The article analyzes the life path of Vira Vovk and key images of her work with a special emphasis on the role of plant symbols, and the influence of sacred ideas on the artist and her faith in God. Attention in the article focuses on the self-identification of Vira Vovk as a purely Ukrainian poetess with her own life position. At the same time, the course of analysis of the author's biography and bibliography circles around her sincere love and devotion to Ukraine, in particular – the admiration of the beauty of her native land, the granting of special significance and symbolic meaning to floral dimension, which is clearly illustrated by examples of donna Vira's lyrical lines. The sacred level and divine beliefs are covered, on the one hand, on the examples of the artist's poetry, on the other – taken from the sphere of journalism about Vira Vovk, namely, from interviews with poetess within literary evenings, conferences, round tables. The article outlines significant instructions to the younger generation of writers: here we are talking about the use of Ukrainian images, plots, historical background of our Motherland, without the involvement of foreign motifs and style. We will try to reveal the secret of "lameness" of the Ukrainian text through the eyes of Vira Vovk and the role of the Ukrainian author's style in the context of the formation of a young writer. In addition to the purely literary level and the analysis of the emigration author's work, we also intent to show Vira Vovk as a sophisticated person, whose literary roots germinated deeply from the Ukrainian land, absorb the entire color of the Ukrainian mentality, world view and reveals in her work. The means of expressiveness outline the divine direction of her poetry: her faith, exclusive intuition, openness to people and purity of thought.

AbstractThe study discusses the problem of irony in the films by Wojciech Jerzy Has. The first part defines the function of irony in the films made by this director prior to The Manuscript Found in Saragossa [Rękopis znaleziony w Saragossie] - (Noose [Pętla], 1957; Farewells [Pożegnania, 1958; Shared Room [Wspólny pokój], 1960; Goodbye to the Past [Rozstanie], 1961; Gold [Złoto], 1962; How to Be Loved [Jak być kochana], 1963). The second part of the study compares irony as the principle of artistic creation in The Manuscript Found in Saragossa and the concept of Romantic irony (Friedrich Schlegel, Novalis). This film can be termed as the quintessence of ironic traits of Has’s creative work.In the earlier works by this director irony manifests itself as the attitude of the film characters towards the reality, as their attitude to historical problems, and as an esthetic effect or Has’s game with the audience in the artistic and philosophical dimension. Intertextualism, verbal and situational humor, repeated motifs and stylistic devices are a way of expressing the double meaning of the work, i.e. a manifestation of the author’s irony. It combines seriousness and comedy, emotionality and intellectual distance, and finally, a critical and a creative attitude.All these traits gain special significance in The Manuscript Found in Saragossa (1965). The poetics and form of the work resemble the Romantic concept of poetry (creative work) as an arabesque. The irony of Has’s film is similar to Romantic irony because its result is the narrative experience of the Self which can transcend its experiences. Irony also manifests itself in the author’s attitude towards his work which (attitude) consists in exposing the fictional nature of the presented world. In Has’s films, irony allows one to break free from the burden of actual existence and the problems of history, time, and memory in order to make them a subject of art.

The article explores the central role of the entrepreneur in neoliberalism. It demonstrates how a displacement and a broadening of the concept of the entrepreneur occur in the neoliberal interpretation of the entrepreneur compared to Schumpeter’s economic innovation theory. From being a specific economic figure with a particular delimited function the entrepreneur is reinterpreted as, on the one hand, a particular type of subject, the entrepreneur of the self, and on the other, an ism, entrepreneurialism, which permeates individuals, society, and institutions. Entrepreneurialism is discussed as a movement of the economic into previously non-economic domains, such as the welfare state and society. Social entrepreneurship is an example of this in relation to solutions to social welfare problems. This can, on the one hand, be understood as an extension of the neoliberal understanding of the entrepreneur, but it also, in certain interpretations, resists the neoliberal understanding of economy and society.

AbstractThe work of the Polish–Russian scholar Leon Petrażycki from the early decades of the twentieth century holds a strikingly paradoxical position in the literature of juristic and socio-legal scholarship: on the one hand, lauded as a supremely valuable contribution to knowledge about the nature of law and, on the other, widely neglected and little known. This paper asks how far Petrażycki's theories, expressed in writings by and about him available to an international readership, can provide insight for contemporary socio-legal studies – not as historical background but as living ideas. How far can his work speak to current issues and inform current debates? What obstacles stand in the way of this? Why have few international scholars engaged with his theories despite their rigour and originality? The paper starts from this last issue before addressing the others. It argues that Petrażycki's radical legal theory offers strikingly distinctive resources for rethinking issues about the role of law in multicultural societies, the nature of developing transnational law, and the significance of law as an aspect or expression of culture.

The epistemology of Indian Psychology (IP) is akin to that of Indian Philosophy or in general the Indian world view of knowledge, truth and belief about making sense of the self and the world. In this article, the epistemological and ontological foundations of IP are derived from a verse from the Ishopanishad and corroborated by verses from the Bhagavad-Gita. In doing so, epistemological questions like what is knowledge in IP or what knowledge (or theories) should IP develop and how (the methodology) are answered. Similarly, ontological questions like what is the being that is the focus of IP research or are biomechanical or spiritual-social-biological beings of interest to IP are addressed. The simplicity and clarity of this derivation fulfils the twin research criteria of parsimony and aesthetics. The role of epistemology and ontology in constructing cultural meaning for theory, method and practice of IP is discussed.

