The article is devoted to the study of the concept of “game” and the phenomenon of the language game in the modern scientific interpretation. The interpretation of the concept of “language game” is reviewed and averaged. Scientific views on the game phenomenon in different spheres of human knowledge are presented. The author has made an attempt to study the nature of the language game and its main characteristics, to analyse its features. On the one hand, language game is seen as the intentional departure from the norm with the purpose of creating a humorous effect, on the other, it is perceived as the usage of rhetorical techniques in creation of eloquent expressions. The concept of linguistic creative thinking is closely related to the analysed concept. It has been proven that for the successful implementation of the language game, high level of linguistic creativity must be possessed by both the author and the recipient. Correct decoding of the message depends on the author’s adherence to the principles of the language game, in particular, to allusive and figuratively-heuristic ones. The first principle involves the decoding of the precedent phenomena (i.e., names, texts, situations), which creates a programmed effect of associative derivability of the meaning of game techniques. The second principle of the language game encourages the recipient to co-create with the author, turning the process of reading into a kind of a quest. In the article, linguistic techniques for creating a language game at the level of word form as well as at the level of meaning and form are simultaneously classified and analysed on the example of modern Ukrainian language. These features create the effect of associative multidimensionality of the text, which provides the semantic content of language and game techniques for different levels of reading.

This article highlights the results of the research on psychological features of eschatological expectations of young people with different levels of creative thinking. Our study shows that 26 % of respondents believe that the End of the World will not arrive. Twenty-four per cent of respondents are skeptical about the likelihood of the Apocalypse, but they admit its possibility. Thirty-seven per cent of respondents believe that the End of Time will not come soon and the remaining 13% expect the Apocalypse very soon. Some respondents (7.5%) indicate that growth in the rate of prophecies connected with the End of the World in recent years suggests that humanity itself seeks it, while 9 % of respondents state the religious point of view in their works. Also 9 % of respondents believe that there will be no destruction of civilization or destruction of the planet but there will be a mental transition to another level of being. The existence of correlation between creative thinking and eschatological expectations was also empirically established in our study, especially in the group of respondents with a high level of verbal creativity. There is no correlation between the index of non-verbal creativity, personal religiosity and eschatological expectations in the sample. These results confirm that our study is relevant and offers great prospects for further scientific research.

The article focuses on the problem of forming of the university teacher’s methodological culture. Modernization and reorganization of the national higher education system requires teachers who have deep professional and methodological knowledge, have a high level of formation of methodological culture, have an active professional position and a creative style of activity. The analysis of approaches of scientists concerning essence of methodological culture is implemented. The author's position on the interrelation and interdependence of the formed high level of teacher’s methodological culture and the teacher’s readiness to carry out it’s methodological activity at a high level is substantiated. The formation of the methodological culture of freelance teachers involves the content of professional training of future teachers on the formation of values necessary for interactive teaching and the appropriate orientation of the individual, self-improvement, self-determination, and at the same time focuses on innovative experience for successful implementation as, in particular, methodological activities. and in general the professional pedagogical activity of the teacher. In the methodical activity of the teacher of ZVO it can be reflected in real practice of professional preparation of students: new methods of teaching, new ways of diagnostics of quality of training of students, development and use in initial process of author's methodical products, etc. Also, formed at a high level methodological culture of the teacher will be reflected in pedagogical communication in the system «teacher - student (students)», for example, in finding new communication tasks, new means of activating interpersonal communication of students during classes, new forms of student communication. process of group work, pedagogical interaction of the teacher with students on the basis of co-creation and commonwealth. In the personal sphere it is shown in definition by the teacher of individual ways of the professional development, construction of the program of self-improvement. As a result, the teacher, basing his practical activity on the basis of creative thinking, creative approach to teaching, self-improvement, begins to play an active role in regulating their professional activities.

Changes in immunological reactivity to viral and bacterial antigens may cause increased susceptibility to infectious diseases. Different levels of this condition in newborn and adult animal organisms should be based on the fact that the fetus and newborn after birth first comes into contact with the antigen, while the adult body already has partial sensitization. Chronic carrier of pathogens in animals and their influence on the spread of the infectious process is an urgent problem of modern veterinary medicine. The possibility of vaccination in newborns is limited by the presence of maternal antibodies that have an immunosuppressive effect. A high level of functional reserves of the pregnant body is important in the prevention of intrauterine infection. On the one hand, infection in the prenatal period of development affects the processes of growth and development of the fetus, on the other hand, during this period, the mother's body is isoimmunized by fetal antigens, accompanied by increased sensitivity of the body with the predominant manifestation of cellular phenomena in the absence of enhanced antibody synthesis.

