The autor discusse the issues of the symbolic and material world born out of subcultural currents. The activity of the most distinctive youth subcultures has also been presented over the last decades. The author describes the relations between the world of popular (widely accessible, mass) culture and counter culture. The examples of norms, patterns, values and products of particular subcultures show the way in which they contested popculture. Moreover, the author draws due attention to challenges and possibilities faced by education in the field of the culture of subcultures. The findings of the research show that the emergence of various youth movements and their individual manifestations is important in the process of cultural development of society rather than threaten culture, since it enriches it with new elements, making culture more complicated. In turn, the danger of subcultures is connected with creating a particular threat to the existing social order. Subcultures bring sufferings to those who want to push the one true vision of reality. Culture is an incredible instrument for people making decisions to understand their audience. The history of the twentieth century is a history of subcultures. They were a reflection of the enormous social and cultural changes that took place throughout the world. It was the young people who frankly reacted to the reality that was different from ideas and dreams.Subcultures have been a reflection of their aspirations, a part of the world that can be managed the way they want. The presence of the youth subcultures in the world seems to be a great opportunity to instill the idea of dialogue, to ensure tolerance to the Other. They are an indescribable challenge to education in today's multicultural world.

The Kyrgyz people on the way of its formation as a nation and historical and cultural development, as well as the peoples of the world used several types of writing. Among them there is some information about the use of Chagatai writing in the period from XVIII to XIX centuries. However, despite this, the lexical and grammatical questions of the Chagatai language used by the Kyrgyz in the language of written monuments of those times still remain open and was not investigated in Kyrgyz linguistics. Therefore, this article has been a comparative analysis of the vocabulary of the Chagatai language with the Kyrgyz language and investigated lexical generalizations, which were based on the works and a number of studies of Russian and other foreign researchers in this direction such as V. V. Radlov, N. I. Ilminsky, P. M. Melioransy, K. Brockelman, A. K. Borovkov, N. Samoilovich, N. Vamberi, Fuat Koprulu, G. F. Blagova, A. Sherbak. In particular, it is established that, such words in the Chagatai language as: ay, ayım, ayran, arpa, aş, at, balka, beşik, çay, çanak, çelek, kıska, kızıl, kıyın, kök, mol, aç, çıú, iç, kėç, kėt, аta, baba, аġa, ake, balduz, аtalık, jasaul, güynak, börk, biçak, kiyiz, bilau, arkan, kaymak, аş etc., denoting the concepts of noun, adjective, verb, related to ethics, kinship, family, food, clothing, with the old social structure, professions form a unity with the Kyrgyz language. In this regard, according to the results of the work, it was concluded that the materials of the modern Kyrgyz language on the basis of historical linguistic facts should become a special object of research on the issues of proximity, kinship with the Chagatai language. In order to more accurately study the history of our language we must know the history of the language of our historical neighbors.

Many of the world leaders in emergency medicine and in disaster medicine systems have made advances in these fields, and I compliment them on the accomplishments that I have seen over the years. Dr. Safar charged me to look ahead, if that is possible, and offer some perspective—obviously my own—on the next five to ten years. Hopefully, our future can be controlled in certain limits. Toynbee philosophized that when new and unanticipated challenges are presented, they represent great opportunity for response. If we fail to respond or if we respond in an inappropriate way, we may become a fossil in history—in this case, in the history of medicine. I have attempted to look at important challenges that I see in emergency medicine, and to predict from these a course that I think represents a proper response. The first challenge, one that you have heard of before, clearly is the most important one. It is the challenge of limited or relative resources. The term “relative” means that fraction of a country's or region's output or wherewithall that is available in a logical or rational way for emergency medicine.

In this chapter the authors introduce the digital-divide concept to the reader, bring its different definitions, and describe the short history of the problem. The basic figures and facts, which characterize the information and communication technologies’ usage in different countries and regions, are given as well. Also, basic indicators that allow the monitoring of the country’s advancement on the way to bridging the digital divide are stated. The main purpose for the authors was to show that the digital divide is not only (and not as much) a technical problem, but rather a social and political one. Hence, the approaches to this problem decision, both in the world community as a whole and in separate countries, are described.

Stanford Brainstorm, the world’s first lab for mental health innovation, taps into the combined potential of academia and industry—bridging medicine, technology, and entrepreneurship—to redesign the way the world views, diagnoses, and treats mental illness. Convergence science has facilitated Brainstorm’s emergence as a pivotal protagonist in the history of the mental health innovation field. In turn, Brainstorm has catalyzed innovation within mental health by applying convergent approaches to tackle the scope, immediacy, and impact of mental illness. Stanford Brainstorm’s thinking about mental health represents a shift in the discipline of psychiatry from a focus on one-to-one delivery to collaborative and sustainable solutions for millions.

Psychedelics and hallucinogens represent some of the most commonly used drugs in the world, with a history of use steeped in spirituality, counter-culture, and more recently latent therapeutic potential. Sharing a common mechanism of action at the 5-HT2a receptor, drugs such as lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin, while they can rarely induce significant short-term psychopathology, are remarkably safe physiologically, do not cause dependence, and are now being actively researched again for their therapeutic potential in non-psychotic conditions such as anxiety, addictions, and depression. Ketamine is also being explored as a treatment for resistant depression and is in common use as an anaesthetic. However, it has increasingly become recognized as a drug with abuse potential. Although safe in overdose, ketamine carries acute risks related to vulnerability while intoxicated, and chronic use is associated with urinary tract toxicity.

This chapter argues that Hegel can be regarded as the philosopher who was the first to pave the way to a new paradigm of order and, thus, also to a new idea of the relation between the state and international law. Hegel would not only conceive order as a ‘system’—which emerges clearly from the investigation of the deep connection between his interpretation of international law and relations and the broader context of his philosophy—but this ‘system’ would also be something new within the horizon of the patterns of social order. Indeed, two elements of a new paradigm are at least sketched in Hegel’s philosophy: the polyarchic setting of order, and its dialectic (or maybe even communicative) understanding.