Autobiography is the written type that related to "I" author, which is relevant to his experience life and written: their worries, affairs, sorrows, and concerns. Hence this study appeared to show how to diagnosis the nature of literary for this type, drawing it's historical background and it's relationship with literary trends in the modern Arabic prose especially the novel, which was nearest to it and most impact in its development, then stand on the denotations type of autobiography, the role of motivation, cultural background, creative vision and the talent in formulating the referential aspect through my book "days" and "my life" the two outcome out the study of comparison which settlement in the field of Arabic autobiography in modern way, telling similar accidents in many times, and telling autobiography of life in different ways that giving a clear picture of comparison through literary perspective then stand on the more accurate literary concept of this writing type about the self, finally we stand on how to draw the literary perspective and determine it in the field of autobiography through managing the most important construction of telling the narrative as an important tool of comparison to diagnosis the literary perspective by studying how to tell and use the voice, the kind of description, it's function of comparison, the measure of availability in choosing text to differentiate the function of the study for these texts which as long as stopped by critics. The study concluded that the literary function of autobiography is unstable in which it is found in one study and absent from another.

This article adheres to the theorizing on narrative as dialogue and communication. It attempts to wed the notions of narrative and narrative identity — the words given to the self in time — to Luce Irigaray’s writings on dialogue and difference. In this frame, identity is regarded as a continuous becoming of an embodied self in relation to another self. The words that are needed in this becoming express the bodily self and touch the other at the same time. By emphasizing narrating as poiesis and creative work of imagination, it is possible to weave Irigaray’s ideas into a notion of narrative identity that moves between gathering the self in terms of emplotting on the one hand, and talking to the other in poetic words and rhythms that can express the identity as bodily and relational, on the other.

Self-esteem is formed through the interaction of individuals with their environment. One family environment, if the environment providing something fun, self-esteem would be positive, but if its not fun and self-esteem will be negative, further support parents, parental control, and relationship to each other between the parents give a direct influence on the development of adolescent self-esteem. This article will expose further the importance of the role of the family in developing the self-esteem of teenage.

The partnership between kindergarten and family has a special function and importance in the upbringing and education of the child. The content of the topic refers to the introductory part, which explains what we will be researching. The partnership between family and kindergarten has a special significance and role in the function of preparing children for school. Numerous definitions of family are mentioned in the literature, but given the diversity of structure, relationships, functions, ways of formation, there are many combinations and it could be said that each family is unique or a separate definition should be made for each family. The child is the center of attention in the partnership. The results show that parents are involved in kindergarten activities, and that they are available for cooperation. This is the first prerequisite for establishing, above all, quality communication, and thus cooperation. All parents are interested in the progress of their child and want to cooperate with the kindergarten in this area. This research is of a theoretical-empirical character. We used specifically descriptive statistics, which have special significance. The educational preparation of a child refers to what we call the formation of work habits of learning, on the one hand, and the acquisition of prior knowledge, on the other. Kindergarten children do not read or write, make figurines, play, draw, learn numbers up to ten. Educators need to continuously learn and establish a partnership with the family and the child, in order for the child to feel accepted, satisfied, happy and successful. It is certainly evident, through our theoretical research, that we can conclude that educators need to be specially educated to work with the population of preschool children with a special “dose” of sensibility. Traditionally, Paul was thought to have seen God without any mediating images. Yet, if no images had been involved, no images could have remained following his rapture, and therefore, there would have been no imprint in his mind by which he could have recalled and shared with the audience what he had seen. The chapter describes the various solutions that were suggested to explain what possible residues enabled this memory, among them, that all Paul had when he returned from ecstasy were mere words and definitions; or, in opposition, that he still possessed part of the light in which he had been illuminated, thus arguing for a continuity between the experiencing subject and later processing. These opposing solutions are then examined considering the perception of transformation and the continuity of the self they imply; then in the context of the role of experience and experiment on the one hand, and words on the other, in the medieval university. Theologians of the time, it is argued, attempted to define the relation between experience and words in their own profession, drawing inspiration from both the image of science in Aristotle’s Analytics and Physics and twelfth-century mysticism.

In this paper, I defend a moderately cognitive account of religious beliefs. Religious beliefs are interpreted as “worldview beliefs”, which I explicate as being indispensable to our everyday and scientific practice; my reading is nonetheless distinct from non-cognitivist readings of “worldview belief” which occasionally appear in the literature. I start with a brief analysis of a recent German contribution to the debate which on the one hand (rightly) insists on the priority of epistemic reasons for or against religious beliefs, but on the other hand contends that religious beliefs are worldview beliefs (section 1). This leads me to explicate a special sense of worldview beliefs, as well as their cognitive role (2). After that, I shed some light on a special epistemological characteristic of worldview beliefs, namely the strong involvement of “free certitude” in their acceptance. I explore the implications for the possible role of arguments for worldview beliefs, especially for worldview beliefs concerning theism (3).