In this paper we build a model of occupational choice with informal production and progressive income taxation. We calibrate the model to the Brazilian economy to evaluate the impact of removing financial frictions on informality. We find that financial deepening leads to a drop in the size of the informal sector (from 37 percent to 22 percent of official GDP), to an increase in measured TFP (by 4 percent), to an increase in official GDP (by 27 percent), to a decrease in tax evasion (by 17 percent) and to an increase in fiscal revenues (by 15 percent). When assessing the response of this policy at different levels of financial development, we find a non-linear relationship between the credit-to-GDP ratio on the one hand, and either the size of the informal economy, or GDP per capita on the other hand. We test these features with cross-country data and find evidence in favor of both types of non-linearity. We also investigate changes in the income tax progressitivity as an alternative policy and find it to be more effective in countries with a medium to high level of financial markets development.

Personality-based cognitive architectures should yield consistent patterns of behaviour through personality traits that have a modulatory influence at different levels: These factors affect, on the one hand, high-level components such as ‘emotional reactions' and ‘coping behaviour', and on the other hand, low-level parameters such as the ‘speed of movements and repetition of gestures. In our hybrid cognitive architecture, a deliberative reasoning about the world (e.g. strategies and goals of the 3D character) is combined with dynamic real-time response to the environment's changes and sensors' input (e.g. emotional changes). Hybrid system copes dynamically with changes in the environment, and is complicated enough to have reasoning abilities. Designing a cognitive architecture that gives the impression of personality to 3D agents can be a tremendous help making 3D characters more engaging and successful in interactions with humans.

The article contains results of diagnostics of creativity and tolerance to the uncertainty of psycholo-gy students. An analysis of statistically significant differences in creativity (originality and uniqueness) in students with different levels of uncertainty tolerance showed that students with an average level of to-lerance for uncertainty have higher creativity rates than students with a high level of tolerance for uncer-tainty. On the one hand, these students are characterized by a certain ability to perceive new, ambi-guous, unstructured situations, not as a threatening factor, but as a challenge-containing situation, with-out experiencing pronounced negative emotions. On the other hand, these students are characterized by optimal emotional inclusion, increased activation, a desire to overcome uncertainty, as well as a certain, constructive “intolerance” to uncertainty. This contributes to the production of attempts to solve the situ-ation, find a solution to the problem, activates the creative potential of the person.

The article forms the theoretical basis for the development and implementation of managerial innovations. Sectoral features of the IT sphere in terms of innovative changes in management processes are identified: staff dependence, high level of unpredictability of consequences, the need for appropriate research environment, creative nature of decisions, high complexity, the presence of external barriers from the state and internal resistance, within labor collectives, active use of outsourcing, the predominance of project and team forms of activity. It is proved that every managerial innovation has a technological basis, while almost every technological innovation is based on a managerial decision. The components necessary for the implementation of managerial innovations are formulated: a problem that does not have an existing solution and needs new ideas; new principles and views that should provide new approaches; revision of traditions and dogmas that limit creative thinking; examples and analogues that will help to rethink the possibilities. Management innovations in the IT sphere are structured and the following are distinguished: innovations in management methodology (synergetic management, tender management, network management, creative management, team management, communicative management, etc.), innovations in internal structural subtypes of general management, financial innovation, marketing), innovations in the basics of science and practice of classical management (innovations in the principles, methods, management functions and elements of regulatory information and staffing). The main management innovations used by IT companies in Ukraine are analyzed: quality management, controlling, reengineering, system intervention strategy, neural network technologies, information-associative modeling, structural-functional modeling, etc. It is proved that the successful implementation of these management innovations requires the following conditions: a systematic vision of managerial change by management, formed innovation infrastructure, high level of management professionalism, timeliness of innovations and their compliance with overall objectives, staff loyalty to innovation change and development, approval or decisions by external consultants. The application of cloud technologies for the implementation of management innovations in the IT field and the introduction of service consulting, which is a comprehensive solution of business problems of the client based on an individual approach. It is determined that as management innovations spread, they improve, acquire new qualities and properties, adapt to new requirements and ultimately modernize themselves and become more efficient and effective. It is proved that innovation requires a certain management culture that requires managers of IT companies to be prone to risk and experimentation, as well as constant monitoring of the environment, requires an appropriate system to assess the current state of the system and the desire to improve it.

