychomotor shutter taught in an integrated manner with other subjects in Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Negeri 1 Balla Kecamatan Balla Mamasa Regency. The population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Balla, which consists of Class VII = 97 people, Class VIII = 88 people, so the population = 185 people. The sample in this study was determined by 134 students, taken by probability proportionate stratified random sampling. The research variables are: 1) The domain of thinking process (cognitive domain), 2) Affective domain and 3) the psychomotor domain of PKLH material. The data in this research is the result of the test to the respondent, that is the test done to know the knowledge, attitude, and skill of the students  about things related to PKLH material. Data were analyzed descriptively and multiple regression using SPSS software as a tool. The results showed that: 1) The domain of the thinking process (cognitive domain), is in the low category, 2) Affective domain is in the medium category, and 3) The psychomotor domain is in the medium category. In addition, the result of multiple regression analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between the variables of thinking process and the sphere of attitude toward the skill domain, with an influence value of 68.4% about PKLH material.

This study aimed to determine and analyzing the effect of the enterpreneurial competencies, farmers institutional and government support on productivity of cocoa farmers in Polewali Mandar, West of Sulawesi. The benefits of this research are (1) as a information for the various parties, especially in Polewali Mandar district to take wisdom strategic to the empowerment of cocoa farmers to their territory with effort to improve the entrepreneurial competences , farmer institutional, and government to improve productivity of cocoa. (2) Contributed to the next study that interested in discussing problems about productivity of cocoa, (3) as point of reference to increased productivity cocoa farmers in West of Sulawesi, especially in the district of Polewali Mandar. This study is descriptive research, data collecting used interview and questionnaires. The population of this study is the cocoa farmers in Polewali Mandar as much as 35.000 and take the sample of in purposive and random sampling with the number of samples 100 respondent. Data was analiyzed using multiple regression analysis processed by SPSS software version 20 for windows. The results of research suggests that enterprenurial competence, farmers institutional and government support positive and significant affected to productivity of cocoa, either simultaneous and parsial. Enterpreneurial competence variable was the most dominant affected on farmers cocoa productivity in Polewali Mandar. This matter because the competency of farmers is the main ability owned by farmers in managing the land and doing the treatment of cocoa. The ability of farmer about how to manage the land, how to fertilizer, how to using insecticide in right and good well managed cocoa management coupled with innovation and creativity will increase the productivity of cocoa.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menguji secara empiris pengaruh pemahaman akuntabilitas terhadap good governance. 2) menguji secara empiris pengaruh pemahaman transparansi terhadap good governance. 3) menguji secara empiris pengaruh pemahaman partisipasi masyarakat terhadap good governance. 4) menguji secara empiris pengaruh pemahaman Value For Money (VFM) terhadap good governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, dan VFM, dengan variabel terikat adalah good governance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu SKPD Kabupaten Lumajang yang terkait dengan pelayanan publik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random bertingkat (stratified random sampling). Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa good governance tidak berjalan dengan baik karena variabel akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh secara positif, variabel VFM tidak berpengaruh secara positif. Sedangkan variabel partisipasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan variabel transparansi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap good governance.Kata kunci: akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, VFM, good governance ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to 1) Test empirically the effect of accountability to the understanding of good governance. 2) Test empirically understanding the influence of transparency to good governance. 3) Test empirically understanding the influence of society participation to good governance. 4) Test empirically understanding the influence of Value For Money (VFM) to good governance. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory approach. The variables in this study are accountability, transparency, participation, and VFM, the dependent variable is good governance. The population in this study is SKPD Lumajang related to public services. The sampling technique used was stratified random (stratified random sampling). Techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results show that good governance does not work well because the variable does not affect positively accountability, variable VFM does not affect positively. While variable negatively affect participation and transparency variables affect positively to good governance.Keywords: accountability, transparency, participation, VFM, good governance

This research aims to determined the effect of conflict and burnout towards work satisfaction of PT. PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Dan Pengendalian Pembangkitan Ombilin. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive with survey method. Sample of this research is 85 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Dan Pengendalian Pembangkitan Ombilin, using proportionate stratified random sampling. The hypothesis in this research is tested using multiple regression analysis, partial test (test t), simultaneously test (test f), determinant coefficient test (test r2). The results showed that the conflict in partially significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, saturation partially significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously conflict and burnout significant effect on job satisfaction. In the determinant coefficient 53.9% job satisfaction employee PT. PLN (Persero) generating sector and control the generation of Ombilin affected by the conflict and burnout variables

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

To carry out evaluation comprehensively, we need appropriate instrument that suitable with domain that being evaluated. Evaluation instrument development with test has been conducted by experts. These instruments were only suitable to measure cognitive domain and part of psychomotor domain. To measure affective domain, we need to develop non-test evaluation instrument (alternative test). The development of this instrument tends to more difficult and complicated compare with instrument test evaluation instrument. Therefore, it does necessitate a through study to derive and elaborate affective domain to specific aspect to develop valid and reliable instrument.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic status, learning motivation, and learning disipline on student achievement at SMK Barunawati Surabaya. This study quantitative methods as a research methodology descriptive design. Population in this study are tenth grades students in SMK Barunawati Surabaya who are 103 students. Sampel was 82 students, selected by using Proporsional Random Sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline has partially significant impact on student achievement. Socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline have a significant impact on student achievement

Several factors are important determinants of students achievement. Students positive perceptions about these factors contribute to their achievement. Considering importance of students perceptions about themselves, teachers support, and institutional climate in influencing their academic achievement, this study specifically examines students perceptions about themselves as learners, teachers support, and institutional climate for predicting their achievement. This research employed survey and correlational research designs. For this research, 372 students were randomly selected as a sample using cluster and stratified random sampling techniques. For data collection in this study, a questionnaire was adapted from Donahue (1994). For data analysis, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used, with help of SPSS. It was concluded from multiple regression analysis that university students achievement (i.e., dependent variable) can be significantly predicted from their self-perceptions, teachers support and institutional climate (i.e., independent variables).