Nowadays, bioecological characteristics of species are the basis for flora and vegetation studying on the different levels. Bioecological characteristics of species is required in process of flora studying on the different levels such as biotopes or phytocenoses, floras of particular areas (floras of ecologically homogeneous habitats), and floras of certain territories. Ramensky scale is the one of first detailed ecological scales on plant species ordination in relation to various environmental factors; it developed in 1938 (Ramensky, 1971). A little later (1941), Pogrebnyak’s scale of forest stands was proposed. Ellenberg’s system developed in 1950 (Ellenberg, 1979) and Tsyganov’s system (Tsyganov, 1975) are best known as the systems of ecological scales on vascular plant species; these systems represent of habitat detection by ecotopic ecomorphs of plant species (phytoindication). Basically, the system proposed by Alexander Lyutsianovich Belgard was the one of first system of plant species that identiified ectomorphs in relation to environmental factors. As early as 1950, Belgard developed the tabulated system of ecomorphs using the Latin ecomorphs abbreviation; he also used the terminology proposed in the late 19th century by Dekandol (1956) and Warming (1903), as well as terminology of other authors. The article analyzes the features of Belgard’s system of ecomorphs on vascular plants. It has certain significance and advantages over other systems of ecomorphs. The use of abbreviated Latin names of ecomorphs in tabular form enables the use shortened form of ones. In the working scheme of Belgard’s system of ecomorphs relation of species to environmental factors are represented in the abbreviated Latin alphabetic version (Belgard, 1950). Combined into table, the ecomorphic analysis of plant species within association (ecological certification of species), biotope or area site (water area) gives an explicit pattern on ecological structure of flora within surveyed community, biotope or landscape, and on environmental conditions. Development and application by Belgrard the cenomorphs as «species’ adaptation to phytocenosis as a whole» were completely new in the development of systems of ecomorphs and, in this connection, different coenomorphs were distinguished. Like any concept, the system of ecomorphs by Belgard has the possibility and necessity to be developed and added. Long-time researches and analysis of literature sources allow to propose a new coenomorph in the context of Belgard’s system of ecomorphs development: silvomargoant (species of forest margin, from the Latin words margo – edge, boundary (Dvoretsky, 1976), margo – margin, ad margins silvarum – along the deciduous forest margins). As an example of ecomorphic characterization of species according to the system of ecomorphs by Belgard (when the abbreviated Latin ecomorph names are used in tabular form and the proposed cenomorph is used), it was given the part of the table on vascular plants ecomorphs in the National Nature Park «Orelsky» (Baranovsky et al). The Belgard’s system of ecomorphs is particularly convenient and can be successfully applied to data processing in the ecological analysis of the flora on wide areas with significant species richness, and the proposed ecomorph will be another necessary element in the Belgard’s system of ecomorphs.

In this paper, digital technologies development was analyzed as the basis for the so-called “fourth industrial revolution” with the potential for the qualitative transformation of the Ukrainian economy based on EU countries’ experience. Industry 4.0 is a new control chain over the entire chain of creating value throughout the product lifecycle. When developing an economic policy, it is important to pay attention to Industry 4.0. It increases productivity, produces new, better, and individualized products, and implements new business models based on “undermining” innovations. A comparative analysis of national initiatives I4.0 with their characteristics according to the main dimensions, including funding, focus, direction, was conducted. Particular attention was paid to considering deterrents to the successful implementation and enforcement of the I4.0 initiative in European countries. The factors of successful implementation of I4.0 initiatives in the EU countries were analyzed. Drawing on the analysis of the European experience of digital transformations in industry and national economies in general, the necessity of critical focus of such transformations in Ukraine was highlighted, and the need for state support of industrial transformation was substantiated. The emphasis was placed on the cooperation development between stakeholders within the implementation of Industry 4.0 – it is necessary to create national and regional 4.0 platforms, following the example of EU countries, which would bring together government institutions, businesses, and academics. The successful positioning of the Ukrainian modern industrial complex on the world markets depends on the high level of the interconnected system providing factors that characterize its development process. Considering the influence of a list of inhibiting factors on implementing the country’s industry accelerated development, a set of measures needed to transform Ukraine’s industry based on European experience was substantiated.

An anaerobic inverse turbulent bed, in which the biogas only ensures fluidisation of floating carrier particles, was investigated for carbon removal kinetics and for biofilm growth and detachment. The range of operation of the reactor was kept within 5 and 30 kgCOD· m−3· d−1, with Hydraulic Retention Times between 0.28 and 1 day. The carbon removal efficiency remained between 70 and 85%. Biofilm size were rather low (between 5 and 30 μm) while biofilm density reached very high values (over 80 kgVS· m−3). The biofilm size and density varied with increasing carbon removal rates with opposite trends; as biofilm size increases, its density decreases. On the one hand, biomass activity within the reactor was kept at a high level, (between 0.23 and 0.75 kgTOC· kgVS· d−1, i.e. between 0.6 and 1.85 kgCOD·kgVS · d−1).This result indicates that high turbulence and shear may favour growth of thin, dense and active biofilms. It is thus an interesting tool for biomass control. On the other hand, volatile solid detachment increases quasi linearly with carbon removal rate and the total amount of solid in the reactor levels off at high OLR. This means that detachment could be a limit of the process at higher organic loading rates.
